Shocking, food is dreadful, coffee tastes awful. You have to queue to order and what turns up isn’t clean.

We had the best breakfast here this morning. My daughter had the chorizo hash and I had the classic breakfast. It was so tasty. We also couldn't fault the service. Dan our waiter was lovely and friendly. He came over with water straight away and introduced himself. We were only visiting Liverpool for the night but we will definitely come back here when we visit the city again.

Went there for the first time on Saturday and the restaurant smelled of fish, almost like the markets. The food is not great, not much flavour. I had a veggie lunch which had veggie sausage, egg, beans, tomato, sourdough bread, mushroom and a random mix of avocado, mushy peas covered in mint sauce( awful sauce). Their customer service was not great either. After lunch, my friend and I tried to get the waitress’s attention and ask for the bill. However, we were ignored. I managed to get attention of one of the waitresses but she seemed agitated when I asked for the bill. 5/8 minutes went by and still no bill. I saw the same waitress passing by, smiling at other customers but when I called her again and politely asked her for the bill she said “ I was busy and it’s coming.” I thought that this was rude and uncalled for. Her face was screwed up but she was smiling for customers behind us. We waited another 5 mins and had to ask another person. I didn’t like the atmosphere and felt like the staff were not friendly at all.

Had lunch at Cosy Club Liverpool and loved it! 🍽️ Tried the buttermilk fried chicken with fries—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor! 🍗🍟 The place has a quirky, stylish vibe with great service. ✨👌 Definitely coming back! 🙌🔥

Pink chicken 🤢 I visited here after hearing good reviews and decided to order one of their special chicken burgers. Luckily because the burger was quite large I decided to cut it in half. Only to discover the inside of the burger was pink! I don’t think I’ve ever ever made a complaint in a restaurant and was very reluctant to do so but I’m very aware pink chicken isn’t edible and a food safety issue. I politely told our waiter that the chicken was pink and she took the burger away. The manager came over with said burger and told me “they cook food to temperature and not colour” and will be fine to eat which I’m sure is correct with most food but according to the food standard agency…chicken should never be served pink. I politely said “I don’t feel comfortable eating pink chicken” and asked if they could make it again. Only to be told “we could make it again but the chances are that it will come out the same” I was confused and ordered something different instead. Maybe some people wouldn’t mind or think this is okay but the general consensus of people I’ve spoken to is that you should never eat pink chicken and it’s against British food standards to serve it. It’s a shame because the vibe of the place was chilled so maybe okay for a snack or a drink but I would avoid the chicken!

Called in here twice over a weekend. Superb. Friendly welcoming staff,warm luxurious environment, sublime food. Service excellent and relaxed.you must visit.

They gave me raw chicken im not very impressed with this i hope by next time I come they will sort out this problem, I could have been very ill but they did give me a new one with a refund.

Really has that chain feel these days. Cocktails without any alcohol in them for extortionate prices. Not the place it used to be.

Chinese dude needs to learn to his face won't break if he cracks a smile. The breakfast is a rip off at nearly £12 as the quality was quite poor and with one pot of tea and a sausage bap £20+. Wouldn't go again, wetherspoons quality for top dolla!!!!!

The cocktails were nice but that's about it. The service was incredibly slow. We were waiting for over an hour until we were asked for a food order. When the food arrived we were bitterly disappointed by the portion size. We left feeling hungry still and were not impressed by the service provided. Especially as this was a quiet Wednesday evening. £50 for a meal for two was not worth it one bit.

Having been to the Cosy Club in Chester and had a very good experience we booked a table at the Liverpool venue, what a mistake! The entrance and stairs had a strong smell of stale urine and body odour. Of the two meals we ordered the cosy burger had a great taste but the presentation left a lot to be desired. The Asian chicken starter was simply chicken nuggets with sprinkles served with a wedge of lime. It was neither glazed or had any flavour that could be associated with Asia! The truffle and Parmesan fries did have grated Parmesan but were sitting in a puddle of oil in the container, without a taste of truffle. The food was served very quickly after taking our order, akin to ‘fast food’ which we could have got at any well known outlet!! Definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.

Lovely little breakfast, good food, good friendly service, they missed a sausage off my order but soon got it out to me, aside from that, excellent.

Great food even though the portions were very small, I know this is part of the experience but was not expecting the food to be this small when we’re paying quite a bit of money. However what gave this review 3 stars was the service. We kept making eye contact with the waiter however she was too busy chatting with other waiters. This meant it took ages for food to come out and get the bill to finish. Also with the food I wanted to order the Asian chicken salad yet when I asked the waitress if I could have this she said it’s very small so said I should order something else even though this was on the main menu. Instead I ordered the main meal chicken and a side of fries and the portion was so tiny.

Great place for breakfast. The food was very well cooked and presented. The staff are friendly and really nice. Love the decoration and the general atmosphere of the restaurant. Would highly recommend you visit here. We booked a table and it did get busy.

First time I have been here, and I will be going again. Went with two friends for brunch, booked in advance to be sure we got a table, the decor and ambience was beautiful, menu was amazing, was hard to choose, so will have to have brunch at least 5 more times to order what I fancied 😊, pricing was very reasonable, and the best bit was our server, she was lovely, engaging, professional and very interested in what we were doing that day. I would definitely recommend Cosy Club

We had breakfast here twice and lunch and cocktails once.(things have changed)Can not fault the food.Breakfast’s were top class.Service was really good.We’ll hopefully be back in Liverpool soon and this will be our go to place for food.Yesterday I had the bubble and squeak breakfast as did my wife(she had bacon.I had toms)It did us till we got back to Ireland at 5 pm.Really really nice place and super service 👏👏👏👏 returned to find the menu had changed.Tried eggs,avocado,peas etc.Dreadful.Id give 2 stars for the food now.Wife wasn’t over the moon with her breakfast either

Seated as soon as we arrived - table ready with candle lit, seater made sure to check of allergies and additional menus. Restaurant was very busy but tables still felt a good enough distance apart, to not feel too cramped. Would recommend booking however as they were turning away walk ups. Water bought to the table and drinks and food order taken quickly - large and varied menu with lots of choice despite it being the lunch option (served until 5pm). Food was as exactly described and very tasty - seabass was soft and buttery, and the fried chicken and fries hot and freshly made. Desserts similarly as good and the flavours were something different to the standard cheesecakes, brownie or crumble. Section service was excellent - no fuss but made sure we had everything; there was some time between a few dishes, however nothing too major. Only thing to note was the ladies toilets, whilst relatively clean, hadn't been checked since midday, and with the amount of guests the bin was overflowing with hand towels. Would 100% recommend and go back (again) for a good quality food, quick and efficient service, and a lovely setting in the centre of town.

Absolute rip off. I've been here numerous times and always been happy. But beware. They have cut the size of portions. Had the fish and chips. Half a fish and about 9 chips. I've put bigger bait on my rod than the size of fish. No peas. £20. Terrible value for money. I try not to give bad reviews but the size of fish was awful.

This is a great place, atmosphere very nice especially after dark, when the lights are fab. The staff are great and can’t do enough enough for you. The food is just ok. The fish finger brioche is tasteless and not worth the price. Love the cocktail hour !

Had a lovely time here the other day, when we came here for a quick bite and drinks. Been served by a bartender in black with a man bun, really knowledgeable about the drinks. We had a Cherry Backwell and a Mango Colada and they were great. The food was cooked good and the presentation was great, but the portions were small for the price, hopefully this will be improved for the next time. Recommend the place for a quick stop in Liverpool One.

Great restaurant, great atmosphere. Food was great, not massive and over facing but just right. I ordered a steak and while it came slightly over cooked to my request and also strangely already sliced, it was not at all unpleasant. Cocktails were great. Lots of choice for all tastes. Service was a bit lacking when we went and got the feeling they were under staffed. When we arrived we waited almost 10 mins just to be greeted and had a number of staff walk past and not even acknowledge us. Also ordering more drinks was a challenge to get attention and took a while to get any attention, but once we did the lovely young lady that served us was great, she was also great with our 7 year old. They never stopped and as previously mentioned seemed under staffed which is a reflection on the chain and not on the service recieved from individuals. Would be happy to go again on our next visit.

Amazing food totally worth any penny

Staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. However, the portions were small for the price I felt. Some of the meals were presented well but the children's meals really let it down. Very poor. £ 8 for pasta with oddly dried up sauce. Not presented well at all and certainly not good enough to be served in such a lovely setting. The kids were not offered drinks with their meals which we've since realised that they should have been. The fish was excellent but smallish. The vegan burger had an unpleasant taste- not sure what it was made from. Desserts were very nice. I've heard such good reviews of this restaurant and it was a pleasant atmosphere but today the food was not what I'd have have expected sadly.

Location is pretty good and prices are kind of okay but what I would say is this is a great big aircraft hanger of a place. It really has two dining areas. One is a bit smaller with what look like some comfy seeds and the other is rather like a school dining room. Staff waived between indifferent and then a little bit attentive. It was actually very hard to work out who was the staff. No uniforms and those people who were serving look like they were going out to a party on a Friday night. Nothing about the experience would make me want to go back here by choice.

Lovely place to stay, spotlessly clean and so quiet, was shocked how big it was, be definitely booking again on our next Irish trip.

Food was really nice and tasty but the glasses that the water were in had dirt on them and the staff were pretty rude and unfriendly, which was disappointing, hopefully they aren't always like that and were only having a bad day..

We came here for a casual sunday night for girls gossip and drinks, and our server Luke was absolutely fantastic, so fun and relatable and absolutely gorgeous. He made everything so aesthetically appealing and kept us topped up on our white wine spritzers. Would recommend to anybody. Give Luke a payrise immediately or i will formally complain💖

Beautiful decor, old fashioned with a modern feel, but let down by Witherspoon's quality food at high end prices. Very friendly staff, but order was wrong. The hostess that greated us was amazing

So disappointed party of 4 special birthday celebration the good menu we loved had been changed since last time we were there in July and prices gone up quite a bit, 2 of our guests couldn’t really see anything they would like we ended up walking out. We often go cozy club but Don’t think we will be going back while they have that new menu .

Although we just turned up on a busy Saturday morning, and were seated relatively quickly, I would book next time. And there will be a next time!

We were warned as we entered that they were short staffed. 40 minutes later and we still haven't been served our coffee. The place was relatively empty. We walked out.

My husband and I reserved a table on 10th September for our 58th Wedding Anniversary. We were met on arrival by a lovely lady who showed us to our table. We were then presented with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and later a cocktail. The food could not be faulted nor the service. We will certainly go back, maybe for brunch next time

We went for bottomless brunch and it was great. The drinks came super quick and the food was great! Glen was amazing the whole time! I would definitely come back

Very cosy place, worth visiting.

Lovely decor and great staff, but the breakfast felt like it'd been under a hot lamp for a while. The "rostis" were the consistency of warmed up roasties, and the toast was chewy but not in a good way. The bacon needed another ten mins in the pan to crisp the fat up. I guess it's just a lack of care and attention from the kitchen. Front of house staff were excellent. Iced latte was great, but hey, that wasn't £12.

There was a group of 15 of us who dined here last Saturday for my 40th birthday. My food was lovely as was most people’s, only issue was a steak being slightly tough and chicken being bit oily - but still tasty. I have a food allergy and ate here with no concern and was not made unwell. Michael was our server and he was bloody fantastic! He listened to all of our concerns, helped get our drinks & food to us in a speedy and professional manner and joined in with our excited chatter. We made him judge our drawing competition too - we loved him so much that we tried to encourage him to join us on our night out! This guy deserves a pay rise for sure! Thank you Michael and Cosy club :)

Brilliant service Had booked for party of 5 and staff very patient with two latecomers. Food was fantastic. So tasty. Reluctant to leave so sat in lounge with drinks afterwards. Although there was no pressure to leave table. Parking nearby. Had a lift and bot child and dog friendly

Went to Liverpool Cosy Club before going to a show. Very welcoming,great atmosphere and staff were lovely. Food was nice,plus cocktails. The guys serving were welcoming and lovely to chat to. Went during the protests/rioting in Liverpool and the staff kept us informed and locked us in till it was safe..appreciated 🥰

4 of us came to celebrate a birthday....it was great from start to finish. Service from Shay was outstanding as well as a mention to Rachel and Alex. They all couldn't have done more to make our visit special. We'll be back.

Went late as we had be out all exploring the city, that wasn’t a problem we welcomed warmly and show to our choice of table. We ordered 2 beers which arrived ice cold perfect . The has a fantastic choice I had pulled beef croquettes absolutely amazing. We then ordered 2 burgers classic for the blonde and the dirty chicken burger for my self both were fantastic. Another 2 beers and we were done. Check them out if your in Liverpool breakfast is also really but if you are going Saturday or Sunday book as it’s packed . Well all
