Fantastic home baked cakes and pies

We have just moved to tge area from Brighton. This is definitely the best bakery we have been to. Their pies are out of this world and tge cakes are second to none. I’ve started going there on a frequent basis. The prices are very reasonable compared with down south. Thank you so so much xx

We always get the tray steak pie as a family, it's lovely, full of meat and easily does 8 portions, could not recommend any higher. A good buy and a quality product

Cracking local bakery. My son's favourite shop. Their Vanilla slides are the size of bricks and delicious.

Been going to call into this place believe it or not for years finally got the chance to at the weekend and boy was the wait worth it you bet it was 2,bacon n egg pies,1,steak n cheese pie,3,trifles, this visit will be the first of many,(I'll be back)

Great food and excellent value for money will return.

Great variety of pies and sweets,unfortunately spoiled by the lazy and ignorant parking up on the kerbside opposite for the sake of walking for a minute.It’s illegal to block a pedestrian kerb and extremely dangerous but then again you know that,so it’s just laziness!

I thought that they must have made a mistake when they told me the total price and huge portions too. Very tasty and original treats you may not have sampled before like potato pie or christmas dinner pie. Huge cakes too.

Walking or driving past each day whilst on holiday we had to pop in the sample the pies. So a trio of pies brought for later. Reheated and we found perfect pastry, loads of filling and amazing flavour (steak and black pudding was the outright winner (also brought steak and cheese and chicken and mushrooms). Shop staff were very polite too

Poppy’s pork and egg pie was the best I’ve ever scoffed! Such a humble family bakery. Go to this bakery, you won’t regret it !
