A nice Costa on the Flowerdown estate.

we only had a Christmas hot chocolate and a latte... and panini's... but has to be said .it was spot on..Cant fault👍😉

What a shame! They used to be one of my favourite Costa Coffee until today. I had a business meeting and it was so loud with banging trays and cups that we couldn’t hear each other! when I ask if they could try to keep it a little bit down if possible, she reply ‘no, this is a coffee shop’… not a great customer service attitude. neverless to say, I will not be returning to this Costa Coffee!

I went though costa drive though and typically forgot my bank card and the lovley man on the drive though given me and my daughter the frappes for free really made my day never felt so embraced but what a kind hearted person thank you Andrew

Lack of staff made it hard for the staff to be friendly or take time to do things properly all done in a rush

My Wife and I often use this Costa. It's our little bit of joy time when I get home from working away

Not impressed by the attitude of the lady that served me. I was in Weston visiting my son and after visiting B&Q decided to have a coffee in Costas opposite. Wish we hadnt now. She eventually served us after she had finished putting away cups ..and her manner and how she served us was very rude.the impresion given from this lady was take it or leave it attitude. Not impressed .. i was a customer.after all ..

Every time I go to this Costa then staff are always working hard, always polite and helpful, there's not many places I go to where I think... You know what these staff are a great example of what it is to work, the manager must be extremely happy to have such employees.

No WiFi or phone signal there so bad place for work/study. It's nice inside though with lots of space and windows

Good service, I did everything wrong when ordering, I went past the order point, held up the queue. The staff were amazing and sorted me out at top speed with smiles and courtesy. Thank you, amazing service and a credit to Costa.

Estupendo lugar para tomar un café, merendar o hacer un break en mitad del trabajo. Tienen una gran variedad de cafés, dulces y sándwiches. Puedes trabajar con el ordenador en alguna de sus mesas o pasar un rato solo o con amigos.

Staff rude seem to be deaf young and inexperienced dealing with customers, would not recommend this Costa coffee

Miserable & uninterested staff, place was dirty, toilets grubby too. Sunny location in the afternoon but other coffee shops much better.

Situated on Oxford Street opposite The Quaker Friends Meeting Room where Dolphin Square once sat. A little slice of developed London in Weston super Mare. Wasn't in the mood for a coffee or a hot drink so opted for a Mango and Passion Fruit Cooler instead. Ice cubes, tropical flavour of monin passion fruit and zinginess of mango juice. I might invest in a blender to create my own slushingly refreshing drinks. Drink was awesome. Service was great but the location lacks atmosphere.

Visit for coffee 25/10 had a problem with WiFi down not adding my points Sorted by Alex she is a credit to Costa . A big thank you David and Marion.

The ladies who served were wonderful, we were going to sit outside but too many rats around so we sat inside. Definitely off putting which was a shame.

Again as usual, every time I go to Costa coffee I always seem to get what I want and I am actually now using the new app that they've got. Find it very easy. Plus the young lady did actually help me to do what I needed to do.

It was a shame - the staff are fairly friendly all be it giving the impression they want to get on and serve the next person on and on. I understand as they get busy but it does feel rushed. We sat at a table near to the serving counter, the table behind had a bloke talking really loudly which was irritating as I could have ignored my friend and joined in his conversation as i could hear him so clearly and he obviously felt the need to be heard! It was also sadly very noisy everytime the staff were making a drink the milk steaming machine made such a loud noise i couldn't hear myself think let alone speak! I wonder whether the tables are positioned too close to the prep/serving areas or the machines could be made quieter.

The worst caramel latte of any Costa that I have ever been in

Luke warm drinks X 3 table's of customers. We couldn't be bothered to inform staff as busy cafe and short of time.

This branch of Costa Coffee is located on a retail park with plenty of parking, idea if you're spending pennies in B&Q, M & S food, Sports Direct, or Aldi.Usual fair you would expect. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Costa is one of the top brands and this is one if the best in my opinion within the chain of the ones we visit. Good selection of cakes and other foods available. Drinks always fine to Costa brand standards

Love coffee shops and we frequent many. This one was friendly fast and so efficient were the staff in this really busy place , we were served in seconds ! It was so full in there but cosy , and the 3 girls flew ! Well done girls you were the best I’ve seen in many many other places

It was so loud in there we had to shout what we wanted so the staff could hear us. I did hear the staff arguing at times which shouldn’t happen in front of customers. Food and drinks good

I queued for 10 minutes by the entrance. The only movement in the queue was when I left. The taste of Costa coffee is nothing special anymore and frankly, not worth waiting for.

What is it about Costas and repairs. Toilets always seem out of actio . And the last three Costas that I have been in the air con was down. Really need to get their act together

It's a Costa, the coffee is the standard expected but the staff are what makes the difference, these seemed friendly and happy. Table clearing was a bit slow but that depends on how busy the store is at all of them I suppose.

Wished to buy a reusable cup...no stock!!

Friday 8th April and we visited this purpose built modern branch of Costa. It is situated alongside Burger King in the Flowerdown Retail Park. We ordered two flat white coffees and were served by friendly efficient staff providing good service and flavoursome coffees. The serving and seating areas were very clean and the furniture was in good condition.

It gets quite busy on Sundays, but they do serve you nice cup of flat white, not like some other Costas I have been to. Good service and overall clean, tidy cofee shop.

Great Costa, shame about all the building work going on... But still... Friendly, clean...

They where quite slow serving the customers. The kid behind the screen struggled to hear the customers. Drinks and food was good

Out shopping, nipped in for a quick coffee. But, couldn't resist, 2 sandwiches, 2 cakes and 2 coffees. 🥪🥪, 🍰🍪, ☕☕.

We visited this Costa on route to work. I was disappointed how tasteless the coffee I had was and my friend's hot chocolate was quite cold. Shame as never had an issue with any Costa visits before.

This branch of Costa is completely Covid-19 secure. The staff greet and seat you at the door and are polite in advising if there is no seating. Masks, T&T and sanitiser is openly encouraged as well. The branch itself is staffed by friendly Baristas who make exceptional Cappuccino’s (my poison of choice) and the facilities are always clean and well spaced out! Five star coffee shop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came here halfway through our shopping for refreshing drinks. The outside seating was almost fully occupied, so we came inside only to find the tables had not been cleared and wiped. I had to do this myself whilst my companion went to fetch our coffees. Otherwise, this is a lovely cafe surrounded by windows, a very sunny location, and the coffee was excellent. Shame about not enough staff to keep the health & safety aspect up together.

Popped in here on a busy Saturday lunchtime... is was heaving and quite difficult to find a table. The windows could do with blinds as I was forced to sit in the full sun and it got very hot. My americano was good and the Carrot and Walnut cake delicious.

Always go to this Costa in Weston definitely the best one in Weston with friendly staff and great coffee.

While I would normally never order a prepacked in polythene bacon roll, on this occasion I did. The roll itself was fine, not soggy, the bacon portion was pathetic, although it tasted ok. Costa, there is local competition for your services, please improve.

We called in here before doing our shopping. The coffee is very average, the staff, who looked about fifteen, had no personality and no customer interaction was nil. I like a previous reviewer remember now why I don’t bother using Costa.

As this particular Costa Coffee is part of a retail park, they are always busy. Lucky for us, we managed to find an empty table to enjoy our drinks and toasties.Being part of a chain, we knew what to expect in the way of quality. Neither our food or drinks disappointed us.The staff were friendly, always finding the time for a warm smile for their customers.

Ideal for a coffee, toasite and catch up. Service was fast and staff were lovely. My toasted sandwich could have been warmer but that’s probably personal preference. Price was okay but it’s a chain so you expect it to be slightly pricey. It’s always slightly busy so not ideal if a larger group of people.

Have visited a few times recently with friends and the service has improved since the end of last year when staff were a bit up and down. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly but I can only comment on the service for hot drinks as I don’t order food. Very convenient location with plenty of parking, great for a brew after doing the weekly shop!

Normal Costa have visited a few times until recently. Staff rude and not bothered when I raised a food issue... plenty of parking Have had good and bad service here so middle rating.

The cafe was clean tidy and inviting. The girl behind the counter seemed polite enough at first. When I asked about some specialty drinks to be dairy free she shouted at me. The drinks and food was lovely but never been spoken to like that in a Costa ever.

We love this Costa. We have a great relationship with the staff and they know what we drink without asking - although I like to throw in the odd curve ball! We go here at least three times a week.

This store is fine if you want a standard coffee. Latte, americano, cappucino etc is fine, they dont even mind if you want it skinny. But ask for anything more than that and its obvious that the barista is irritated. I follow a low carb & high fat diet for health reasons. I order a decaf americano with cream every time. Every other Costa/Starbucks/Nero etc its no problem but here i get huffs, sighs, thumping the cream down on the side etc. Almost feel like an irritant. I avoid the place for a few months and the memory of poor service fades... i go back again and remember why i avoid it.

Calling in to Costa at Flowerdown means relaxing with an excellent choice of cofeess and cold drinks. Snacks and light meals available .

Just said all I wanted to in the title! But, probably need to add more. We go here so often that they start making our drinks as soon as they see us approach the store. Excellent service, staff are a credit and the chai latte is consistantly good.

I have to admit im not a huge coffee guy ,despite being from the Us,but as far as these type of places go its always clean and the staff is always friendly.The muffins (us type) and desserts are good to.

Costa are all over Weston - but this particular store is in a great location. Located on Flowerdown Retail Park along with several other businesses, it's handy when we're out and about and want to pop in for takeaway tea, coffee & snacks.

There was plenty of seating area, not long to wait to be served, idealy located and the staff very friendly.
