Natalie!! You absolute hero. I took a gentleman I was looking after to this Costa and he left with a bloody great big smile on his face due to Natalie which is more than you expect from picking up a coffee. The customer service was exceptional, the friendly smile was the most endearing and the all round experience was made a delight. A staff member to be treasured.

This is definitely 1/3, the best costa on the A370 into Weston, easy parking, drive through and just been refitted with new furniture The staff are always pleasant, and are at ease chatting with you while serving.

Sunday afternoon 31st October and we visited this branch of Costa. Although predominantly a "drive thru " there was seating indoors as well as outside. Service was a bit slow, there was one member of staff taking the orders, payments and then making the coffee. We did see another member of staff from the "driver thru" come into the main store to collect supplies. Eventually we ordered 2 flat whites, £2.80 each, when served we found somewhere to sit. There were no Barista skills in making the coffees, just slopped into the cups. Not the best Costa, the coffee tasted rather bitter. It was no surprise that the general state of the place was untidy and empty tables needed clearing in. We had to clear the table before we sat down. The table needed a good wipe down and the fabric in the seats was heavily soiled. It was obvious that there was insufficient staff to operate the store. There were people queuing in-store and a backlog of cars at the drive thru. Although the store was due to stay open till 18.00, at around 15.00 a note was put on the door to say "due to operational difficulties the indoor section was closed, only open for drive thru.

Had a large group of 17 friends pre booked in for our Christmas party yesterday, the food choices were placed and deposits taken well in advance. One person had a starter which came out over 3/4 and hour before any of the main meals arrived. The main meals were good on the whole , but the chicken tikka masala didn't taste right (and for this reason) it wasn't eaten, it should have had cream or yoghurt in the sauce, but neither of them appeared to be present. My Mediterranean salad was mostly lettuce and had no olives or feta which are commonly used in this dish, also my tequila tiger prawns were a small portion considering the price, another of our group had a Waldorf salad which was not very large considering it was a main meal on the menu. One of our party asked if we could have some music and was told they couldn't do that, but the TVs were on and showing football, even though we didn't want to watch them, and nobody other than our group, were sat in the area.

57 Regent StreetNot overly large place so booking is advisable. Having said that, 4 of us turned up without a reservation having had some difficulty in booking a table ? However, the lovely guy at the desk shuffled things around and got us a table. What a great experience ! Chicken, beef, lamb dishes were amazing! Rice, noodles, potatoes, salad, pasta, fish, calamari, chocolate cake, chocolate fountain, gatuea, whippy ice-cream, array of fresh fruit etc etc ... So many choices! We were VERY impressed and have already booked a return visit ! Staff are helpful and polite and kept very busy ! We thought it was good value for money. £13 for children. £20 for adults ...evening price . I think a little cheaper on a lunch time ? All in all a very good experience.

Unit 21-23 The Sovereign Centre High StreetA large area in Waterstones is occupied by this cafe. Lovely coffee and very good selection of cakes and snacks, counter service but very helpful with older customers. Great friendly staff and moderate prices - very popular with the locals.

1 High StreetThe pub itself is ok but be really careful if you park in the car park next to it. I didn't see the sign that I had to get a parking permit from the bar. Perhaps it would have been an idea if the bar staff had checked if I'd parked outside? Two drinks ended up costing me £70 once Civil Enforcement had done their worst.
