Crave Coffee & Catering in Calderdale

I'm not sure why but our last 2 orders in March were cancelled. We can't get through to them on the phone either to see if they are actually taking orders. Great food but if you don't want to take orders, don't be available on here as it takes a weeks for JustEat to return your money.

Didn’t receive the right curry and when they decided to bring the right one asked me to give the other one back but it was already in the bin so they walked away with the curry

After going here for over 25 years never again. Poor customer service, prioritise the online orders and ignore face to face customers. 4 staff in the shop and was ignored by all bar 1. The service has been steadily going down hill and tonight was the last straw. Such a shame as I like to support small local businesses who need the support.
