Great evening tonight at Karen’s 60th! Massive shout out to Frankie for upping up with all 21 of us!!! You deserve a medal!!!

Arrived for lunch with my wife and was met and seated at a table all is good we ordered drinks and main courses on completion of our main course we sat and chatted with our drinks and thoughts turned to the dessert menu!! Unfortunately when the young lady returned she presented us with our bill and asked how we wanted to pay I was slightly confused as neither my Wif or I had requested the bill and were ready to order dessert and coffee !! However due to the obvious need to leave we which was obvious from the staffs efforts to get payment we did indeed pay and leave Unfortunate for both parties as we missed out on dessert and coffee and they missed out on another £30 worth of sales Shame really as we were on a day out together and not in any rush shame the staff were !!

Warm atmosphere with nice drinks and delicious food. Kieran was a big help during our visit as he made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile with his service! Will visit again

Tried this place for the first time. Nice and cosy, nice seating areas. The food is excellent, not massive portions, but what you get is quality. The wine is average price with a good selection. Friendly service, clean and great atmosphere. I will be back.

Super, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Just the right level of edginess without being unfriendly. I’m giving 4 stars (not 5) because I think the plates could be ‘dressed’ better, particularly the burgers, which are delicious, but a bit of salad on the side would have finished the dish. Service was super; efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and we’d single out Francesca (Frankie) as being particularly good and welcoming.

Once again, an amazing meal. We have been a few times and we have never been disappointed. Food is delicious, atmosphere is welcoming and staff are always friendly. Our server this time was Frankie and she was an absolute blast! Really good banner, checked we were happy throughout our meal and ensured my Dad was aware of any potential fish issues as he is allergic. 5 stars!!

Food not great, seat dirty, vinegar cloudy and full of dead flies - very disappointing

So we visited cosy club on Saturday 21st different service to today … we had are dog so we are very limited with restaurants.. we visit cosy club often in Bournemouth where we get a warm welcome a dog bowl and don’t need to ask to be served.. today we went there to be told that we have to go to the bar to get food and drink although on Saturday last week we got served!! We sat there like idiots for 10mins .. when I asked the guy could he serve us he responded sorry we don’t in the week !!! So we get left like peasants because we have a dog !! Cosy club sort it out .. we are paying customers too …I then proceeded to the bar to be told 2 things we wanted was not available.. so we just left .. sorry Plymouth cosy club staff training and better options are needed

Absolutely amazing food, just had there cosy eggs! (Eggs Benedict) And god there good! Definitely coming back in the future!

Expensive, food portion sizes very small. Drink cost v high. Service level v goodalthough waitress was a bit full on When requesting payment almost to Te point of being aggressive. Will not be going there again🚂

Came in for a drink and Finn was incredibly accommodating. So helpful and insightful. Even though it was a busy late night shopping Thursday nothing was too much trouble. Although I didn't eat, the bar service was second to none. Highly recommend...

Booked last minute but didn't regret it - lovely place - good service - lovely atmosphere - food was excellent. The Gluten free menu provided is varied and so lovely to be catered for without any fuss and gf food is labelled so no chance of a mix up. Thank you cosy club - will definitely recommend and will visit again ⭐

What a shame. Having been to The Cosy Club in Exeter. I was expecting good things. Unfortunately....the music was ridiculously loud. Everyone in the restaurant was shouting to be heard above it which didn't help. Very uncomfortable. The food was certainly not worth the money. My son and husbands burgers were overcooked and tiny. My Spanish Chicken looked and tasted as if it had been boiled. The sauce it came in was more like coloured water. Our visit to Plymouth had been excellent up until the evening meal. We didn't bother with dessert or coffee. So disappointed.! Also you need to look at the air conditioning...I was dripped on steadily throughout the meal. The waitress I must say was lovely. She offered to move our table but we declined and left anyway. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Had dinner here and all 5 of us had burgers ... Lovely meal but really wasn't worth nearly £17 each, my 7 yr old had a child's burger and she had more on her plate then we did for under £10 won't be coming bk.

Been going there for the last 3 yrs its our fav place when we go out which once a month, we lime to go there for the 2 for 1 cocktails and for the 1st time i was told that you have to ask for 2 for 1 i have never asked before and think this is poor service my wife complained and had to pay another £2 . We normally go for breakfast every 2 weeks but not now.

The whole evening for me and my partner were lovely, although being new our waitress sophie was very good and looked after us and was very warm and welcoming! Molly also took care of us and made the evening feel relaxing and comfortable throughout and she was nothing but attentive and happy. Can’t wait to be back soon as the food was incredible, and the staff are a credit!

Had an amazing server Kara and Frankie who brought me some drinks. Had drinks classes but no water for it though. Only came in for a few drinks and desserts but was not asked this by the manager so had to sit in the main restaurant instead of having the choice of bar area or table. Mojito just tasted of vodka and soda tho. Apart from that, amazing service and everyone seemed so lovely! Would highly recommend

This was the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The food is so delicious and would definitely recommend getting the pork belly on your breakfast. Coffee and drinks were really nice, the restaurant is beautiful and the staff were really helpful and friendly especially Kade. Thankyou x

We were at Cosy Club for a Hen Do and had Frankie to help us. She was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t have made the evening any better for us. <3

The waiter Andrew was amazing, he had brilliant customer service and helped with every need we had will definitely attend again

Visited today for lunch, recommended by a friend. Got two mains and two drinks that came to around £50. A bit pricey but expected good food due to the price. There were two other groups who hadn't ordered food and yet our food took ages to come out. We were presented with stone cold and overcooked food for each dish, as well as mistaking them for kids portions due to size. One of the drinks which was a whisky tasted like burnt rubber and when asked for water on the side, got a pint of water which we found amusing. Its a shame as the atmosphere is really lovely but a terrible disappointment with the food. I'm sure you can guess who this was, due to the lack of people however we won't come back here 😞

Really won’t be surprised if this is closed by this time next year, floors were filthy and all our food came out luke warm . And to top it off waitress served us two dirty plates Terrible experience would not return

If I could put 0 stars I would, booked online, said £25pp, stated nothing on the website that’s just for the drinks, if you wanted food you’d have to pay the price it is on the menu on top of the £25 so a steak for example is £31.95. Your bill would be £56.95, for an hour and a half. Upon walking to the table our server told us it would be £35 for bottomless drinks per person. We sat down and decided we didn’t want to eat here as it would be too expensive per person (there was two of us saving for our wedding days). Upon telling our server that we wasn’t eating she had to tell us to move off the table where we was sat and move to the bar area and then proceeded to ask us to pay for the bottle of Prosecco up front. Definitely would not come here unless you’re rolling in cash and want to eat here.

Well won’t be going back there again . Shocking service r overpriced poor food . Has better in a local pub menu . The staff are rude when you ask for something and took an age to get seated No more of this as it’s certainly not cosy

Had a lovely meal here, and so impressed with a special gluten- free menu! Don’t get many of those!! Attractive venue, with comfy seats to have a coffee and a snack, and tables for a sit down meal. Very enjoyable. We’ll be back. 😊

It is not often I spend 26 pounds on a meal and one drink and I’m still hungry. Staff are friendly and attentive but your cauliflower massam curry is tiny and your beer is expensive.

Went twice. Good cocktails & service was very good.

We were a group of 7 friends on our first visit for an evening meal. Unfortunately it took exactly 1 hour for our food to arrive after ordering it, and one meal had to be returned as it was only warm. It wasn't particularly busy that evening either. Portions were on the small side, but the meals were tasty. Sadly won't be returning.

Always a really nice venue for brunch with an interesting menu and good food which is always well cooked and presented. Great service from Frankie who was attentive but did not rush us.

I had a portion of Black Truffle Ravioli but it was a very small portion for a full meal price. Me and my friends said that it was merely a starter which was sad. We had to go somewhere else after to feel really full which shouldn't be the case if you pay over 20 pounds for a meal and a drink. The food was good but regret going for this option as all my other friends had a good portion with their chosen option which they paid a similar price for.

Ambiance was amazing and the service was as well. I had a vegetarian breakfast and was expecting a bit better taste more variety of food in the plate to be honest. Overall was good.

Came in for lunch two drinks took about half an hour and two club sandwiches about 50 minutes. The place did appear short staffed out front, the club sandwich wasn't bad but due to the amount of chicken in it was just an egg mayo sandwich in large parts. Was disappointing after better visits in the past. Probably would not choice again for a lunchtime.

Nice food although in need of more staff very slow service, had nearly gone past having an appetite by the time the main was given to us. I had said my booking was for a birthday celebration so I had expected better service

Very poor service, Not made aware of terms of bottomless brunch needing to order food to get drinks - was told on arrival starts when we order our first round of drinks - not once asked if we wanted or were having food. As per ‘bottoms up’ leaflet we were directed to more than 30 mins in this was a requirement as it’s in the term ‘brunch’ and we were advised of the ‘legal’ implications of being served so many drinks without substantial meal. Having to wait between 20-30minutes for a refill when round was up at bar and staff (more than 3) stood around drinking coffee and chatting between themselves. Sad to say we will not be returning - please update your advertisement of this service so it is clear for the future or add food into the advertised service.

One of my favourite places right now, cocktails are delicious among a wide variety of other drinks, lager, cider, an array of spirits! Meticulous and friendly customer service from all staff, fantastic food served, whether that be picky bits or a delicious meal! (Croquettes are a must!) Location is ideal, it may be central to the city centre, however despite this, the building has a warming atmosphere inside, due to the decor, furniture, music or quite possibly the warm and bright staff! A highly recommended establishment, you have to tick this one off the bucket list! ✔️

Went for a coffee and a chill - it was the ideal place for this. The sofas were very comfy, so it was very nice to relax and look out over the people walking by. Service was fast and the atmosphere was quiet to begin with but soon the lunchtime crowd filled the place up with a bit of a buzz which was okay but can definitely see it being noisy when full.

WE LOVE FRANKIE. Frankie was our server, absolute little babe, had the best descriptions and matching hand gestures to describe the deserts … so a little bit casual theatre thrown in with our dinner , - also she has gorgeous the most gorgeous hair! Food was delicious too, we’ll be back!🧡

Love it here. Food is amazing, prices are reasonable and the place is lush. We had the best waiter ever tonight. Andrew was brilliant, kept checking we had everything we needed and was professional, friendly and funny! What more could you ask for? Definitely our cup of tea and means we'll be back for more. Had a fantastic evening. Service was quick, food was delicious and Andrew was really attentive. Slight down side for me was too much choice on the gluten free menu, would definitely advise going for the sharing starter option so you can try a bit of everything 😄

A great meal and lovely atmosphere

We went today for the first time for my husbands birthday lunch and loved it. The staff, decor and food were lovely. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I had the Spanish chicken and it tasted amazing. For dessert I had the lemon and raspberry semifreddo which I could honestly eat daily it was so good. Our server, Eve, was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again.

Had a 18th birthday celebration, went there for a breakfast and the staff were amazing and even gave our table a free bottle of bubbly 🍾 just made the day that bit more special. Oh and not forgetting the food was beautiful, would definitely recommend and certainly will go back!

One of my fav locations. Very tasty cocktails, amazing decor and yummy food. Go here a lot as there are many veggie options which are different than the boring stuff you see everywhere else. Service always friendly.

Food was excellent, great choice of Gluten Free options including a separate menu. However, took an extremely long time for food to arrive so wouldn't go here if you're in a rush (or with terrible company).

the lift the lift is in a disgusting state. despite mentioning it on arrival, it was not remedied in the 2hours we were there. floor is disgraceful handrails, buttons and other surface unclean. I went to the toilet to wash my hands before sitting. this lack of attention to detail and ignorance to hygiene would stop me returning. value for money and quality the food is over priced for the quality and portion size. I get that you are trying to be at a different level, but you cannot justify the price for 3 prawns, 2 mushrooms and some green leaf, as well as the sauce. the prawns were over-cooked, sauce portion so small I had to ask where it was. for a simple flat steak, it should be extremely easy to cook as requested, but it was not (MW with a flash char), instead it was pink in some areas, juices still running in another. drink prices are shocking and clearly robbing the customer. Music so loud you have to shout across the table Just over £170 for 4 adults and a teenager and with all the above there are better places. This place is less cozy, more club, they charge high end prices for medium end quality

Really enjoy Cosy Club - decent food and potions although some things are priced quite highly on the menu for what they are. Good service as well and will definitely be back!

Great food; first class service; and a wonderful atmosphere. My wife took me here for my birthday,and we were not disappointed. After our meal,we retired to a comfortable sofa in the bar area.

We always like going to the Cosy Club for the surroundings and atmosphere but I must say that lately the prices seem to have increased and the portion sizes seem to have shrunk. That said, the food is always tasty and of a high quality, and the staff always seem friendly and helpful.

The food and the service were tip top but I suppose as its name suggests the back ground music was a bit louder than one might like the toilets were very clean and very easy to find

Went for brunch with a few friends and got the Cali brunch dish. The service and restaurant atmosphere were great! My friends really enjoyed their dishes but I felt it was average!

Staff were quick to attend. Very well kept restaurant. Lovely ambiance. Great choices on both the drinks and food menu. We had a good deal on cocktails before 8pm, where in other bars you have to get 2 of the same cocktail…we appreciated the fact we had 2 free cocktails and all 4 were different ones. Food was prompt and fresh, great service. Would recommend.

I've been to the Plymouth Cosy Club a few times for both food and drinks. It's always a nice atmosphere and great service. The food is good and pretty reasonable. A name place to go back to for any occasion.

It was very noisy to the point I had to shout to have a conversation and before being seated we were not informed that some meals were not available. Also the server was not very knowledgeable about the wines, but otherwise nice.

Nice welcome. Good, efficient friendly service. All meals good, especially the Cauliflower Massamam, highly recommended.

Went to cozy club for a evening meal as a great friend gave us some money to go for a meal she told us all about cozy club how nice it was and how nice food was...the food was fantastic great atmosphere the service was brilliant got taken to our table given menu's then a waitress arrived and asked if wanted any drinks then came back with our drinks..after a little while came back and took order for food which was fantastic..a lovely place to go for a meal or just sit for a coffee..all the staff where very friendly and polite a lovely cosy place to go for a meal

Did the bottomless brunch, it was reasonably priced. Great option if you want more than 3 drinks. Not as boozy as some other brunches I've done but got a good 7 drinks done which is fair going.

I had a lovely dinner here on Valentine’s. As a vegetarian I can throughly recommend the cauliflower dish and they have lots of options for vegetarians.

We didn't eat here on this visit. Cosy club, is a lovely place to go, a nice atmosphere and a vintage feel to the place which makes it even nicer to enjoy your meal or Drinks.

Great place to visit in the day time for breakfast and brunch as well as great atmosphere in the evenings to catch up with friends. The bar tending staff are amazing :) 10/10 would go back.

After a bad experience a few years ago (awful food) we thought we would try again and we were so happy we did. Great service lovely food and packed restaurant. Been twice in a month and will now be regulars. The salmon fishcakes are amazing. Great cocktails too
