Eastern Paradise in Milton Keynes

I went to this restaurant for my parent’s birthday and it was 10/10. We were greeted immediately by the staff who throughout the night gave the best service to us. As a family of five we ordered starters which included: tandoori chicken, king prawn butterfly and chicken/prawn puris. These were delicious and service was quite quick as well. The main dishes were chicken biriyani, chicken madras, garlic chilli chicken and chicken tikka with naan. Again all the dishes were amazing and we had no problem with any of them. Overall a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, brilliant food and the service was excellent! Will definitely be returning!!

My partner and I have just been for dinner at Eastern Paradise and from start to finish our experience was exceptional. The staff are attentive and warm, the food is incredible and there is a great atmosphere to the place. We will definitely be coming back soon!

I dined in last week jimmy the owner lovely person and really looked after me and my family and the waiter in the restaurant very polite and always has a smile on his face as for the food tandoori mix grill the currys and biryanis all beautiful would defo go back again soon thanks guys for your service

Reshmi kebab tough. Egg net too thick Prawn curry swimming in grease Chips cold, soggy and tasted vile Garlic nan covered in some sort of red paste Onion bhaji very tough, cold and dry Biriani very bland. Chicken tikka masala was basically a red korma. Not a good Indian.

Took my mum for her birthday the service, atmosphere was brilliant. Excellent service. Wasn't rushed and had good time between courses. Made us feel very special. The food was perfectly cooked every course was so delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Mouthwatering good. Excellent price. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Very friendly and leave you to take your time. All the food was amazing. The 5 course meal is an absolute bargain for what you get. Will definitely recommend it.

I recently visited Eastern Paradise and had an exceptional experience. The ambiance was vibrant, and the service was outstanding. The menu featured delicious traditional and modern Indian dishes. Special shout out for the Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer Butter Masala, both bursting with flavour, and the fresh garlic naan😮‍💨. We ended the night with Gulab Jamun and Mango Lassi, can’t go wrong. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Indian cuisine.

I had to give a 1⭐️ to leave a review but I actually give it no stars. The food was disgusting 🤢 I payed over £30 for a family meal and was served source with no meat in my curry. The chicken tikka masala tased like tomatoe with 5 bits of chicken. I used to eat from here many years ago and the food was delicious but now I will never return again and it deserves to be closed for good. I recommend everyone never to eat from here and save your money!!!

Food came on time but it was very bland, very watery there was a watery puddle at the bottom of my bowl more watery then with very little sauce as a tikka. The naan bread was very soggy the chicken was chewy.

We had a lovely mothers day lunch here yesterday and the food was delicious with good balance of spice and flavours. Sam, our waiter, was very attentive and gracious and the ambiance was lovely, A wonderful dining experience.

Was our first time here and really enjoyed it! The food we had was delicious, I especially loved the lime pickle and duck special dish. Staff were all extremely friendly too! Would definitely come back.

Not all my order was delivered and what was delivered was Luke warm at best, the sides were cold!!!!! Use to love this restaurant but won’t waste my money here again!!!

I visited this place last friday with my husband and his friend. This was the first time I visited but my husband and his friends previously went on many occasions to dine. It was suggested a few times to me and when I seized the opportunity to visit I sure did. Upon arrival we were greeted with very friendly staff it was a very warm welcome. We were seated and taking very much care of. The startes came out first. We had special requirements and they were executed very well. The mains followed soon after. Every dish served was cooked to perfection. They all tasted different and was so flavoursome. I thoroughly enjoyed the food the company and the ambiance of this place. I absolutely recommend this gem to anyone who passes by or even lives in Milton Keynes. We travelled from London a place full of food! It was worth the travel! Trust me. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for having us I loved it. Hopefully we will see you again soon if not sooner! From your London guests 😁

Came here a little while back for a birthday meal with some family and found it safe to say I loved it staff was excellent food was great and the atmosphere was amazing highly recommend

Little meat in curries. Too much sauce in very minimal in the other. Also believe the food we ordered (on a monday) was from sundays buffet or before, as we have never had it with a curry when we have gone back the next day and it taste completely vinegary and off 🤢

Ordered through Just Eat, chicken korma, rice, popadoms and fried chicken and chips. Korma was luke warm and not hot at all. Fried chicken consisted of around 8 diced cubes of chicken then half a tin full of peas and mushrooms not worth the £8.95 we paid for it. Popadoms were soft and bendy not crispy. Only consolation was a massive amount of chips. Won’t be ordering from them again.

What another lovely evening spent at Eastern paradise. Friendly and welcoming staff from the moment you walk in. The food is amazing as always, compliments to the chef. Good food and service reasonably priced very friendly staff

We went very late but they are always very accommodating. We were a party of 15. Everything was served very swiftly and efficiently, if not a bit chaotically, but we laughed about it. Highly recommended.

I always get my takeaways from here - one word "outstanding".

Had a take away from here not impressed the naan bread was black on 1 side on all 4 breads. The curry's weren't great korma didn't taste like any korma ide had before no coconut. Chicken was strange too cubed and felt like it wasn't cooked properly. Won't be using again

Ordered a lamb tikka masala along with a mixed grill dish online & I can tell you now I’ve had better tasting curries from the frozen section in Aldi…that’s saying a lot

Got referred to this restaurant by the Grange after a booking mix up. Happy to say their referral was well placed; food was great as was the service. Will be going back.

It was nice enough but found the sauce left a pool of water on the plate.

We normally go to kardamom Lounge but decided to go here instead, and I'm so glad we did. The setting, the ambience, and the food were all spot on. Food portions were huge too. I'm so stuffed it's unreal. The staff cater to your every need and are so attentive. Thank you, eastern paradise you have won us over :) We will be back with the family 👪 ❤️

Had the most amazing meal last week when we visited the restaurant and then the same great standard when we had a takeaway tonight, staff are amazing and did not wait for anything nothing is too much trouble for these guys, would highly recommend, thanks to Abdul and the team you guys are the best, can’t wait for our next visit 😋

Good food good customer service

We've had plenty of take aways before and always enjoyed them. We went to the restaurant last night to celebrate a birthday and we were met by Friendly staff, beautiful setting inside the restaurant and Delicious food! Highly recommend.

Great quality food, perfect portions sizes and really great service

We found the staff blunt, inattentive and unprofessional. Had to ask several times to order drinks and only after skulking about the bar did a waiter eventually (and almost literally) throw a few, flat pints down on the table. We then waited far too long for the food to arrive which certainly wasn’t anything special. I would honestly say I have had much better microwave meals. That said, I’ll be back again next week because I just love terrible service. However, to be completely fair some of our group did enjoy their mains (one of the lamb dishes), so credit where credit is due.

Nice food, lots of variety. We went as a big group so majority pre ordered. We were a little disappointed in the wait times particularly as it was pre ordered however I feel this was unique as there was a lot of us and wasn't something the smaller tables around us were experiencing. Staff were very friendly and the food was yummy, they cater for allergies as well 🙂

Watered down main dishes eg korma and tikka masala and not much chicken. £30 for 2 main dishes 2 rice and a plain nan. Overpriced and unpleasant. Never again

I ordered some food from Eastern Paradise, and I must say that we were extremely disappointed in the quality. I never, ever complain, but on this occasion I feel I have to say something. We ordered a King Prawn starter, Chicken Tikka starter, Lamb Biryani, Chicken Madras, Keema rice, Sag Paneer, and popadoms with chutneys. Both starters had very little actual meat, with the chicken tikka having only 3 small pieces of chicken, and only 2 prawns in the prawn starter. The lamb biryani contained virtually no lamb, whilst the chicken madras was more like a soup than a curry, as it had zero texture aside from a couple bits of chicken. I honestly think the Madras was a jar of Passata with curry powder added. I have no clue what was going on with the lime pickle, but it was very, very sour/vinegary and unlike any lime pickle we have ever had before, whilst the rest of the chutneys were watery multicoloured yoghurts As I have mentioned above, I never complain, but the quality of this meal was so, so poor that I absolutely have to say something. Avoid like the plague.

I went for my Birthday, knowing nothing about the place - and was blown away. Wonderful, friendly service, lovely atmospehre, and great value - and the food, oh, the food. A few of us went, all going for banquet night, sharing and trying each others' orders, and every dish was magnificent. Wonderful range, worth every penny. I highly reccomend, and will be going back again.

Used to really like this place , but seem to be going down hill now , there "card machine don't work" when you want to order if the order price is low but works if it's a big order ££ , they also laugh and joke in Indian , in my case thinking i don't understand what i did and they where very rude , i hope they bring it back how they was!

Absolutely disgusting food. No flavour whatsoever. When I called up to tell them the manager said they cook for ‘white people’ and if you wanted flavour you have to call up and ask for it to be added! … really?! The manager then decided to just hang up on me, twice 😬 would definitely not recommend at all!

Quite a big disappointment... Food was quite literally cold after picking it up and it's about a 5 min drive from my house. Food taste was was very mediocre. Portions were fine but the other points just made the whole meal really disappointing. Will defo not re visit.

Ordered from here after having positive experiences a few years ago. The naan was rock hard/burnt, the biryani was bland and the chicken dry. The poppadoms were overdone so had a weird taste to them. The only enjoyable part of this meal was the chicken korma. Sad to say that it’s unlikely that we’ll be back.

An excellent curry and all my friends greatly enjoyed theirs. Service was attentive and friendly. Well recommended and will go again.

I have visited eastern paradise today : (16/06/2022 )in the evening . It was a fabulous experience . Food is great and especially the service from “Shamsi” was excellent .

So basic. Terrible Indian. Food was extremely bland absolutely tasteless. Avoid this place at all costs most definitely ridiculous & a complete waste of time. Would give a 0☆ if it was possible.

We were greeted in a very friendly fashion, shown a table, drinks and popadam order taken immediately. Popadams and sauces very good. Table cleared, then we waited and waited and waited for the order for our meal to be taken.... Wish I'd been wearing a watch, it seemed an age. Then, when the meal was ready, they asked us if we were ready to eat.... Yes... The food was fine, spices seemed a bit raw but it was fine. The staff were super friendly when they served us, but would walk straight past us while I was trying to catch their eyes so we could order. It was very noisy, the noise level did drop when the music was switched off, but I really found it far too loud.

I definitely wouldn’t consider this authentic Indian. In my opinion they’re trying to please and adapt to the local community but taking it so far that the food doesn’t look or taste Indian anymore. Didn’t expect the garlic mushrooms to not taste of garlic and be served sliced on a Tesco-style leaf salad. The staff were polite and helpful but sometimes over attentive, hovering around the tables leaving little privacy.

First time going to a curry house and didn't know how hot the mildest curry was but the manager was so helpful he went into the kitchen and made a sample for me to taste of special curry that he had made which was milder than mild .he said if I wanted it for my meal he would go and make me the same so I did and it was delicious ...he told me that next time we go he will make me a slightly hotter curry ...he went out of his way to make this just for me ....every worker in the place was so friendly... couldn't do enough for my family and I....

Really great food, fast service, lovely sauces that come with the poppadoms. They managed to give us a table before closing too.

Avoid. We asked for Lamb Tikka and got Chicken, called up and was told they couldn’t give refunds. The Chicken Tikka was watery…. The “yellow sauce” had a lovely surprise of hair!! The Paratha tasted like Fish…. Stay away.

Gave this a chance after other peoples reviews and sadly very very disappointed. No flavours and oily and bland . Will go back to my ever favourite restaurant The Kardamon that never has ever let me down in many many years .

I thought my meal was adequate. The naan bread was dry, tasteless & looked as if it had popped out of a toaster. The staff were friendly & helpful.
