We visited the Snack Shack and I definitely recommend the black current and clotted cream ice cream. The staff are friendly and happy to help. Thank you in particular to the lovely lady who kindly allowed us to order an ice cream just as she was trying to close the shop.

We stopped in Woolacombe as we are hiking the coastal path. Snack Shack is the only place open around 8am. Everywhere else opens at 9 or later. We had a load of breakfast items, tea, coffee and a handful of jumbo sausage rolls for our hike. Everything was freshly made and delicious! We also went back for ice cream after our hike. Also delicious! Staff were lovely too! When we hike we stay in our campervan and sadly Woolacombe is not welcoming to campers at all. So massive negative marks for that.

Very welcoming staff and very good range of tasty food options from breakfast and onwards through the day. Fresh pain au chocolat and bacon/sausage/bean turnovers particularly recommended with a fresh coffee!

Stopped by after playing crazy golf as we needed some refreshments. The ice cream was delicious, definitely the best we had eaten during our mini holiday in Devon. The staff were very friendly and the shack looked very pretty. Will stop by again if visiting the area :))

Sells snacks and hot drinks. Service was good, food was fine. Perhaps they could do with a few more tables and chairs in their yard, other than that it's fine.

Absolutely delicious pasties, lovely customer service and perfect after a morning on the beach! We had the Keralan curry pastry and the butternut squash pasty and they were both scrumptious 😋 would 100% recommend these!!

As a keen cyclist with my m8 we are always looking for a nice cafe with good food and drink on our route. We certainly found one here. Gluton free, normally would be a big no to me but we tried the choc brownie with ice cream which was lovely and a oat latte which was also very nice. As my wife would tell u im a very fussy food and drink person. She dreads it when shop owners ask how i find they foods.More often than not theres always something i dont like.Im hard to please. THE FABULOUS SPROUT pleased me very much though.Nice decor as well and friendly service. When ever im in south molton it will be my go place.

Great food fun locally and ethically sourced suppliers, prepared by someone who so obviously has poured their heart and soul into a great little stop. Excellent knowledge of every aspect of the menu, ingredients and suppliers I can't recommend this place for a setup wether is for a coffee and cake or a very decent lunch.

This was so welcoming into what felt like the Chef’s home. It was cosy, the ambience was superb. The food was truly delicious and what was real, we felt we were part of the family. The tastes of the various dishes was just amazing and every dish was so different. The Chef was accompanied by his lovely wife and son who were amazing and helped make the family atmosphere with such a famous chef at the helm.

We were a large group dining here to celebrate two of our friend’s birthdays, and it’s safe to say we’ll be coming back to celebrate every occasion and more! The restaurant and outside spaces are beautiful, the staff were fantastic and really looked after us, and the food was exceptional!!

Really fancied a coffee and a sandwich, saw this place and went in. It’s an arty cafe run by a local family who were very welcoming. It’s tastefully decorated with good background music which gave a really relaxed vibe to the place. The coffee was extremely good and the smoked cheese and red onion was mouth watering. I certainly will be returning when in Barnstable.
