Crafty's Bar in North Devon

We came to Craftys with a group of friends and had a thoroughly great evening. The food & wine was exceptional and the service was the perfect mix of friendliness and professional. Very highly recommended.

Wow. Amazing night at Craftys. Very special evening soiree with live music by Yazzy. Service was superb from everyone and made us feel very special. The cocktails and gins were fabulous and the platters were incredible. Such a beautiful intimate place and beautiful decorations, lighting and fire. Really special Christmassy evening...thank you to all.

Gorgeous intimate restaurant with a cute mezzanine snug, really beautiful design. Staff are so attentive but in a discrete way. Food was excellent and clearly described, lots of local produce. Cocktails are very high quality and the gentleman constructing them is an absolute gem. Lovely place.

absolutely amazing experience, got to make our own cocktails. everyone enjoyed it! there was 9 of us in total and we had a cheese board and drinks and honestly found it to be absolutely lovely, 10/10.

Attention to detail amazing ! Must be the best coffee in town and beautifully served but the charcuterie with cheese and meat was a work of art with the presentation and absolutely delicious ! Really really special

Accidentally found Crafty's while looking for a quick drink before going to the theatre, which is right next door. Very warm welcome and excellent service. Great little bar with a selection of Craft Beers and Organic wine. Had a couple of Lite Bites which were substantial. Excellent value Highly recommend when in Barnstaple.

Craftys is a lovely little gem hidden in Butchers Row. They offer a wide selection of beverages including Pale Ales and wines. We had the mixed meat & cheese charcuterie sharing board accompanied with hummus/ traditional pork pie with piccalilli.. delicious! If you’re looking for a lovely evening with a warm friendly atmosphere then look no further! Lisa and her team will accommodate you to the highest standard! If you a business person looking to host a small meeting then Lisa can offer you the mezzanine which is comfy, snug and private. I can’t recommend this place enough ❤️

What can I say about this amazing gem of a restaurant in Butchers Row. Perfect for you theatre goers or just a night out with friends, a romantic liaison or just simply a night out! This is Barnstaple at its very best. Lisa and her team are attentive, knowledgable and most of all incredibly welcoming. We had the mixed Charcuterie Board with the Chi Seed bread, it was DEVINE. The wine selection and Craft Ales were impressive and if you’re not too sure which to choose ask Lisa and they’ll guide you to your taste. Simply superb! Thank you to lovely Lisa and your wonderful staff who made us feel like celebrities tonight . Really TripAdvisor folk.. give this amazing relaxed, ambient restaurant a go, you will NOT be disappointed …x

Loved it here, cocktails we so good, reasonably priced and well presented. Customer service was very friendly. Had to sit outside to start with but we’re offered blankets and then we moved inside a bit later, really lovely decor and atmosphere. Will be back.

We visited this bar a couple of times during our visit to Barnstaple. We absolutely love it here and will definitely be returning in the future! Amazing choice of drinks and delicious small boards. Very friendly and attentive staff, atmosphere and decor was great. Can’t wait to come back here!

Fell upon this place as was booked into it's neighbour for lunch. We stopped at Craftys first for a few drinks in the sun. A beer flight & some cocktails, all very nice. Service fast and friendly. Well priced. Couldn't fault - recommended!

A plethora of beverages (even non-alcoholic - imagine!). Vegan charcuterie boards (and other kinds, too) served in a charming, well-designed space. Who could ask for more? Bravo, Crafty's.

We visited Crafty's yesterday, 24th August, and enjoyed Gin fizz cocktails, craft beer, coffee and tasting food. All delicious, presentation fantastic and the owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome. A great find.
