My experience is bad for this shop. Because there are a impolite staff's. His behaviour disappointed me.

So bad staff misbehaving with delivery riders and very bad service

Service at night is absolutely horrible. The guy that serves at night has a very stinky attitude always rude and annoyed for some reason.

Nice calm environment, good place for family outings or just hanging out with friends. Desserts are really nice and there’s a wide range to choose from so never short for choices. Service is quick too even on busier days

Firstly, I would like to mention as we walked in all the staff were just hogged in one section just staring at us walking in. The customer service was disappointing and staff did not liase to speak polite English..almost forced to work there. Then as we are the food the service was bad and the staff behind the counter kept Talking really loud and swearing in their own language to one another. Very very bad. Also just wanted to add the toilets is Right next to the tables so it’s impossible for the smell to lurk. The benches at the back wobbled and didn’t feel stable at all. Will not come here again

Ordered two desserts with icecream and didnt even get the icecream. Not only that the dessert was served like this in the box. Looks horrendous. Tried calling and they were not picking up. Disgusting!

Service is worst.. you need to wait more than 30-40 minutes to give order. Customer service is one of the worst ever.

This place absolutely shamle absolutely rubbish order for takeaway always missing items never pick up the phone and the food is really cheap from whole salers frighated and defrost and served which is very poorly as a dessert business rip off I will report this to food standards agency before some one gets ill and I do not recommend anyone. Just had an amazing experience at creams whitechapel, The desserts were so mouthwatering and delicious and the hospitality by the staffs were excellent.

Desserts are ok - nothing special but would recommend the cookie dough. open till late which is a bonus

Great delivery driver very nice and was quite fast even though place was a bit hard to find 👌👍👍he was so nice he was very sweet and very kind. Thank you for not eating our food like others do 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Very poor hygiene standards, there was a literal fly on my desert. I immediately informed the member of staff at the counter, who informed me they have a fly problem. He offered me make another desert, which I declined as I had lost my appetite.

I have just ordered 2 waffles and 1 milk shake, but one waffle is missing. I called and none replied. And I told to the courier, 1 item is missing. He said restaurant gave him only one 1 waffle and 1 milk shake. It is unfair. Order number: 400932390. September 27. Around 1:30 am.

I didn’t receive my chocolate ice cream that comes with the cookie dough

Customer service, there was none. Food was rubbish. Microwaved cookie dough. No cutlery except wooden knife and fork for eat in customers. Tried to persuade me and my family to take take away rather then eat in. Everything came in a take away box. Before giving my food the worker was too busy ordering his own food over the phone while I’m waiting for half my order. Would not recommend.

When my food arrived the delivery driver circled my block as he said that he couldn’t locate the address . When I unboxed the food the ice cream was practically melted and the waffles were cold and a bit soggy. I was disappointed as I spent quite a lot on this for mediocre quality.

A group of 11 of us went on Eid day an hour before closing and it was very busy. The desserts looked like they were hastily thrown together, and the taste matched the rushed preparation. Definitely not worth the hassle or the disappointment. I ordered a sundae expecting a delightful combination of flavors and toppings, but all I got was a basic scoop of ice cream in a cup because we had it as a takeaway. No toppings, no sauce, just plain ice cream. It was a complete letdown and not at all worth the price. Also I would like to add the cookie dough from this place was disappointingly gooey. It lacked the proper texture and consistency that you expect from cookie dough. It was more like a sticky mess than a delicious treat. Save your money and skip this dessert shop. The treats here are nothing special and definitely not worth the price. You can find much better options elsewhere that will satisfy your sweet tooth without leaving you feeling disappointed.

Awful experience. The crepe was stodgy and like a microwaved paratha. Just awful. Ice cream was awful too.

Ice cream tasted like freezer's ice, I waited 25 min for a waffle (it was only me and my friend in the whole shop)

I had a terrible experience at the dessert place. Not only did they keep me waiting for over an hour, but they also seemed more focused on serving their friends than attending to other customers. The hygiene at the place was also unprofessional, with a low cleanliness rating. To make matters worse, when I complained, the employee argued with me and even verbally abused me. I will not be returning to this place.

The Asian guy at the counter thinks he’s doing us a favour by taking the order. No manners or respect for the customers.

Very rude and unhelpful staff the second we walked in. Rudely told me that they weren’t serving ice cream as they had ‘just opened’ and the ice cream machine needed to set up (it was 5pm on a saturday and they opened at 12). Just walked out afterwards as i’m not giving money to a company that makes customers feel like an inconvenience. From other reviews it seems this place needs some improvements in their customer service.

Worst experience at a creams. Our waffle took 25 minutes and there was no apology. Rude and unprofessional staff. Once we got the waffles, they were undercooked and still had the mix leaking from it. Will not be coming back and will be filing a formal complaint.

The tried the doughnuts here recently, they taste good but they seem to use a microwave to heat things like cookie dough. Which I found strange but I have been to many dessert shops but I haven’t come across many that use microwaves. It kinda put me off ordering any dessert.

I ordered cake with icecream and they charged me 1.50 for icecream and I didn’t receive the icecream with my order. They charged me 1.30 as service charge and this is the service i get🫡

The place is going through a full refurbishment soon so it did look a bit half done with construction equipment at the back but besides that, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, food came quickly and was delicious. Will definitely be going back.

Got a cookie dough to takeaway. Served within 3 mins (surprisingly). Feel like it was reheated. Served on a baking paper and not in a tin case. The SOFT serve ice cream was rock solid. Will not return back.

The waffle and crepes looks like someone threw up chocolate on it. It was so badly presented. You are not eating the presentation but when it looks bad its off putting. The person who made this hates their job obviously lol.

This place is an absolute disgrace to the entire Creams franchise! The decor hasn’t changed for a decade, it’s dark and dingy and every single table is filthy and good luck finding a clean spot to sit on as every seat has massive holes in them where the stained exposed sponge look as though they’re desperately trying to escape from their miserable existence. I fail to understand how places like this are allowed to exist with such low hygiene standards. Shut it down or make it takeaway only. Went to buy strawberry waffle..the waffle was soggy and undercooked aswell as the strawberries were soft and rotten ..It was for my 5 years son and he ate some without even realising.

I’m going to be totally honest here , the place is run down as half the lights in the ceiling were not working, the only toilet in the restaurant had seen better days , the flush was broken and sellotaped together, the seats were worn out and the foam was exposed , the creams logo on the table had bits off food under it . This place needs to be cleaned from top to bottom . It did feel a little bit dirty but the food that was served was really good so up to you if you fancy a visit .

I ordered an oreo milkshake and waffle from creams and only my milkshake came. I requested for a refund but just eat wont give it to me. I tried to call just eat and the creams I ordered from however I am unable to get through to anyone and they keep emailing me that they wont refund me. This is terrible service.
