Excellent restaurant, good food, lovely atmosphere and in the lounge area our dog was welcomed. We had an evening meal here last evening and would highly recommend a visit with or with out a dog. Good food, reasonable price and friendly atmosphere. What else do youneed

Lovely place for breakfast! The food and coffee were incredible (definitely recommend the dirty breakfast butty!!) and the actual restaurant was really clean and cosy. The staff were friendly and service was quick despite them being so busy. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately we didn’t have food on our visit but the food we seen/smelt was amazing! We had cocktails whilst we were there! We loved the cocktails and what made them even more delicious was that we didn’t see on the menu that we had arrived in between 4pm-8pm when they are £11ish 😍 we were made up and stayed for a couple more than we expected to. We had our dog with us and they were so dog friendly! The staff were lovely and attentive, the drinks to die for and the whole place (including toilets) was immaculate! Will definitely be returning and/or going to our ‘local’ cosy club in Chester.

Good food and friendly staff in a nice setting. Just don't go if you're hungry as the portions are small and not filling.

One of my favorite restaurants in Liverpool. Amazing atmosphere, great and friendly service, great food and drinks. My favorite is the Cosy Club Sandwich. Awesome!! This is a must visit when in Liverpool. It is located in Liverpool One shopping center. It was a very short walk from our hotel (Hilton Liverpool City Center). They also serve a really good brunch on Sunday’s.

One of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. Beautiful interior, delicious cocktails and lovely attentive staff. Can't wait to go back and try the main menu!

We have been in this restaurant few months ago and we wanted to try again this 2nd time in Liverpool. Again, as the first time, we really enjoyed the food and the service was perfect. We will definitely come back for brunch again if we have the chance. 100% recommended

Ordered buttermilk fried chicken. It was one of the driest chicken i've ever had. Service was good.

Salmon, seabass and chicken was very overcooked, extremely dry, but the duck was good. Non alcoholic cocktails were really delicious. The staff was really nice

Popped in here without a reservation hoping we could be squeezed in for Mother's Day brunch, and luckily, we could! Food was gorgeous, service was great and the actual place was lovely, would definitely recommend. I had the Cali brunch, poached eggs on smashed minted peas and sourdough toast, with feta and pink pickled onions. I also had streaky bacon. It was YUM! Will definitely go back. Also pictured is the shakshuka, chorizo hash, and pancakes with syrup and bacon. Didn't get a pic of the full English breakfast but my husband assures me it was delicious - particularly the potato rostis! Coffee was also delicious. Thanks for squeezing us in, you made the perfect start to Mother's Day for me :)

We booked a table for 12.45 pm. We made sure we arrived in plenty of time as we had a 2 pm appointment. We arrived ten minutes early. Our order was placed within ten minutes. I ordered steak. Fifteen minutes after ordering, someone informed us the steak had shrunk in cooking they would have to cook another one. At 1.05 we were informed it would be another ten minutes. Explaining our appointment the waitress went to explain to the chef. Another ten minutes went by and we were informed there would be a further delay! At 1.25, we asked to speak to the manager and told him what had happened and we could wait no longer. We didn’t know what time the meal would arrive and we were not prepared to rush our meal to arrive in time for our appointment so we cancelled the meals and left. So annoying. The restaurant wasn’t even busy at that time! Very disappointed in Cosy Club.

Really enjoyed our meal here, we were seated by the window which was a great view for people watching. The cocktails were fabulous! Highly recommend the mango colada, chocolate old fashioned & red cherry sour. They’re delicious and a great price for the quality taste! The food was really flavoursome and they handled my food allergy really well which is much appreciated. Really great service even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon-will definitely be returning.

I will never be returning to the Cosy Club. Went there this afternoon 1st of March 2024, was expecting a lovely late lunch. Was not at all what I was expecting. To start off with the staff weren’t very ‘on the ball’ with things. Asked for a VEGAN burger, said it clearly the friend I was with heard me say it. The waitress did not seem like she was listening, which evidentially was the reason why I was served with a BEEF burger. Being a vegan/vegetarian for 5 years I haven’t touched meat until I was wrongly served today. I had to go to the toilet to throw up. This has made me very very upset and will see to take things further with the business. Waitress was saying sorry over and over but that didn’t help the fact at all. Got given a refund but this is was not and is not good enough. They need to be more careful. I did like going to the cosy club but now it has lost a customer. Very disappointed and disgusted with my experience today. Very upset!!!

Staff were lovely, attentive and welcoming on arrival. Restaurant looked clean and nicely decorated. We were served reasonably fast. Coffee was great. Food was ok - rostis just tasted like burnt potato with very little by way of filling. Very much overdone and a real disappointment. The cosy eggs with salmon were nice but nothing to write home about. The horrible bit was in the bathroom - one of the kitchen staff had been for a poo. He did wash his hands but didn't bother to dry them. Not great to think that guy handles food for a job - clear failure of basic hygiene standards.

I always come here with my little white chihuahua to grab some food and relax and read my book. This is by far my favourite place for lunch in the city. The staff are truly exceptional and look after me and my pooch every single time. The customer service is second to none and I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more. Thank you for being you! 10/10.

As it's located on the 2nd floor, it gives a nice view of the centre. Service was nice, we didn't like the food. I'll give it another try soon. Atmosphere unique with paintings.

Truely a lovely building and great service, however refrain from ordering the DIRTY chicken burger unless you're in the mood for a curry flavoured mac and cheese topped off with 7 to 8 foul and mismatched sauces. I can't speak for any other dishes, however visually they don't do it for me, and the plate before me, see pictures, is making me feel quite frankly unwell and queasy. My main concern is for the health of whoever put together this dish and I hope he or she and/or they get the help and clarity they need.

We went to cosy club on valentines for bottomless brunch. Dan our server was amazing and really made this the highlight of our day. The food was gorgeous and drinks even better the service was so fast and Dan was very attending. He more than just service with a smile. Hope to visit again soon. Will be back…

Not quite as impressive internally as say Nottingham or Derby, Liverpool Cosy Club is still worth a visit. The food is really nice too. Minor gripe is that I think it should be table service.

Cosy Club is our 'go to' restaurant when we visit friends in Stamford so it was a natural choice to visit Cosy Club in Liverpool on a recent day trip to the city. Our experience started well, it was early evening, the restaurant was quiet and we were seated next to the window. As we already knew, Cosy Club caters well for coeliacs and I made my choices from the ample gluten-free menu. We both chose starters and main courses and the food was tasty enough but the portions were, in our opinion, meagre. My leek, broccoli & cheese bake came in a small oval shaped dish with no garnish and nothing to accompany it. It looked like the sort of thing you'd be served in a staff canteen. My husband was also underwhelmed by the size and presentation of his main course. Feeling cheated, and having spent a decent amount of money already, we opted not to order desserts but left the restaurant to catch an earlier train and fill up on cereal when we got home. This Cosy Club, sadly, let us down and we won't be returning.

First time visiting and the place is great! Cosy indeed. Met with a warm welcome and quickly seated too. Food was great and good value. Over all a great experience and good first time dining so definitely going back.

Had drinks in one of our most favourites 😍

Went here on Sunday with a few friends visiting from London and Norwich. Arrived and greeted promptly and by a very friendly host. Server attended to us and organised our drinks order. The menu for food has a great selection. I selected the Butchers breakfast. Food came out pretty quick but was hot and fresh and tasted excellent. Drinks we had to ask for but this was the only service negative. Staff all friendly and polite. Clean and very decorated interior. Defo recommend and will return

Amazing atmosphere, view and delicious food for our lunch visit whilst in the city. Decor is a dream and we were shown to a cosy sofa area by front windows. Food so tasty and so much choice . Drinks also available for those wanting hot or those after a cocktail afternoon! Luke a really great server. Definitely will return and also try our closer Cosy club in Chester!

First impression of the hangar like space with random fake portraits wasn't great. Service was not great either. I was asked how I wanted my eggs with my butchers brunch and I replied "over easy" to which the server said rummy and said yes. Well............ After a long wait of 45 minutes in a sparsely occupied restaurant. The eggs were well done, the "treacle cured bacon chop" was incinerated belly pork and the hash browns took their name literally and were deep brown and brick like. Sausage, toast and beans OK but how can a chef(cook) have the cheek to send that out I don't know. My wife's chorizo chicken was no better with tough chicken breast I WILL NEVER SET FOOT in another cosy club. If you want ruined food and over priced drinks in a soulless barn come here otherwise save yourself the hassle and go somewhere, anywhere else!!!!!!!

That's a place I find as 11 out of 10. Amazing vibe inside - the furnitures and amount of amazing paintings alongside the view just bring this place to the other level. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite (best wishes to awesome waiter who served us - the guy with a tattoo on his right hand definitely deserves a raise!). And food? Damn they all lied on the Internet, when they said food in Britain is bad.

We have a Cosy Club in Lincoln, which over recent times I've felt hasn't quite lived up to it's original fantastic start to life some 5 years ago, and I did wonder if it was just a one off. Having visited the Cosy Club in Liverpool today, I do wonder if it's a bit of a trend across some of the sites. Firstly, much like the one in Lincoln, the venue and the atmosphere is stunning, the attention to detail and the setting of the art deco/art nouveau era is great. The food is, good, it's presented well, the menu is a nice variation, just maybe slightly lacking a stand out factor dish by dish (but that's not really a criticism, as this is after all, a multi national restaurant chain who do a fantastic job of keeping so many restaurants running in this environment) The bit that does just, make me feel a little underwhelmed, is the staff - The gentleman who greeted us and asked if we'd booked, pulled such a face when we said we hadn't, I was getting ready to turn back down the stairs and leave, as I was fully expecting him to say they were fully booked, such was his reaction - The truth was a quarter of the tables were in use at any time from us entering to leaving an hour and a bit later. It took a good 10 minutes for any member of staff to take either a drink or food order from us (we ended up doing both together, as we'd had ample time to decide what we wanted to eat), and overall there just seemed to be an attitude from the collective of "we don't really enjoy doing this" Like I said above, this seems to be the case at our local Cosy Club, as well as at the one in Liverpool, and it really is such a shame, because they are great venues, offering more than your bog standard, run of the mill chain-run food.. but the staff are very much run of the mill..

We went for what would have been my grandads 100th birthday. He sadly passed away before he could reach 100, and we told our server Dan when he asked what we were there for. Dan brought out a brownie with a candle in it after...

Weird. Ordered a certain drink at the bar (non alcoholic)and was told we couldn't have it. Unless we sat in the restaurant and paid for food.

Dreadful. Rude abrasive staff, wrongly charged for drinks, order wrong, portions are tiny, lukewarm and not great. Staff were all so rude and unfriendly

Amazing food - my boyfriend got the Butchers breakfast and the food was so good, one of the best breakfast dishes we both have tried. The service was also very fast and helpful and the place had a beautiful decorum. Loved my experience here, would definitely return and recommend.

Called in on the chance of a table, you did, but it was sort of in the way of service and others, but was grateful. Ordered the christmas pie meal, like always the food was good , but I can't help feeling a bit let down, 1 tiny pig in blanket, my strip of carrot was in need and alot of mash. If I wanted to ..I could say Chicken Pie and Mash 🤔 it Needed a "yep this is christmas"

I expected the cosy club to be warm and cosy but it didn't have that feel in the dining area. The food and service was very good but the name felt like a misnomer. The bar area looked like it may have had one or two comfy areas but, for me, it wasn't cosy, just a nice place to eat.

Lovely food, great place, hugely reccomended

All the glasses which we were served were not washed properly - wine glass still had lipstick on it and the others were sticky and obviously not clean. When I saw the lipstick the bartender obliged me with a new glass after I asked but there was no apology given.
