Cream Curls Newcastle in Newcastle upon Tyne

We visited here on a Saturday afternoon. 2 adults and 2 kids 10 and under. What a fantastic experience!!! The ice cream was great and tasty and the staff were great, so friendly and knowledgeable. It takes a little time due to how busy they were but was worth the wait. Will be back. The kids are desperate for another visit.

Ordered chicken tikka nachos to take out Everything was separate in pots, not enough toppings for the amount of tortillas. cheese sauce was tasteless, salsa was an awful chilli sauce, tortillas were stale, chicken was standard. Service is always slow and seems like an effort, we sat down as order was taking so long and my son hadn’t even gotten up yet when they started pushing the seat back into place as if it was so busy and needed immediate attention. It was just rude and made us feel unwelcome and as if they were doing us a favour by serving us. The place was empty and I see why. I decided to give it a second chance as the first visit was a poor experience but the waffle was good but not sure I’d return

Didn’t know what I was expecting, but exceeded that. I got the ice cream curls and tasted amazing. Portion was enough for two really. Girlfriend isn’t a big icecream fan, but she tried mine and said ‘regrets were made’ then struggled to get it back off her! Very nice

Excellent service and desserts. Went there for desserts. Cookie crush cheesecake was so nice and fresh. Brownie was so tasty and fresh. Good customer service.

If you’re looking for amazing food and desserts this is the place to go! I always have a great experience when ordering the pancakes and cookie dough are amazing!. tonight I was rang off the owner and he explained he didn’t have any hotdog buns and gave me options that were available for me to have instead, I went with a cheese burger and he even threw in some free fries to go with it. He was very professional and helpful. The food has just arrived and it’s all hot and very tasty. The delivery driver was very friendly and happy. Overall great service will be ordering again soon. This is only my 3rd time visiting but I’m becoming a regular! My daughter absolutely loved the create your own curl Ice cream (kinder, chocolate sauce and sprinkles). It is worth every penny and a lovely Sunday afternoon treat. The place is lovely and clean and we love that you can watch the ice cream being made infront of us. The staff are super nice, always make time for a chat. I already recommend to everyone

We just moved to the area and we’re so happy to find a place like this! The staff were lovely and they have a wide range of deserts we will definitely be back!
