Amazing choice of desserts. Too much to choose from!! Could of eaten most of each item. Delicious food, good service. Myself and my son both thoroughly enjoyed our food. Definitely go back again

Convenient to our hotel and meeting. Recommended but also a novelty. Tries to look stylish without being prissy. Wide and enticing range of options. The gelato components seem have a more authentic feel than most we’ve tasted with that label in UK. Tasty. On our day there was steady trade without being busy. Staff seemed a bit detached but were helpful. Portions mostly generous. The prices are a bit higher than expected, out there with higher end hotel menus. Would come back. Presume it’s part of a chain.

Really tasty treat for the kids, and adults happy too. Staff were friendly and service was quick (but it was just us in there!). Not cheap but a rare treat full of calories and sugar so we were happy! My waffle was enormous, tasty and rich, and our coffees were fine.

Its not the first time i go here to and every time it takes forever to get my order order and its never right. Not going back

I went to Creams Cafe in Bath yesterday with my boyfriend for the first time. We ordered online via the QR code as requested, and there was no option to add allergy information. I am allergic to peanuts and have an epi-pen. After ordering, I went up to the counter and showed one of the staff members my phone detailing my order and order number, and told her that I had a peanut allergy. The website was also unclear about allergy information - it stated the Chocolate Waffle was with 'roasted nuts' but did not state which kind of nuts (I am only allergic to peanuts, so any other nut would have been fine). I asked for specifically no peanuts, but when the food was brought out I realised from the first bite that I had eaten a peanut. I started to panic, and my boyfriend went and asked the staff if it was peanuts. They told him it was almonds, so he came back and tried to reassure me but I was beginning to feel my throat tighten and my lips started to tingle and swallowing became more difficult. A member of staff then came over and said she was mistaken about the almonds and it was in fact peanuts. We left without eating any of the food to rush to a pharmacy (luckily there is one within 2 minutes walking distance) to get an epi-pen and anti-allergy tablets. This was an extremely scary experience for me and I would not wish it upon anybody else. We later went back to Creams and they gave me a full refund and apologised, but I can't stop thinking that this would have been life-threatening for me if I hadn't realised it was peanuts so quickly, and had ended up eating more than 1 bite. Also, if anybody had a more severe allergy than I do, and this happened to them things might have been a lot worse. Overall, the food looked nice and arrived quickly but the lack of communication between staff about allergies, and the lack of option to track an allergy when you order online is not good enough.

Ordered on Uber eats. We had a cookie dough, the chicken waffles, the Oreo cheesecake and the ‘American pancakes’. Truth be told the cookie dough tasted frozen and was smaller than my hand (cost £7). The chicken waffles were nothing like the picture on the menu at all. It came with no maple syrup and the there were around 3 little bits of chicken in it. The cheesecake was warm when it arrived, cheesecake is supposed to be cold?! It tasted just like it was made out of mock cream and not actual cream cheese. The worst part was the pancakes. They came so flat and covered in strawberry juice. When we opened them it went all over the floor, all over our clothes and all over the chair where the sauce was like water and poorly packaged. The pancakes tasted like rubber and were certainly not homemade. Abysmal food, will never come here again. £24 wasted.

We came here as a real treat before going home and unfortunately we left disappointed. Staff were not very happy or helpful and had forgotten our hot drinks until after our pancakes arrived and I had to ask. Order the American pancakes as I love them but described as fluffy on the menu and they most definitely were not at all fluffy. I’ve had lots of pancakes in my life and these were like someone had either used the wrong batter or forgot to add the baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into the mixture. The cookie dough stuffed waffles our friends had looked and smelt amazing and they were twice the size of the pancakes. The pancakes were edible but can not be described as fluffy or American. If you are coming here- order the waffles. Also couldn’t change the ice cream flavour without paying £2.50 on the pancakes as it’s standard whippy. White chocolate sauce was nice and strawberries were fresh.

My family and I had a day out at Bath and we discovered this amazing place! The choice was endless and the taste was amazing. All the staff were very polite, friendly and efficient. It was well run, clean and had plenty of space to enjoy your deserts. Portion size was amazing and well worth the money. We will definitely make a return visit there. Thank you to everyone that made our day - brilliant.

I am an EpiPen carrier, prone to anaphylactic shock when in contact with any form of nuts. I STRESSED THIS to the waitress who took my order. Someone, please explain why Ferrero (chocolate with hazelnut) was in my white chocolate waffle! I made a formal complaint, waiting, only to find the manager had been outside. Afterwhich I had explained the situation, he had the audacity to challenge me into saying it is part of the cookie dough (I have ordered this dish many times before), this was not the case! After 10 minutes of argumentive convincing, he picked it up (realising it's not soft like cookie dough). Finally, he admitted that it was Ferrero only to go on to say, "But it's absolutely impossible for there to be cross-contamination." It goes without mentioning that at this stage, my tongue was beginning to swell. I distressed that this was a health and safety issue that needs to be seen to. After a long back and forth argument, he brought the waitress who took my order. He then said to me, "in the future, you need to say you are allergic at the start". I then asked the waitress in front of the manager and everyone witnessing, "did I share that I am allergic", and in front of all, she confessed this to be true. He obviously felt his position in the restaurant challenged and began to whisper under his breath, finally declaring, "there's nothing they could do". I felt my tongue begin to swell even more, and I had to decide to leave to seek medical help. As we were leaving, he gave me my money back for the food in cash, leaving my friends to pay for themselves. (His mask was loose, and there was no washing of hands/sanitisation or use of gloves between collecting food and giving the cash to me). This is not taking into account the prior wrong order and 15 minute+ wait for TAP WATER. I have been to creams many times. But never have I experienced such belligerent ignorance!

Staff are so rude! Swearing at other staff members... getting my order wrong! No PPE worn... dealing with money and food not washing hands between customers

Well let's start with the staff. Very polite and understanding. All in loads of p.p.e to make even the biggest germ hater feel safe. One review says about sickly desserts being too sweet . Erm are you mad ! It's a dessert shop hun what did you expect. Yes they are a little sickly but they are great totally not healthy (maybe the fruit option if you want to be "good") Fantastic shame we are not local.

staff are rude and racist. just because i'm Asian. i felt like i was treated very different people behind me were served before i did. food was disappointing, turned up late and we received our food 10 mins apart. male staff member was very rude to us i think hes the manager but he isnt nice at all. ive heard how he talks to his staff.

staff do not wear gloves, masks or clean aprons when preparing your food. From dealing with money, cleaning mops and then preparing your food they do not even wash their hands. i asked for a refund on my most recent visit..as the guy was rude and swore at the both of us - he threw my money back to me. I have informed the police and trading standards... awaiting a response.

We were served the sweetest deserts I have ever eaten in my life. Neither my children nor I could eat them. My son had the waffle with fudge and my daughter the cookie dough with white chocolate. The sauces were pure sugar.

My friend and I came here for dessert after a meal elsewhere. Lovely welcoming place with lots of choice. The waffles we had were very large and extremely tasty. The staff were lovely and I would definitely be return.

Quality food, hygienic setting and excellent customer service to top it up. Superb 5 star experience!

Visited here after a disastrous birthday dinner at a Steak place round the corner! Wow, did it make up for it! Lovely staff, beautiful ice cream and an amazing menu!

I ordered from this dessert parlour to celebrate the weekend, but upon arrival we were shocked to find piles of inedible gravel in pots in lieu of our cookie dough. I couldn't even finish the ice cream which they also somehow failed. We feel mugged...

Ordered waffle, sundae, crepe and three coffees. Crepe and latte fine. Sundae and waffles poor, not like the pictures needed more toppings and sauce, ice cream portion with waffles v small. Cappuccino arrived looking and tasting like a latte. Final insult was waitress splashing ice...

Got seated straight away, however there was no explanation given that we had to order at the bar. So we waited, the waiters were sat on the table next to us eating KFC and nobody came to ask us if we were waiting or needed...
