After having the food which had no flavour just spice it left me with food poisoning for 3 -4 days I’m still not fully recovered the same thing happened to my friend who ate from here which he got food poisoning and nothing happened to my other friend who ate from another restaurant clearly there is some sort of hygiene issue going on !!

First time here, and had the Peri-Peri Style Half Grilled Chicken with Chilli and Garlic Sauces on the side. It was delicious and excellent value for money considering the price, the quality and amount of chicken. I thought it was grilled to perfection, whilst the costumer service was friendly, and very effecient. Cheers.

I come here every day for lunch (it’s hard to resist not coming) while coming for lunch I get the peri chicken burger meal which cost around £10! Good portion size and good burger size The staff are VERY friendly makes you feel as though you are at home. The average price for a meal is £10ish. What’s good about this shop is that they have a hand washing system in place because it can get quite messy! 😅 I do enjoy coming here and it’s hard not to come.

Peri chicken wrap was incredible - very tender chicken and great flavour. Masala fries were also great 🤌🏻

Food is really good, tasty, spicy and must try. My favourite is chicken grill sandwich and masala fries. Definitely recommended. Only down side is cleanliness which needs to improve to the hygienic standards.

We ordering food from Spice Shack for more than 2 years - always perfect and tasty.

We popped over to this little gem for a work lunch. The food was honestly amazing and service was spot on. I had the grilled Bombay sandwich which was one of the best Bombay sandwiches I have had outside India. Both the dry and masala chips were really tasty and left me wanting more. Can’t wait to visit again.

The food was really nice but I will never be coming back as the server Mihir was very rude. He is very ill mannered and speaks very rough. Has no customer service skills and is very rude to customers.

Food tast is very bad I ordered butter chicken and tandoori chicken 🍗 Butter chicken like lemon chiken and tandoori chicken tadt like smoked chiken i don't recommend this 😔

I am sorry but they served me butter chicken and it was not butter chicken it was a tomatoe curry In sauce and it was not nice at all. When I said it’s not butter chicken they gave me a tub of butter!!

First, this is not Indian food, second, i ordered a kebab, sort of, i wasn't asked what salad i wanted or what sauce i wanted, and when i said that i cannot eat garlic or yogurts the gentleman i was dealing with said: is just sauce! then I was asked why i took two cans of coca cola, i replied that i paid for it, please don't listen to me, go for it!

The pila rice was overcooked. Had to throw the rice away . Customer service was ok. Disappointed of vegetarian options. Not much choice.

They had a problem with the driver to deliver the food but they take initiative to deliver food themselves with extra chips and drink. I really appreciate your service and food was delicious as always :)

Delicious food and very filling food. I tend to get the Shack Chicken or Lamb Burger with Masala Chips every time. Can't go wrong. The only thing i wish is that they stop closing the kitchen so early e.g. if I come at 9.30 pm and the shop is meant to close at 10 pm I often get turned away which sucks tbh.

It's ok decent food for an indoors weekend vibe.

Popped into Spice Shack for the 1st time today, I ordered and was quickly served by the cheerful team. I choose the chicken wrap, it was fresh and full of exciting flavours. 5-star review. I will 100% be ordering again, online for work delivery and I will take my work colleagues. A hidden gem of Park Royal.

The hygiene is 0 here, the lamb burger is disgusting needs to be taken off the menu urgently.

Ordered a grilled paneer sandwich & crispy bhajia on Ubereats... The sandwich was extra spicy just as requested and bhajia really flavoursome. We've ordered several times and never disappointed! Really made my evening today though after a tough day! Thanks guys!

The "chicken" in the grill chicken box is some weird cilinders with a hole in the middle which most likely is mince meat... You need to advertise that, chaps. I was expecting normal chicken meat..!

The food tastes fine. But congested in a small area. The food portion is also small and you may have to order another thing if you are looking for a proper food to fill the stomach.

Had a mix grill box, was £9.50 Mmm was it value for money, I guess it was OK, but wouldn't get the mix grill again as it wasn't to my liking and probably try their grilled chicken

No Halal certificate even though we asked so be mindful of eating the meat there for that reason I am giving the 1 star, matter of trust for people who want to eat Halal. Hindu owned business so I sure the vegarian options they will respect if you have to buy from them otheewise I'd say stay clear until you can have official proof from HMC or other leading Halal verification service.

For a place called spice shack the food was not spicy at all. Masala chips were not spicy, frozen and uncooked. Rice was hard to swallow. Wings had no flavour. Overall - dead food.

Food was alright but please be careful what you are been charged for. Ordered classic chicken burger with masala chips and got charged £9.49 somehow even though there menu on the website said burger £6.99 and extra £1 for chips if bought together. When I asked them why I am charged £9.49 ? The guy said the price have gone up. Thats ridiculous.

We went to boxpark - came across spice shake… and we decided to have spice shake and it was the best decision! We got the grilled rice boxes.. very accommodating staff!!!

Popped in for lunch and wanting a toastie bought a chicken grilled sandwich and paid £5.99 and they had halal option too. Price was a bit steep however it was filling, tasty and fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the the area was clean with some TV entertainment. Lots of veggies options available too. Would definitely pop in for a lunch time snack again. They also have other Asian snacks and curries too.

The two men working at the box park site turned us down even though they were still open and supposed to be serving. We explained we made the trip especially and they just shrugged and turned away. I checked google and the website both saying 10pm close but they just rudely dismissed us. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

One of the most delicious, authentic and affordable Indian food I’ve tasted in London. It’s halal, and the food is absolutely fantastic. The masala chips are a must try, otherwise the rest of their dishes are also fantastic. The Punjabi samosas and samosa chat are so so nice, as well as the lamb curry and biryani. Absolute gem of a place!

I Go there every Friday to get my cheat meal, shack tower burger is really nice the masala chips are really great and the grilled box is a winner also my favourite the chilli sauce which I can't live without 10/10

After nearly 2 years I went to Spice Shack ordered a take away vegh biriani and crispy bhajyia OMG big mistake it tasted really bad the bhajyia was burnt their portions where small they have increased their prices. I was really disappointed. I didn't see the original owners. What a waste of time and money

I went to the spice shack at Box Park in Wembley. I ordered my food (Bhel as the didn’t have Bhel Puri available!) at 12:31pm on 11Jun21. They did not call when food was ready, nor did they ping the pager, after half an hour I went to check on the food, and it had been sitting at the counter for at least 20 minutes. The food was completely soggy and did not taste nice.I did not have time to complain and get the order re-made as I would have been late to get back to work. Staff were not helpful either. Terrible experience.

Good service, shisha was quite good, the location is ideal, the chicken requires some more flavour and the lamb needs to be cooked a lot less.

This place is so good, that we are organising all our lunch meetings with Spice Shack. Each time we have a lunch meeting, we always order the different assortments of food; the grilled chicken, lamb, chicken wings, and paneer. Not to mention the curries. Each dish is seasoned with its own spices and herbs which come out smelling savoury and appetizing. You are licking your fingers this is how tasty it is! The chicken wings are one of my favourites. The wings are seasoned with a spicy seasoning and done just right, with the skin a bit crispy and the meat juicy which makes for a heavenly delight. The masala chips and grilled chicken are also very delectable and mouthwatering. All the flavour is kept in while grilling and goes well with a cold drink. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to similar places in Park Royal. I recommend this place with all my heart!

it was my first time, and my breath was taken away. The flavour of the tandoori wings were outstanding. The dry masala chips are definitely my favourite thing. Very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend.
