Had a reeeaaalllyyy fab cappuccino today, my first since lockdown... & it was free!! Downloaded the app and you get instant £3 credit. Plus Bernado the Barista even took 50p off for using my own cup. I asked for soya, decaf, cappuccino with extra foam, & I wasn't disappointed 🤩. Thanks Bernado!!

Always grab a coffee when filling the car up, the machine is always clean, well stocked and quick, great stop off for a grab and go coffee.

If you are used to visiting Costa, this is quite a nice one. I particularly like the mezzanine floor. There's parking out the front on a meter, or you can park about 2 minutes' walk away in M&S car park for free for an hour. There is outside seating but I wouldn't particularly recommend it, it's not a pretty view and there's cars constantly going past. But if you need a snack and a coffee in a clean, friendly, newly refurbished café, this will do nicely. We sat and chatted and weren't aware of anyone else for about 1.5 hours - the staff were unobtrusive and there was no annoying background music - quite a peaceful place really.

Dear Hawkers Bar and Brasserie Team, I’m reaching out to share my thoughts on my visits to your establishment, which have unfortunately left me disappointed despite returning multiple times in hopes of a better experience. On several occasions, I’ve noticed consistent issues, including a lack of beer availability and disengaged service from staff, even senior members. What stood out most during these visits was the lack of engagement—there were no greetings, no warmth, and it often felt as though customers weren’t welcome. Staff frequently prioritized tasks like cleaning cutlery over acknowledging or serving guests, which was both disheartening and unexpected. The atmosphere is beautiful, and I believe Hawkers has so much potential to offer a great experience. However, the shortcomings in service, coupled with the premium prices, lead me to feel that the value doesn’t match the cost. This seems to point to a need for better training and management oversight to ensure the team feels confident delivering top-tier hospitality. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps you identify areas for improvement and allows you to elevate the experience for future visitors.

Mate I love Starbucks and go to stores all over the country (I travel for work) but this branch is really letting the side down, bad service and ages and ages to get drinks!!!! Why and how? It doesn’t happen at any other branch even busy west end stores full of tourists etc but this Kingston store is just bad, I will give it a miss next time … it’s not even busy and they can’t seem to make drinks in a decent amount of time - not again

Nice pub that has retained its character, good selection of beers and alcohol plus soft drinks. Don’t forget to look in the fringe by the bar area- an amazing selection of prime beef. Nice outside area and good staff.
