Russel was amazing! I'm vegan and so had to build my own waffle dessert and he was amazing at helping me out. He told me to go for the waffle with chocolate sorbet, caramel sauce, strawberries and nuts! it was to die for!!!

We visited for a quick treat with kids. Firstly we was waiting at the door for ages… once the staff member acknowledged us he directed us to the table, which was dirty. We could see they were busy so we let that go. No menus at this point, the man who sat us down said he will be back with them. After sitting for 10 minutes we had to ask and chase to get the menus. We were getting a bit fed up at this point. Once we got the menus we decided quickly what we wanted and went to order. We thought that it will be quick as we only had sundaes however we were waiting for 35 minutes! Our desserts was all coming at different times even tho I was assured at the till that “they serve everything together”. I would not recommend if you visit with young kids and you are looking for quick treat. Big let down! Toilets were another disaster… wish we would check them before ordering food.

I had an amazing experience at Creams Café! I ordered the Bueno waffles, and they were absolutely delicious. The texture of the waffles was perfect crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. It came with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream on the side and a generous scoop of Bueno gelato on top, adding a rich, indulgent flavor. I also topped it with white cream, which was the perfect finishing touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient they didn’t rush me at all while I decided on my order and were super helpful. The atmosphere was really cool and relaxing, making it a perfect spot for a casual outing or even a random date. Highly recommend Creams Café for both the food and the vibe

I had an Oreo waffle with vanilla ice cream for takeaway and ordered extra Oreo ice cream. The waffle tasted stale, with a horrid after taste. The vanilla ice cream tasted cheap and the cookies and cream ice cream had a minty tasty to it, as if they hadn’t washed the scoop between uses. Seriously awful. Never returning.

Had such a great time at Creams! Best waffles in MK, lovely server Sanjeev made us laugh a lot (thanks for all the sugar) and thank you faisal, sasmin for preparing the food :)

We had the pleasure of being served by two wonderful people in Sultana and Rukshana. We had just finished fasting and were starving and both ladies recommended the most delicious desserts and drinks. Kind, polite and respectful, we will absolutely be visiting again 🙂

We brought a party of 20 (16 children and 4 adults) for my daughter’s birthday after they went sledging in the Snozone. They took our order and the food & drinks came out quickly. Russell, the manager, was so friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved their yummy deserts and drinks and had a blast! We’d definitely recommend Creams MK and will be back again soon!

Eventhou the place could be good, Yesterday the service ruined pretty much the whole expreience. The two lovely lady should work somewhere else and not dealing with people anymore. Face expressions, voice tones, body language, etc. Also, looking at the cakes in the fridge could be a bit more fresh, but we could get on with this.

Awful customer service, rude on the phone when I called to find out why our delivery time was moved over an hour later than originally ordered, order was delivered cold and ice cream was a liquid. Kids were so upset

The food is perfect for dessert and it’s always the perfect dessert to have with friends I myself love the waffles with strawberries and chocolate it’s absolutely delicious and I recommend you go there with friends or family, the environment is real chill and calm and the staff or nice and friendly. Love this place ❤️❤️❤️

Terrible service, really basic food, pure sugar, nothing special. They moved us from a larger large m though their were other large tables with only two people too.

I came here with my friends. Ajina served us the food. I was a little skeptical but I ordered the pistachio fondant melt and it was her recommendation. I must say it was amazing. I liked it . Also I have to mention I don't have sweet tooth but it was very good for me. I enjoyed it. I would recommend . Worth the money.

the taste of their ice cream is excellent but quantity and service is very disappointing.

Karak chai not the best unfortunately very bland especially when you’re selling it for more than price of a cup of coffee. Hot chocolate could do with some actual chocolate instead of warm milk. Staff are nice and welcoming.

The dessert was so delicious, it quickly became the highlight of the meal. Each layer of flavor complemented the next perfectly.

Some local fam brought us here when we were in the area visiting. Crepes were amazing, with fresh sliced banana and strawberry and topped with chocolate sauce and shavings. Generous portions. Fast service to the table, friendly servers.

We got cigarettes butts in the dessert. They denied the existence of it and rudely took the desert from our tabke without any replacement or apologies. Very rude staff. Highly recommended to stay away.

Coconut Gelato that we ordered had dry powdered coconut residue in it. You could feel the dry powdery substance in you mouth very clearly. Never had this problem anywhere else like Heavenly deserts or any other ice cream place. We returned the item and were not offered replacement. Not even an apology. When we complained about that they said it's their best selling item and no oven has ever complained. Maybe it was just that batch which had the issue but they should Atleast try to acknowledge it. They were ready to fight. We thought it was waste of time to argue so we also left the venue. Disappointed.

Very rude staff! Waffle tasted staled and upon complaining about that we were told to get our taste buds tested! They took the plate back and never came back with a replacement. We asked them to give us another waffle since we had paid already, we were asked to leave place. I have never been treated so poorly ever before!

The delivery man was very nice and handled the delivery bag with care as it did have drinks inside. I informed didn't have any cash on me, so couldn't tip. Friendly driver and on time :)

Went out with friends for an end of evening treat. Lovely food, reasonably priced.

Been today at luch to take my god-daughter as a treat whilst over from Canada. Once at the till I asked for one scoop of ice cream to be taken out the sundae and swapped. I was told NO straight away and I even offered to pay. Only table in the restaurant so don’t see what the issue was.

It was absolutely wonderful here in creams, I got a royale waffle, it was so chocolatey I thought I could almost finish it but by the last slice I felt sick, I ate too much but overall it was a nice chocolatey treat with my family

Terrible service. Stood queueing as directed by the sign! Ignored completely. Tiny space to queue where people exit also. No customer service at all. They weren’t even busy. Staff were in talking distance didn’t utter a word to us.

Served by Rokshana and Sultana they were very friendly and good service provided. We went in with an order for 10 milkshakes for takeaway. They prepared the milkshakes very good and made them thick as instructed. Great service ladies!
