Enjoyed a very tasty traditional breakfast in lovely surroundings. Both service and food were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Location is pretty good and prices are kind of okay but what I would say is this is a great big aircraft hanger of a place. It really has two dining areas. One is a bit smaller with what look like some comfy seeds and the other is rather like a school dining room. Staff waived between indifferent and then a little bit attentive. It was actually very hard to work out who was the staff. No uniforms and those people who were serving look like they were going out to a party on a Friday night. Nothing about the experience would make me want to go back here by choice.

Food was lovely but pasta nearly cold & very small portion still hungry

Reduced the nebue, removing my favourites, dirty chicken burger and cosy club sandwich. Rest of menu not great. V dissapointed

We came here for a casual sunday night for girls gossip and drinks, and our server Luke was absolutely fantastic, so fun and relatable and absolutely gorgeous. He made everything so aesthetically appealing and kept us topped up on our white wine spritzers. Would recommend to anybody. Give Luke a payrise immediately or i will formally complain💖

Although we just turned up on a busy Saturday morning, and were seated relatively quickly, I would book next time. And there will be a next time!

So disappointed party of 4 special birthday celebration the good menu we loved had been changed since last time we were there in July and prices gone up quite a bit, 2 of our guests couldn’t really see anything they would like we ended up walking out. We often go cozy club but Don’t think we will be going back while they have that new menu .

We were warned as we entered that they were short staffed. 40 minutes later and we still haven't been served our coffee. The place was relatively empty. We walked out.

Decent bar to stop off and have a lovely drink in. Right in the centre of the shops so perfect for a stop off between shops. Great ambience and staff

Actually pretty cool, very American in size and design. Breakfast was great, good take. Relaxed, everyone was wonderful, chatty and attentive.

My husband and I reserved a table on 10th September for our 58th Wedding Anniversary. We were met on arrival by a lovely lady who showed us to our table. We were then presented with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and later a cocktail. The food could not be faulted nor the service. We will certainly go back, maybe for brunch next time

We went for bottomless brunch and it was great. The drinks came super quick and the food was great! Glen was amazing the whole time! I would definitely come back

Very cosy place, worth visiting.

Lovely decor and great staff, but the breakfast felt like it'd been under a hot lamp for a while. The "rostis" were the consistency of warmed up roasties, and the toast was chewy but not in a good way. The bacon needed another ten mins in the pan to crisp the fat up. I guess it's just a lack of care and attention from the kitchen. Front of house staff were excellent. Iced latte was great, but hey, that wasn't £12.

There was a group of 15 of us who dined here last Saturday for my 40th birthday. My food was lovely as was most people’s, only issue was a steak being slightly tough and chicken being bit oily - but still tasty. I have a food allergy and ate here with no concern and was not made unwell. Michael was our server and he was bloody fantastic! He listened to all of our concerns, helped get our drinks & food to us in a speedy and professional manner and joined in with our excited chatter. We made him judge our drawing competition too - we loved him so much that we tried to encourage him to join us on our night out! This guy deserves a pay rise for sure! Thank you Michael and Cosy club :)

Had some little plates to share between us, really tasty, the pork belly was really nice, definitely try that if you go!

Menu had wrong prices so more expensive than you think. Breakfast was average but nice setting.

Brilliant service Had booked for party of 5 and staff very patient with two latecomers. Food was fantastic. So tasty. Reluctant to leave so sat in lounge with drinks afterwards. Although there was no pressure to leave table. Parking nearby. Had a lift and bot child and dog friendly

We love Cosy Club both in Liverpool and Chester always perfect food and atmosphere and the staff are always brilliant went for brunch this time with the kids and as always it was perfect 👌

4 of us came to celebrate a birthday....it was great from start to finish. Service from Shay was outstanding as well as a mention to Rachel and Alex. They all couldn't have done more to make our visit special. We'll be back.

Went to Liverpool Cosy Club before going to a show. Very welcoming,great atmosphere and staff were lovely. Food was nice,plus cocktails. The guys serving were welcoming and lovely to chat to. Went during the protests/rioting in Liverpool and the staff kept us informed and locked us in till it was safe..appreciated 🥰

Went late as we had be out all exploring the city, that wasn’t a problem we welcomed warmly and show to our choice of table. We ordered 2 beers which arrived ice cold perfect . The has a fantastic choice I had pulled beef croquettes absolutely amazing. We then ordered 2 burgers classic for the blonde and the dirty chicken burger for my self both were fantastic. Another 2 beers and we were done. Check them out if your in Liverpool breakfast is also really but if you are going Saturday or Sunday book as it’s packed . Well all

Mixed bag with the service had to pay at the till

I ordered the shakshuka with chorizo and feta. Taste of the sauce was good but the eggs were hard, overcooked and powdery which was such a shame - particularly as they’re the main element of the dish. I paid about £3 for A potato rosti on the side and it was about as big as my thumb. Aside from the food, Service was great. Overall, at the prices they’re charging, you expect it to be faultless and, sadly, there were too many failures.

We love a cosy club, the one in Liverpool is extra special. The venue is surrounded by glass allowing fab views down onto the shopping area, the perfect place to watch the world go by. It has all the signature cosy touches that make the club so recognisable. The menu has something for everyone and always feels freshly prepared. We love the tapas style plates, perfect for sharing. They serve my favourite cocktail here as well the Cherry Bakewell it is lush. Staff are great, very attentive... We always enjoy a visit to the Cosy Club

Visited for the first time and dad brunch. Food was lovely, service great and the staff were very welcoming. My one and only gripe? Please don't serve a pot of tea minus the lid and say the lids are in short supply!

I visited the Cosy club in Liverpool last week with a friend who is gluten intolerant and we had two of the best meals all week. We were given 2 menus, one for myself and one for my friend who had a completely Gluten free menu. What a delight to find such a restaurant. The GF meals came with a little red flag to make sure nothing got mixed up. The food was delicious. The staff were pleasant, friendly and could not do enough for you. Excellent atmosphere. I could not recommend this restaurant enough. Definitely worth a call in next time you are in Liverpool. We will definitely be back.

Eaten here before and it was lovely. My friend and I don't live close so it's like a meet in the middle place for us. Today she took me for a belated birthday brunch. Last time I had smashed Avo on toast, today we both went for the Cali Brunch, poached eggs, minced peas with avo, feta, onions, and chili. Well, it was more like "Peas on toast." Honestly, one slice of toast hidden under the other so most of the topping is on one slice only. It was called spot the Avo and the feta. At nearly £12 it's become a rip off as Honestly it was like a tin of peas mushed, with the tiniest bit of Avo, had to search through it to try find some, and not even one cube of feta on it, literally a sprinkle, you'd have missed it under the egg. They completely left out the chili and when I asked the waitress about it, she said that dish didn't have chili. I said I'm sure it does. I googled the menu and lo and behold...chili. She offered to bring me some but I was halfway through and said no bother at this point. I should have asked at the beginning of the meal but we were both starving so just tucked in as it had been a long journey over. I'm sad that these Franchise venues keep cutting costs by cutting back on ingredients. From now on I'm going to stick to smaller independent guys..

It was Norway against England during the European Championship, it was very noisy but a nice atmosphere, it was fun to experience that. Ordered pasta with 3 types of cheese with chicken and pasta tomato sauce with tuna, it was tasty and good portions

Nice decoration and ambiance in the restaurant. Friendly staff and good service. We enjoyed the food here - liked being able to select a few sides/starters to create a tapas-style meal. Particular food highlights were: the vegetarian ravioli, arancini, mac & cheese side, and the garlicky potatoes. There were several desserts on the menu, but I felt the selection was a bit limited for my tastes. Also quite expensive at nearly £8 per pudding, so we chose not to stay for those (and were still quite full after our main food). A shame there were no cocktail offers on a Saturday teatime. Toilet facilities were decent, clean and featured quirky decoration. There is also a lift, which is useful as the restaurant/seating are located on the first floor, not ground. Would return here due to the food + atmosphere!

Awful breakfast. Asked for a replacement as it came out cold, but then the second one also came out cold and had the extra sausage missing 🙃 the bacon was undercooked and watery - very cheap produce.

Me and my mum came to the cosy club to be greeted by the lovely Rachel. She was very bubbly then we had our table service by Glen, he was fun, happy, great energy! Unbelievable knowledge with the menu he was amazing and knew everything, he made our experience so much fun and special! Thank you so much Glen & Rach! Me and my mum will be back x

Some of the best Macaroni cheese I have ever had!

Very nicely designed pub / bistro. The food is very good 👍. I would highly recommend the black truffle and ricotta ravioli. It was amazing. The burger was very good too. However the ravioli is definitely something to go back for.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Good with GF options. Very, very nice gluten free burger. My (non GF) burger was expertly produced, but for me the flavors were just off, and the chicken was cut too thin and quite tough. But not horrible, just half a tick from perfect. The mac n cheese deep fried pattie just needed something else in it as it was tad bland. Service was top notch, considering there was one server! Overall a very enjoyable experience.

What a fantastic restaurant. The service from our host Niall was incredible and was matched by great surroundings and food. Our guests had their guide dog and the team were so accommodating and considerate in giving us a great table. Every dish was excellent and the whole experience was first rate. We will definitely be coming back to this lovely restaurant.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Shea our waitress for the night (and many times before on previous visits). The place is amazing, food and drinks are top quality but Shea always makes it that bit better every time. Definitely worth a visit.

Hi we went this morning for breakfast and to be honest it was not good We ordered two granular with fruit and there was no yoghurt we had to ask for it We waited what seemed like a long time to be served so I complained to our waitress who was called Vicky and she I have to say was very very good on listening to our genuine complaint she then said she would speak to her manager and came back to say we would not be charged as they were having issues with the kitchen This young lady was exceptional in the way she dealt with this issue and I would like to thank her personally Regards

It was good, went with wife and my two lads. My son and I had the dirty chicken sandwich, it was OK, but the mac and cheese fritter that was in there was a bit too much. Cost for the 4 of us was £85. So not bad. Service wise, we turned up with pre-booking so there's no waiter service and you pay up front, but they were able to accommodate us. Would order something else if I went ba k, they do good a brunch menu.

Had such a wonderful afternoon at cosy today, considering it was bank holiday and really busy, the lovely woman on the door did everything she could to get us a table and was really friendly and welcoming, food was fast and tasty and the waiter Dan was really attentive and polite, couldn't fault it, be back very soon

Dropped in for a late breakfast on a busy bank holiday Sunday. It was really busy, lucky to get a table without waiting. Having failed a few years ago in Birmingham, because the fruit was not up to standard, chose the smashed avocado toast with an extra poached egg. Very enjoyable apart from one minor issue, the toast was a bit dry. Took some cutting and chewing. Otherwise, all was very nice, the chilli and lime making for a refreshing taste. Pancakes were enjoyed on the other side of the table joyfully. The excellent service made for a good way to start the day.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the place was spotless and the food was really tasty and staff checked how our food was without hovering over us, so attentive but not in an overbearing way. All staff made us feel really welcome, we went with work as a relaxation day and were made to feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and the food was lovely and filling!!!! We were constantly offered drinks as well rather than just being ignored, which must have been hard considering there were well over 30 of us!!!! The plates and glasses were taken away really quickly as well so the tables were lovely and clean again really quickly. Thanks for a lovely afternoon away from our work!!! The cosy club atmosphere is always stunning and the paints hung all over the walls makes you feel like you're dining in an art gallery. The food is superb for its price, some bits of the menu are very well made, some others are ok. Overall very satisfied, the staff treats you very well and it is absolutely kind. So far I experienced Basingstoke, Liverpool, Portsmouth and Norwich :) never disappointed. The gluten free and vegan menu can genuinely be improved;)

The food was poor, and the atmosphere was dreadful. The only saving grace was the staff member. She couldn't apologise enough, was was totally embarrassed.

Usually always great but unfortunately I found a hair in my food. Not a massive issue, but what really threw me off was that the server took the plate to the bar and was discussing it with a female member of staff. I saw them pick up the hair and inspect it?! Sorry but this isn’t something that should be done in view of customers let alone picking it out of my food in the first place? Felt very awkward after, weren’t offered any desserts or any other drinks just handed the bill. They did take the meal off the bill for me which I appreciate a lot but handled it very poorly.

Went here Thursday night to do some last minute coursework - the service was great, felt really looked after by the team and food lovely too!

Where to start. I don't see how a huge open space can be described as cosy but that's not my gripe. Visited today for something to eat after having a drink in Wetherspoons. First impression of the hangar like space with random fake portraits wasn't great. Service was not great either. I was asked how I wanted my eggs with my butchers brunch and I replied "over easy" to which the server said runny and said yes. Well............ The eggs were well done, the "treacle cured bacon chop" was incinerated belly pork and the hash browns took their name literally and were deep brown and brick like. Sausage, toast and beans OK but how can a chef(cook) have the cheek to send that out I don't know. My wife's chorizo chicken was no better with tough chicken breast I WILL NEVER SET FOOT in another cosy club. If you want ruined food and over priced drinks in a soulless barn come here otherwise save yourself the hassle andmgo somewhere, anywhere else!!!!!!!

The staff were very welcoming to us & our dog. They brought water for our dog which was very appreciated by our hound dog. The atmosphere & the food was excellent. Having previously been for breakfast, would certainly recommend the Evening menu. All was beautifully cooked & presented. Recommend a visit at any time of day.
