Creams Cafe in Gravesham

Ordered over an hour and a half ago. Food is cold. Awful. We are very unhappy with the service.

We ordered a creams royale sundae, it had pink bubblegum glavoured ice cream at the bottom amd just plain vanilla soft scoop with 1 ferrero rocher dumped at the top. It also came melted. The description said it should have gelato and there was none.

The cookie dough was rock hard, cold and is missing the chocolate chip gelato. The sundae is just whippy ice cream and sauce, there is no chocolate fudge ice cream and there is a faint taste of banana.

gave the driver clear instructions to get to my house and he ignored it. went around my block twice. didn't want to listen to me. went to drive off. told them I have them on camera and they came back. my box was open and milkshake laying down. he was rude once delivered the food.

The cake was burnt and solid in the sundae, all food was cold, we had to microwave the cookie dough. The app said the courier was at the restaurant but 30 mins later hadn’t left. We called the restaurant and they told us the courier hadn’t arrived

Last time we will order from Creams, sadly now after portions shrinking and the icecream being extra, the sauces are now a cheap syrup type and the toppings on the waffles sparse. the blackmore pocket had a singular cherry in it and only one corner had any taste of blackberry sauce. as a farewell treat for the family before one heading back away from home, we were all disappointed

I only recieved 3 scoops of ice cream and my milkshake but not the waffle or cookie dough I ordered

They gave me a crepe instead of the waffle I got and paid for

£14 for 4 scoops of ice creams.. MAAAAAAAD

Would give zero stars if I could. £16 for a small tasteless cookie cough and shake. Dough taste like cardboard and SHAKE HAD NO BEUNO in it atall just ice cream/milk How did they mess up that badly? 2 staff didn’t speak a single word of English. Didn’t have any of the stuff I originally wanted. And forgot to give me a straw. Never again

Very slow service and local is a not clean and chairs is damage not repaired... bad...

Everything great Delivery on time

It was over 3 hours from when I ordered. This simply isn’t good enough and ruined our enjoyment of the food as we no longer wanted it and it went to waste. Paid £40 for the privilege. Not impressed

Ordered 2 nachos, one small and one to share. With added cheese sauce. Asked to leave out the salsa on the small nachos as they were for the kids. We received 2 SMALL nachos. Single cheese sauce and no salsa for the sharing one. Spent double the amount but were sent half the order basically. Terrible. Will not be ordering again as they didn’t even read the order to prepare it properly.

Very unhappy with the brownie tasted stale and the custard portion! I can’t believe they want £1.50 for a tiny ice cream tub half filled with custard!

The driver took over two hours to deliver a bottle of water and a slushie. By the time he arrived I had left the whole town.

The time kept updating from 19:45 to 19:56 & the milkshakes are watery. The quality of the milkshakes has been nothing but milk. Very poor quality.

Waited ages for this. Didn’t show up until 11:15. Absolute joke and waist of time. Turned up cold as well. Won’t be ordering again.

Very bad service, they made me pay 1.50 for whipped cream and nothing was in it when it came to me, when I phoned to tell them they said I was lying, I would not recommend, not worth the money.

I ordered the food at 10 and it didn’t arrive till gone 11pm, therefore the food was cold and melted and not even an ice cream at this point, the app wasn’t giving me updates either but just kept pushing the time back every 5 minutes

Th quality has certainly dropped. The chocolate sauce used tastes watered down.

Tried to order, kept keeping delayed and never turned up. Restaurant lied and said it was on the way, I spoke to the driver and he said he was still at the restaurant after they told me that. Don’t order from here. Useless

When you order something then you expect to get the whole dessert Not half & substitutes. Considering the Lemon meringue cheesecake sundae is the only thing I order I know the ingredients by now. Even if they ran out of things I would have thought you would call to change it. Have put in for a refund so let’s see if I get it. Unhappy customer

I ordered banana strawberry waffle which comes with ice cream as it shows on creams menu but I received my order and some items are missing guess what ice creams vanilla gelato and creams wafer. It was not baked properly.

Comida ordenada con facilidad, personal amable e interactivo. Incluso lograron que mi hija no quisiera comer nada, ya que lo que ella quería no estaba allí. Sorprendieron a la cumpleañera con un pastel de cumpleaños y tarjeta (con una pequeña canción) - era muy necesario tiempo en familia y fue un placer estar allí.

Customer service absolutely diabolical! Delivery driver turned up with complete wrong order which wasn’t his fault. Tried to telephone Creams but apparently they couldn’t hear me on the phone, how convenient! No wonder your star ratings are so low!!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was nice and clean and our desserts came out quickly and even though a mistake was made it was rectified instantly with no hassle at all. I’d definitely recommend popping in if you fancy something sweet

The drinks were horrible all of them tasted very bitter.

Vegan waffle were good but overpriced. The lemon sorbet was good though

PROBLEM 1 - We ordered these milkshakes and then a domino’s. Domino’s turned up 15 mins after ordering. These turned up an hour and 10 mins after ordering. PROBLEM 2 - the milkshakes had clearly been made shortly after we ordered but were left aside for an hour till driver came. The biscuit was all on top and rock hard, which when we did finally break through to get to the bottom of the milkshake was just plain milkshake. I’ve had a few problems from this place now & will never order again.

We ordered Ice cream for my Epileptic sister And turn up two hours late Looks like slop I get In Contact by email And then they promised they will place the ice creams.And get them delivered in email And then later I tried calling them back to confirm this Person hangs the phone up on me then My dad's got in contact And told my dad they say they will never we place it But I think they forget emails.Leave paper trials And had stuff missing from mu older Rude staff And my sister , who hasn't long came out of hospital never got her ice cream We was a loyal customer until today.We will no longer be buying from this store.And don't worry , we will be spread in the words Oh, and I think they might be scam artists as they ask for my address.And everything to deliver it And then tell my dad.They're not going to deliver it , so why do they need all my information

Had delivery icecream was slop in cups and 2 hours late nearly £80.00 and not even complete when reported to their manager she was rude and lied over email and phone say they will replace and hours later say they wont . don't believe anything they say and avoid these scammers overpriced and not even all there .

Great food and quick service. We were a party of 10 and everyone enjoyed their food. We will definitely come back again.

Ordered a share plater, says any two hot drinks, at no point does it not say not including these hot drinks. Find that out st the till as after 15mins know one bothered to take our order, had to go back and forth to the table as everything we attempted to order was not as simple as your menu made it out to be, the guy who served us said he couldn't answer any of the questions as its his first day and he doesn't know, which was made very clear by how awful everything turned up absolute awful. Menu needs to be changed as this is just false advertising

I ordered a cookie crush waffle and a Oreo crepe, I received a waffle with chocolate sauce on it and my crepe only had white chocolate sauce. Both items were cold and it didn’t even come with the gelato. Terrible service.

thickshake was not thick very thin and slushy, the crepes came ruined and sloppily chucked inside but atleast they were warm but I ate them anyway because I cannot afford to waist it

Tried phoning Creams multiple times, no answer, delivery time changed more than 10 times, drove down to Creams and the staff were not helpful all they could tell me was that the driver left over 30 minutes ago, absolutely shocking customer service, worst experience with just eat I’ve ever had !

This is more to do with the moral compass of the owner. My 16 year old nephew was ‘charmed’ by the owner for a potential position providing he completed a satisfactory trial which consisted of 5 hours working in the disgusting Kitchen. After completing the ‘trial’ the owner informed him he would contact him shortly for a position. Several days passed - my nephew attempted contact but was ignored/ghosted by the owner. At the same time he was communicating with my nephews friend about a potential trial. This is so wrong. It’s clear from recent reviews this place has gone downhill - avoid at all cost.

Oreo sundae was great and interior design was giving galaxy vibes. Would definitely recommend

I ordered nachos with extra guacamole - not only did my nachos to share arrive WITHOUT any guacamole but my daughters cookie dough arrived without any icecream! Try explaining that to a 12 year old. To make matters worse no one ever answers the phone. Once again, despite a few calls to them, NO answer. What a disappointment, we certainly won’t be ordering from here again.

Awful no atmosphere. Brought out all the orders one at a time, one of which was wrong and had to wait even longer. They brought out the correct desert, they didn't have any cutlery, and had to wait another 5 mins for the dishwasher to finish. Food was rubbish, really dry

Ordered a create your own Cooke dough . White chocolate . Complete wrong order came and it came with a ferro rochee cookie dough however I have a terrible nut allergy so it’s a nightmare you don’t get what u paid for wouldn’t recommend

I haven't been here in a while but I was very disappointed today, the crockery was beaten up, the baby was served and the forks were just awful.

Waffle seems to be under cooked, was very doughy inside and was falling apart

Milkshakes were good I think they need to be labelled which one is what as they were both chocolate one had chocolate fudge brownie and the other had chocolate chip gelato

I haven’t had anything from Creams for some time. I thought I’d treat myself and was sadly disappointed. The waffle was stone cold, there was no ice cream with it, so it was very sickly. Definitely not worth the £13 it cost to have it delivered.
