Starbucks Coffee in Milton Keynes

Worst flat white I've had from a Starbucks. Normally you get poor ones at service stations where did to volume they care less about quality.

Small but somewhat inviting, not quite what I was expecting from a chain coffee shop nigh synonymous with its specialty. This branch has some limited indoor seating but benefits from the food court outside, so atmosphere is a mixed bag particularly if it’s busy. The prices are a bit expensive here though I will admit the peach iced tea was very pleasant. I was served fairly quickly though I did order ahead. Overall a decent if not small coffee shop.

The coffee was absolutely rubbish. Probably the milk was 200* plus, boiling and tasting water. Don’t heat too much the milk people, take some barista lessons. The sandwich was okay but lately Starbucks sandwiches comes very dry

I pay for plastic reusable cup and is missing!!!! Can you be more careful when you do customer delivery please! That’s why we are paying.

Order delivery, my item is missing the reusable cap. I’m regular customer but never again. Many times food is cold or missing. Now food was okay coffee was nice delivery on time, just the cup is missing. Every time something happens when I’m ordering from this store. Just be more careful people! I’m working in hospitality too, some effort and care required

I have a mobile app and I usually try to order in advance so that by the time I get to Starbucks, it’s ready. But no, with Midsummer team it happened a few times where they’re not busy and didn’t make my drink, they were waiting for me just cause I like oat milk and normal whipped cream. I usually order in advance as I am on a timed break and they always ended up wasting my break as they don’t make the drink between 5-7mins like what the app said, they wait for me to get there. It’s a customised drink for a reason. And the worst one was when I order coffee and a biscuit, the biscuit wasn’t with my coffee so the barista told me pick it up by the front/till. I grabbed one and sat down, as I was on my break. There was a massive queue and the barista at the till shouted at me ‘are you going to pay for that?’ I said I did pay for this already. Her colleague then told her what happened YET SHE had a smirk on her face and DIDN’t apologised! She embarrassed me in front of everyone when I didn’t do anything. Thanks for making me pay for my food for my break but feeling quite stressed from The situation.

delivery time just kept going up. when the order got here , coffee was cold. sausage bap was cold and chewy. 2nd time I've had this issue with this shop.

Horrible and rude staff, I visited this store and since Starbucks was giving NHS staffs free coffee on this day I decided to ask and he just walked off rudely with no eye contact left me on the counter whilst saying that’s finished.

Not a pleasure, not polite or welcoming. Coffee was fine but won't be returning.

One member of staff.. rude, me and a friend got dirty looks, the drink was shockingly horrible, I’m afraid to say. New location is nice. Staff member needs more training on customer service.

All sandwiches was absolutely cold. At least hear them before give them to driver!!! Shame to sending dry cold food.

Had a small latte with almond milk in a reusable cup(from Japan)

Ordered 2 coffees which were a bit too strong for us, the lovely barista Bisma replaced these free of charge with a sweeter drink that she thought we’d prefer. The drink was delightful! Thank you Bisma for your kindness 🫶🏽

Service was great but barista gave my drink to another person in error because you aren’t using people’s names. Your staff need to call people by name and make sure the drink is theirs rather than saying ‘Frappucino’ (the drink name) as 5 people have ordered the same thing so doesn’t really help. Drink was well made though.

When I went today I was Rudely ignored while I was at the till, my food/drink was terrible I’m never going back

Having ordered from Costa since ordering from Starbucks I noticed they have a film they put over the drink and under the lid. It would be great if Starbucks started doing this too as it prevented drinks from spilling in the bag. Otherwise, delivery service was great!

Spent 5 minutes looking for the mozzarella in the Tomatoe & Mozzarella paninni. Service not quite as slick or fast as used to for Starbucks in bigger locations but acceptable. Summary: Not the best, nor the worst Starbucks I have visited.

The place is neat but the service and drinks were terrible. I asked the coffee in a cup but they served me in a takeaway cup and when I asked my coffee in a normal cup the told they are just serving on takeaway cups at the moment. It was not busy at that time too. And the coffee also tasted bad. I had brought the same item from a different Starbucks and it tasted great

Staff not very quick and it wasn't busy. Flat white shouldn't take 15 minutes. Bacon sandwich was filling, hot and tasty

On a normal day, this starbucks is pretty good. But today the barista that served me gave me a drink that was half filled and I paid more than £4 for a drink. So I would expect to receive a drink that is full to the top. Do they think the ingredients will come out of their pay or are they just stingy? The tables were also very dirty so there was no where to sit. Ended up taking it away because it was nasty to sit anywhere.

Cold drinks do not travel well, I don’t know if this was to do with the way it was packaged. My drink was leaking in transit, so it was a bit messy getting it out of the packaging and decanting it into a cup. Everything else was fine apart from this.

My drink spilt I would like a refund

Refused to serve my daughter and me because we were paying with a £50, not acceptable in 2023 with unforgable currency's, and the staff not even knowing that. well they work at Starbucks

One of the drinking wasn’t covered so spilled all over the bag! A lot of it was missing when we got it as it spilled. Another drink we ordered didn’t even have any coffee in when I requested it with coffee! Felt like I wasted my money

Poor, slow service. Drinks taste awful, rude staff, forgot half of my order, would avoid.

Has all that Starbucks offers always seems to one or two servers who seem to prioritise delivery orders which can be infuriating waiting to be served. Not the best around

I Usually come here every weekend and never disappointed, the staff are friendly and efficient. I have my own cold cup and i tried a new drink today, which was an Iced Matcha with a shot and they made it beautifully, the server with the glasses and ear piercings and the male black servers are always on point, I always go to this Starbucks as they always make my drink correct and serve with a smile.

Good location and choice of seating inside and outside

Just popped in to get fruit juice to take away. Expensive, but very tasty.

Even though this Starbucks in intu is warm and inviting, the only problem is that sometimes, when it gets busy their is not enough staff to clear up

Wow I spend nearly £5 everyday buying myself a caramel macchiato from Starbucks and hands down the midsummer Starbucks is the worst I’ve ever come across. They said my card had declined and Dani -what ever position she wants to call herself said it would not come out of my account that’s not right tho is it ? I got charged for a cup of coffee and a cup I didn’t even get !! £25 they think I’m just going to forget like that. Dani and yas or jas have let your company down and I will b coming in with my bank statement to show yous it’s come out . If you want good customer service visit the Starbucks @ silbury arcade or the one in xscape or train station everytime I go these place nothing but good service and good coffee do I get !

Easy access, close to many shops.

White Americano was like dish water. Terrible. Waited at least 10mins. Staff too busy talking to each other. Young boy clearing tables was lovely. Nice young man. Will never go back.

Coffee and sandwich taste delicious!

I’m very disappointed with the service provided at this Starbucks. I ordered some food, hot chocolate and a flat white, all was fine but coffee was not good! I complained, they offered a replacement, I accepted but they didn’t make it. I waited for a long time and didn’t receive my replacement drink.

Manager was a touch mean to trainees but it's was very busy so I understand they were under pressure. Katie was on drinks and managed to single handedly manage everyone's orders faultlessly and still absolutely delightful. Props to Katie

Ordered two drinks and two pastries on a Sunday afternoon and only one drink turned up, clearly quite incompetent if they can't even make two drinks and they had the cheek to tell me to reorder it so I would have to pay delivery fees again for something I have already paid for?? Absolutely terrible service avoid avoid avoid

me and my friend visited for a quite drink to takeaway, i ordered a hot chocolate and my friend ordered a pumpkin spiced latte (vegan). first of all, there was no queue yet we waited 10 minutes for our drinks whilst she just washed random things in the sink, filled the beans (which were full) and talked. all other members of staff were also just stood around, we should’ve been first priority. when she was frothing the milk, she chucked it all down the sink because she didn’t use oat - a total waste. neither of them were very hot, it was luke warm. the pumpkin spiced latte tasted of just pure sugar and was not nice. we asked for cream, and we received a small blob.

Never go into big coffee chains and especially not Starbucks.

Ordered a hazelnut latte and it tasted like water instead of a mixture of espresso and milk. Really disappointed. Not enough milk foam and feel very unprofessional.

I occasionally visit this branch to grab a coffee before but unfortunately this morning has disappoint me I paid £4 for venti and tasted flat and not satisfying. I asked for a good coffee. I realised that she put almond milk in there instead oat milk which I asked for. I double checked with that young blonde woman and she said yes. So why she need to lie about it? It wasted my money and yet I’m allergic to almond milk Thank a lot

Just received my order at 8.25 despite ordering at 7.01. Breakfast bap is stone cold - Why it took this long I have no idea.

Rude and racist staff - avoid at all costs!! I was there early in the morning. There were no other customers. The two staff members behind the till nevertheless ignored me, chatting to each other, and I had to shout to get attention. When I had paid (nearly £20 worth of order), the racist young blonde woman serving then accused me of stealing (I am non-white; this was clearly racist), even though she had literally just seen and charged every item. I felt absolutely humiliated - ruined my day. Starbucks - do not employ rude, lazy racists please.

Rubbish, my drinks were spilt everywhere. Was given no straws and my toastie wasn’t even cooked!

I occasionally visit this branch at lunchtimes to grab a coffee before I head back to the office. Three times now I've been when the place has been near empty, either one or no customers ahead of me, and service painfully slow for no other reason than the staff are stood behind the counter chatting (my colleagues have had similar experiences) and I've nearly been late for work as a result (I don't expect it to take over 10 minutes to make a coffee when there are no other customers to serve)! Just not the level of service you'd expect such a high end, relatively pricy chain. In terms of service if you do want a service, I'd recommend the Starbucks inside the main shopping centre which is far quicker and the staff are far friendlier.

Overcharged for a cold, weak coffee. Disaffected staff looked and acted pained to be there. Didn't listen to the order and got it totally wrong.

Great little coffee branch selling a hood range of hot and chilled drinks and food. This particular branch is situated in Midsummer place and has ample seating in and outside or just treat yourself to a cheeky takeaway coffee. Staff are on par of what you've come to expect from a Starbucks as is the great tasting coffee too. Highly recommended branch

The shop got the drinks mixed up as I ordered a large(tall) latte and got a small Ordered a small chocolate and got a large(tall)

Have not had a starbucks. Before though it tasted as if the beans had been burnt. I only had a Decaf cappuccino.

Long ques, take ages to get drinks, dirty tables

Excellent service! Excellent coffee! Barista knows his stuff. I think his name was Tom. Recommended I try the blonde roast as ristretto. I always ask for this now.
