Me and my girlfriend came in to get a drink to share and cake while we pass a little bit of time. We came up to the cashier and she instantly spoke to us rudely and abruptly. Talking over us making us feel small and stupid and in capable of ordering and then after speaking to everyone else nicely. It left us thinking it’s because we are a lgbt couple. This was around 1520 on the 4th of June and she had brown short hair tied up and was smaller than her other colleagues who were lovley. I hope she’s happy with making us feel like crap for the rest of the day

A good option for a cup of coffee and a snack. Cheaper than my hotel's breakfast (6 pounds) and for as little as 3 pounds I could get an Ameriano and a muffin or croissant. I recommend it.

The Costa Cafe was our daily place for breakfast during our stay in London. It was very affordable, much more than a hotel breakfast and the egg with mushroom muffins were delicious. The coffee was really good and very large. The pastries were good too. People go to this cafe in the mornings before going to work so it is very popular. Nice ambiance and staff very friendly Andrea was very friendly and helpful. The guy with glasses on another day was very efficient and kept the girls running and serving efficiently as the crowds showed up. Around 9-10 am crowds are gone and it is nicer to eat there.

Popped in here for breakfast whilst walking from Travelodge Faringdon to King's Cross station. Had a traditional English breakfast which was excellent value and delicious.

As other reviewers have pointed out, this place is Costa's Cafe which is hugely confusing and is not the Costa Coffee chain. I have indeed confused it myself in the past and apologise for this. This small cafe serves excellent breakfast rolls and good coffee and is very conveniently located for Kings Cross and the nearby hotels. I would definitely go here again for a welcoming place that is good value.

Staying at the Royal Scott Travelodge😡, we walked a few hundred yards to Costa's Cafe. This is a small one man outfit not to be confused with the big chain as many others have. Breakfast was home cooked massive, and delicious and a mug of tea all for £6. Would definitely go back anytime

Den blaskigaste caffe latte och americano vi någonsin upplevt.. Jag beställde en latte med extra shot espresso, den smakade ändå bara varm mjölk. Jag bad därför om ännu en shot, vilken jag var tvungen att betala för. Dåligt. Ena sonen fick en halv mugg americano i storlek medium när han beställde en large och den andra fick en is-americano som smakade som te med lite kaffe. Katastrof.

We were staying in the Travelodge nearby but never get the Travelodge breakfast as it's not good value. We stumbled across this little Cafe on the same street, and the owner whose assumed was called Costa was a really nice pleasant guy and made us feel welcome. We ate here on a number of occasions mostly for breakfast but we had lunch here on a couple of occasions. The food was always delicious and very reasonably priced too. Would 100% recommend for anyone staying in the Kings Cross area to eat here, 100 times better than the Travelodge breakfast and cheaper too, so if your booked into 1 of the 4 local travelodges go here for your breakfast instead.

Stayed in travel lodge 1 min walk away tried here for breakfast 1 day and went back 4 times for brekkie and 2 for lunch, lovely friendly staff, would highly recommend and would be my port of call when i stay in london again!! Thanks Guys!!

Paragem para tomar um café e comer qualquer coisa a meio da manhã que foi feita no Costa Café de Thistle Piccadily, pois como está ligada ao hotel do lado tem acesso a uma wc, ao contrário da maioria de locais que tínhamos averiguado antes. Café bom como é costume no Costa e atendimento razoável, nem bom nem mau.

I was impressed with this Costa shop....considering the busy location the service was excellent and coffee up to the high standard one learns to expect from this chain. There are a few outside tables and adequate indoor seating. Staff are to be commended on speedy professional service. This Costa is ideal for anyone looking for a break on the way too or from Kings Cross station. The range of foods is typical of all Costa shops and items are fresh. Prices average for chains of this variety.

Recently I was in London, UK for a week and I happened upon a chain of coffee shops named Costa. This is the shop that Starbucks wishes it could be. The staff is fantastic, efficient, friendly and know their product. A large selection of coffees await you as well as life saving sweet treats like fudge squares and sandwiches to be grilled for lunch or serious snack. I frequented the outlet at Queens Hospital in Romford for a week and was saved by the 24 hour shop at Gatwick Airport. Free wi-fi makes this a great place to catch up on your email while enjoying one of the best places in the UK for a delicious coffee. Highly recommended and addictive.

Los hay por todos lados y aparte de cafés también hay otras opciones, también hay sándwiches y dulces según parábamos en unos y otros probamos diferentes cosas. Los sándwiches un poco secos, el smoothie muy rico y los dulces no son estratosféricos pero están bien.

We visited the Costa at St. Pancras on 2 occasions lately and we were not disappointed. We sat outside on one occasion and enjoyed people watching.The cafe was very busy, as you would expect, and the staff were very friendly. We had the cheese and ham panini and the chicken sandwich all washed down with nice cups of tea.

Costa Café is a chain store, I have visited the one in Victoria. Crowded but not loud, nice place to sit down and enjoy your really wonderful cappuccino. Being Italian I KNOW how a cappuccino has to be made. ;-) Apart the sizes ( that in Italy don't exist), the taste is perfect. Staff kind and nice. Super the rhubarb pastry! I'll definetively go again.

Friendly staff, fresh food, reasonable prices, Costas Cafe managed to feed me, my wife and three grown-up vegetarian daughters, for three mornings in a four day break in London, plus a couple of stops for coffees. Very handy place for us, en-route from hotel to Kings Cross station. They even found room for large suitcases when we called in on our last day. If we stay in that area again we will be calling in at Costas.

Costa's Cafe (not to be confused with Costas coffee) served us a fantastic traditional breakfast. Huge sausage, great bacon and eggs, etc and all at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely be back. Top marks.

...Costa risponde! Si sa..un italiano che all'estero beve il caffè americano non può che essere disgustato, ma quando hai bisogno di caffeina e ti accontenti, Costa ti soddisfa! Il gusto del caffè è migliore rispetto ad uno Starbucks o ad un Caffè Nero (che ho trovato amaro e con un retrogusto bruciato)! Ottimo per accomodare fino al ritorno in patria!
