Without doubt sadly the worst Costa latte I’ve ever had and I’m told by my wife that the milk was burnt. Sadly the service was slow, unfriendly and the drink was very poor but at least the baby chinos were free anyway!

I only like Costa coffee so really enjoyed it. Staff ok as not to busy. I have the egg roll which is nice but the top muffin is always hard! And it could do with a bit more filling for the price!

Just popped in for a quick coffee. It was not busy but seemed to take a long time, there were two guys serving who are obviously not friends as didn’t speak a word to each other or look at each other for that matter. Long wait and such a bad atmosphere and to be honest very grubby looking I retreated from the queue and left quickly.

C è una caffetteria Costa bella grande sul lato dx (andando verso il municipio) del corso principale di questa deliziosa cittadina. Confortevole, calda, bell' assortimento di dolcetti e torte e tanti tipi di cappuccini creativi. Belle sedute comode x merende e chiacchere. Personale, ragazze semplici e molto gentili. Un Inghilterra diversa, semplice e simpatica!!!

My wife and I returned to the original Costa in Sheep Street (there is a second Costa further down) yesterday after a few months gap. This Costa has been recently re-decorated and furnished. We ordered 2 Flat White coffees (our first - we normally order Lattes) and had a toasted cheese & tomato sandwich and toasted goats cheese roll. The coffees were smooth with no bitter aftertaste and the food was hot and tasty. The carrot and walnut cake is the best I have tasted. Costa is always good for a comfortable break from shopping. Newspapers are available and there is free Wi-Fi. The décor is pleasant and the food and drink never disappointing.

As you would expect this is one of the many Costa places popping up everywhere, if you are in a rush and need a coffee then this is ideal. Standard branch, you get what you need.

Was a starting to get busy at 7.30 and the start handled it well and got all the orders out as fast as they could.

This coffee shop is popular, and always very busy. Not really big enough for wheelchairs and prams, although they are taken in.

Popped in for a snack, at the moment I am wheat free, in order to lose weight, selected a wheat free roll, with chicken and salad, it was lovely, I had a cappuccino with it.

A perfectly good cafe. It gets busy, so service can be a little slow. Coffee can be brought to your table if loaded down with shopping.

Decent but still overpriced coffee and food, the same as you find in any other Costa up and down the country. At least you know what to expect.

This is our favourite Costa in Bicester (there are 3!). The range of snacks and hot toasties is good and the Latte coffe just as it should be. Sadly, this Costa will not transfer to the new TESCO Extra opening on the other side of the A41 on 14th April this year.

Niccely located just inside Tescos looking out onto Pingle Drive this Costa is handly for Bicester Village and cheaper than the coffee shops in the village. Standard Costa fare, comfy seats

If Starbucks is your preference this is a Starbucks, staff could have been more welcoming. The toilets were adequate though could have been a bit clearer

Member of staff yesterday was serving but full of cold nd wiping nose on back of his hand whilst working the till; I really should’ve walked away without food and drinks but had already paid. He should’ve sent himself home if there’s no manager on site to do that! Disappointed and disgusted 🤢

We booked to take our mother for a quiet Mother’s Day lunch on the day before as she is not that well currently. Made a reservation on line for accessible table. Arrived at the pub to be seated in the bar window seat up a step and in sloping back hard chairs. Mum didn’t want a fuss so was happy to sit there. I went to sit in the window seat and the cushion was ripped and the bench part actually fell forward and off , tipping me for was nearly I to the flor. Very unsafe. If a child had sat on it , they could easily have been injured. Besides the fact it was dirty with all the lining sticking out. The table also wobbled. At this point I should have insisted on moving but my mum really didn’t want a fuss so was, so we stayed put. Our starters arrived. Garlic mushrooms on toast , one piece was upside down. And it was it was luke warm. My sister and I shared deep fried Brie bites which were also just warm and one of them was still unmelted in the middle. The main courses arrived, my burger was cold and was dripping g blood on the plate. My sister and mother’s southern fried burgers were completely burnt to a crisp on the edges and rock hard. We had already heard other people complaining about their chicken being too dry and sending it back. The waitresses appeared to be laughing about it. We sent the food back. The waitress came out to say that the chef had used a thermometer and the meat was at the correct temperature, but he would make it again. My burger arrived, hot , it was the same burger reheated ( I had cut into it in a certain way) and was inedible on the edges as well as tasteless. The chips had been just refried and were hard. There was no side salad or coleslaw. The chicken burgers were soft and slimy and not very warm and again the chips had been recooked. Needless to say we didn’t order pudding. They did remove the cost of the main courses from the bill, but there was no apology. We were very disappointed as it was supposed to be a treat for our sick mother, but it was actually very stressful and not enjoyable at all. The toilets were also quite dilapidated, no toilet roll holders, dirty toilets and toilet floors. Most of the pub is beautifully decorated and there is a lovely outside space, for the nicer weather. But this is the 3rd time I’ve been to this pub and each time either the food or the service has been disappointing. Just a drink in the garden if there is a next time. We ordered drinks and
