not going to lie, the food was pretty unacceptable and wayyyy over priced! as fellow asians ourselves, we were pretty embarrassed that this is the new standard. the main curry had maybe 3 pieces of meat and the rest was tomato and bones. the chicken lollipop was heavily under salted and the rice was old and dry. Everything tasted microwaved and the samosa chaat was a disaster. And then on top of it all, i complained in person very nicely and they still charged me £41.40 when they could clearly see we didn’t even finish 80% of the food cause it was awful. Never coming back i’m sorry

This place is never open! The tv advertisment screen is on a constant loop but the place is a ghost town. If you're thinking of wasting your time and coming down maybe best to call first, because the staff are a no show.

Made a reservation but showed up to the place closed. There was no prior notice that they would be closed, nor did they inform us when making the reservation or after the reservation was made. After some digging, it looks like they closed on Aug 3rd and have been closed since.

We really like the food in this place, really nice chai too and not too expensive. Are you still open though? Every time we walk past you appear closed and nobody is answering the phone. We were hoping to book you for a private party in December and would like you to reach out and confirm whether you are still open for business?

I’ve wanted to try this place for a while as the menu is varied and looked different to usual Indian places. Can’t quite figure out whether it’s called Hustle or Bombay Eating House. Food was tasty but portions are small for what you get. I don’t think I’ve ever had a naan so small and it definitely wasn’t a traditional tandoor naan- so very over priced. Achari chicken was tasty but again quite a small portion if you’re sharing family style. Paneer Kati roll was bland sadly. Rice was over cooked and mushy. Bhel puri was tasty- probably the only decent sized portion. Overall paid £55 for 2 for a mostly vegetarian, non-alcoholic dinner so IMO not very good value for money.

Rude staff & small portions, don’t recommend. When I came to collect my order, personnel was very rude and didn’t even let me stay inside (the restaurant was absolutely empty) so I was actually told to wait outside until they pack my order in a scorching 35 degree heat…. Further they brought out the food and told me “you can leave now “… never felt so offended before. To top it up I found the portions were small. Stay away! RESPONSE Now that I've received your response it's even more evident how you treat customers. Whoever walks in your door needs to be treated with respect. In fact, it was my first time coming to your restaurant, and was interested to try your food, however after the way you treated me, I have absolutely no interest coming back and will make sure my colleagues and friends especially locals in Ealing are aware of the treatment you give to your visitors.

They need to change the chef or change management. The food was very poor. My dish was actually off but the replacement (different dish on recommendation by the apologetic waiter) was just badly prepared. My wife's dish was ok but nothing special and we both agreed on all three dishes we tried. I notice on the receipt that the real name of the restaurant is "Hustle" - could be something in that :)

Best Indian food I’ve ever had and we live in Bradford, with plenty of choice on our own doorstep. Really welcoming and accommodating in view of that fact that we were eating late. Every single dish we ordered was exquisite! It was a true taste sensation. Very fresh and full of flavour. The owner came and had a chat with us and his passion for food was inspiring. We will be back!

The atmosphere and vibe to the place was amazing, really felt authentic however the food was overpriced for the portion size and tasted average nothing special. Got the lamb charsi, and it’s all tomato masala with 4 small lamb boti pieces for £14. Total rip off.

What a consistently brilliant restaurant this has been. The owner, Eem Khan, has gone out of his way to create gourmet quality Indian food to equal or rival Bombay Brasserie and Chutney Mary. The mouth watering flavours are never overpowered by the spices. Their Lahore Achari chicken curry has been my favourite ever since the week that they first opened. All through lockdown, I ordered fourteen sets at a time and froze them, so I had a constant flow of gourmet restaurant food. Their chicken lollipops are out of this world, as is the Butter chicken. Original maitre D. Jacob has left now, but Eeem himself is the best host that you could ever wish for. The outstanding food and service explains why they are always packed full, so make sure that you book in advance. My reason for writing this review is that one day I really fancied eating a thick curried soup, and the chef created something breathtakingly unique for me, the like of which is utterly beyond description, as its flavour dances a tango all across your tastebuds. It is not actually on their menu, but we call it "Lahore Malai Aloo Broth". If you ask them to make it for you, they will gladly do so. Imagine a soup based on cream and potato flavoured with onion, saffron and coriander with beautiful, firm but also soft potato pieces and exquisite small confit of chicken pieces, with just the right level of chilli. Every time that I sample it, which is now regularly, I think to myself "How could anything possibly taste THIS good ???" It's almost criminal that they haven't added it to the menu. So my advice to all of you, is to go there, to Bond Street in Ealing, order the chicken lollipops for starter, then the "Lahore Malai Aloo Broth", followed by the Lahore Achari chicken curry with their perfect fluffy basmati rice. Your taste buds will thank me, I guarantee you.

The place was virtually empty so devoid of atmosphere. The samosa chaat starter had a tasty chick pea sauce but the samosas were very poor quality. They tasted like the frozen ones from any Indian supermarket. The main courses were very tasty, probably above average, but the whole experience was fairly underwhelming. There are so many places to eat in the area, I will not be going back anytime soon.

From the second we walked in until the minute we left the service, ambience, food quality and cleanliness was second to none. Definitely one of the best, possibly the best, indian meal I have ever had. And I am a fussy Vegan! Amazing food, wonderfully fresh and well presented. Not the fastest food service, but that is almost irrelevant. The food had a wonderfully fresh feel to it, was perfectly presented and tasted absolutely delicious. Cant wait to go back again as soon as I am in the area.

This is the best restaurant with an excellent ambiance, great service & phenomenal food. Everything tastes as good as it looks. I highly recommend dum biryaani as it’s the best biryaani I ever had in Uk . Their bhel puri, samoosa chaat , chicken lollipops & gol gappay were amazing too . The restaurant’s special mojitos & mint margarita are refreshing & unique . It’s halal & offers various vegetarian options so there’s everything for everyone here . The staff is efficient & owners are amazing because they’re always on their toes asking about customer satisfaction .

Very nice food with excellent service from a Asian guy and I really enjoyed the time eating in this restaurant and have tried a new kind of coke called Thums Up and would definitely recommend some of my friends to come over again

It was a Friday night post Christmas so fairly quiet but, nevertheless, the experience was great as the owner engaged with us throughout the evening to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Don’t come here expecting the usual unauthentic Indian experience (as so many restaurants execute), you need to imagine a typical Punjabi household and you’ll be very close. The problem is, not many people can imagine that so this food may sometimes be misunderstood. We had a Keema Toastie (if you know, you know!) and wings to start. Delicious. Next, Chicken Achari (which could have done with a little bit more of an achari kick) which was great and the Railway Lamb which was equally as good. A couple of roti and a naan to soak it all up. Had a small issue with the naan which was quickly rectified by the owner. A visit to the sweet centre to collect some gajrela for afters is standard in the houshold, warmed up with some cold ice cream and it’s only right that these guys stuck to their authentic values and provided us with this as dessert. Not a frozen ice cream selection in sight. A great place, trying to do the right things and stick to their authentic values and heritage.

This is now one of my go to places for my weekly treat day. I had the best biryani , I have ever tasted. It’s very hard to find good halal food in Ealing. Can’t wait to come again with some more friends.

Curry night. Tonight I had a delicious sweet and lightly spiced Afghani Charsi Karahi a mild tomato spiced curry. And portion of warm delicious garlic naan. Soul food great flavours and love the atmosphere modern. 10/10

I’ve eaten there on a few occasions now and have found the food and service really great. I’m vegetarian & the black dhal in particular is just delicious, but I’ve munched my way through other menu choices and have been impressed. Today I was also given a carrot-based dessert that was fab. The people there are friendly and both interested and interesting to talk to. There is something about it that feels like the southern states soul food places, but with a different cuisine. Keep it up👍

Meeting up with a friend for the first time since the pandemic we thought we’d try out this new looking restaurant. As it was fairly early evening, we didn’t think it was weird that we were the only customers as we entered. We asked for a table towards the rear but were told no, and given a table for 2 near the front windows (obviously that tactic to make it look like it was worth coming in to other potential diners passing by). This turned out to be a pain as there was a real chill every time the door opened when other customers came in. The waitress who served us wasn’t very friendly and we actually felt she was quite unprofessional (I’ll come back to that later). We looked through the menu and thought we’d go for a mixture of starters. We ordered a couple of mango lassis which were tasty but could have been several degrees colder! The dishes we ordered included Pani Puri (6 pieces), kati roll with chicken tikka (which we cut in half and shared), lamb sheikh kebab (3 rather thin pieces), hot samosa chaat and bhel puri. We had actually ordered a paneer dish as well which never materialised but we didn’t bother chasing it as our server just seemed rather grumpy and we felt the dishes we were given were sufficient anyway. The chicken kati rol had no flavour whatsoever, both my friend and I agreed that it was probably the blandest thing we’d ever tasted in a so-called Indian restaurant. Both the bhel puri and hot samosa chaat were laced with pomegranate (which my friend didn’t mind) but I didn’t particularly enjoy. I don’t want fruit in my chaat or bhel puri – whilst the meat samosa itself wasn’t too bad, we both felt the chaat and bhel puri were less than average. The lamb seekh kebab (that’s how they spelt it on the menu and on the receipt before you think I’m mis-spelling Sheekh) was very basic. We wondered where the chef was from, because it didn’t seem like any real effort had gone into making any of the dishes authentic or even tasty. We asked for the dessert menu but the only item we were interested in (kulfi) wasn’t available so we left without dessert. Our £48+ bill included a £5.39 surcharge (I later worked out that it was 12.5%) and when I asked if that was a service charge, I was told quite abruptly that it was the charge for eating in. Very strange that you’re given a menu when you’re seated at a table and not told that there’s an additional charge to actually eat at a table! Facilities wise – the toilets are a trek up the stairs, I couldn’t see any disabled toilets so this place wouldn’t be suitable for wheelchair users or mobility impaired diners. We won’t be visiting again – my friend and I agreed that it was the kind of place that people look at from outside and pop in as it looks rather nice but probably wouldn’t return to. We certainly won’t be returning, poor service and less than interesting food saw to that! On leaving we wished we had gone with our initial choice of Bill’s, at least we know they serve alcohol there and the service is good!

The food was impeccable and the service was great. The manager was very friendly too which was a nice touch. I’d highly recommend coming to this restaurant if you’d like to experience an Indian dining experience with an edge. Firstly the decor is really funky and fashionable, the food is a fusion of styles with all your classics too and the staff are nice too. What more could you want?

We had a great evening just a few little things starters weren’t bought out together so was a gap between them would have liked everything together I know priority has to be given to take away orders but getting our starters bit by bit kinda ruined the experience. Staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating they kept a suprise birthday cake for us and sang happy birthday thank you. Just got take away. Railway Lamb Curry and one Roti. Mainly sauce with 6 pieces of small lamb and a couple of potatoes. Costs well. Over £15 pounds and not worth half the amount. Very disappointed and feel I have been ripped off for what I received. This place fleeces people who think the food is good but in all fairness, it's not that good. Avoid if you can and find a decent and reasonably priced indian restaurant.

Excellent menu with a wide selection of different food and a good vegetarian selection. I would particularly recommend the lollypop chicken. Would go again.

In a nutshell, impeccable food. The unique tastes & freshness (our taste buds were buzzing) and the cleanliness and decor of the place. Very pleasant and helpful staff, taking their time to explain things. Love it when food is cooked and presented with passion. We will try the following again with our next visit: Samosa, Masala roast whole baby chicken with rice, Chicken biriani, Butter chicken, Fattoush salad. After receiving a link video about the above resturant, i decided to take the family to this resturant, even from the minute i made my reservation over the phone, it felt like you was dealing with a professional booking team, very friendly and ever so polite. On arrival the location lay out and design is very impressive the decor and vibe about the resturant makes you feel comfortable. The food was very tasty espically the chicken tikka biryani, my kids rated this resturant 9 out if 10. Definitely recommend people to give it a try i personally will be returning for more food.

Went there for a meal with my sisters and I can honestly say I have never been to such a welcoming and warm restaurant in my life. As soon as you enter Jacob greets you with a smile and ensures that you are welcomed with open arms. I would highly recommend to everyone as you will never experience a restaurant quite like Hustle!

Saw this near me and absolutely loved the creativity and thought behind the restaurant. Drinks along with Mango lassi was O-K. Its made just like the real thing not over sugared drinks you see in typical asian restaurants. Mojito was lovely. The massalafied steak was not nice at all. Might be acquired taste but was not my cup of tea. The samosa chaat and chicken wings were absolutely fantastic. The standout dish was Lamb dum biryani. Even though they made a mistake sending me the chicken Biryani at first. They quickly replaced it with Lamb at an amazing speed I might add. Overall the meal was lovely.. a-bit on the expensive side.. but a lovely meal out nonetheless. Would visit again.

Very welcoming and friendly restaurant in the heart of Ealing with a rooftop, nicely decorated and elegant and super clean. Very beautiful, it looks very posh. I've had a delicious takeaway chicken tikka biryani and lamb pilau biryani with salad, yogurt sauce, salad and samosa. The food was packed in nice bowls that kept the food well warm, like as it comes from the kitchen and it was delicious, the meat is really soft and tasty, not too much oil and not super spicy. I'm not Indian but I really loved this food. And the service was really fast. The owners are lovely people and they always try to find new recipes and to be creative. Last but not least prices are really good.

We just had a few small plates.. shish kebab, chicken tikka and smaosa chaat were good, chilli paneer was ok but could have been crispier. Mango Lassi is made on site, tastes nice but on the sweet side. Don't seem to serve alcohol.

Authentic indian\pakistani street food. Great blend of spices that remind of food in subcontinent. We had Pani puri (amazing), kfc (innovative) keema loaded chips were very tasty! Halal food. Ingredients seemed fresh. Mocktails and desert complimented the meal well. Highly recommended and we will be back to try other dishes.

I went here last night and can say that it was fantastic service, with an amazing atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and the decor was contemporary. The variety of dishes for both vegetarian and non vegetarian provided so many options to choose from, which were all delicious. Would recommend if anyone comes to Eailing Broadway!

A nice modern atmosphere and attentive service. The food we had was sub-par. The paneer curry was over cooked (reheated most likely) and was extremely rubbery and tough. The Dahl was too spicy, yet bland.

Very impressed with the quality and the flavours of the meal we had. One meat and one vegan dish, both were extremely tasty and special. It's nice to see that they cater to vegans and don't compromise on the elaborate flavours and spices that seem to go into all of their meals. You can tell the chef and management take great pride in their food. I only picked up a takeaway but the staff was very friendly and the decor in the restaurant is beautiful.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Hustle . Only thing I can fault is the roti . They are not fresh and there is no option for naan bread. I think some chutneys and salad should be complimentary. Also it is quite pricey. Overall I would go back again. Thank you

The food, compared to other Indian restaurants, was not that great. They do not serve alcohol. There was nothing very special about this place enough to make up for these things.

Excellent food it was authentic, with good use of traditional spices and taste. The service and the presentation was done with a lot of thought and care.The proportions of the food and dishes were perfect. Articulation of the cutelary, dishes and serving of the food. This is a fully dry restaurant so no beer or wine available, which makes it a great option for families or for diners who don't want alcohol. The food menu is half vegetarian, half non-veg and has great dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. The service was attentive while not being overbearing.

Hustle is a very apt name for this place. You will feel hustled when you see the miserly portions served to you. Vastly overpriced but with nice staff. Avoid.
