Always good service at this Costa and staff are very polite and friendly Cakes are good as is the large range of beverages .They have some really nice teas too

I always have a fab experience here. I mostly use the drive through and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and eager to help. The wait is never long, my orders are always right and I am always satisfied with the service and product. On the few times I have gone in to the cafe my experience has been the same. Never had any problems with any of the staff and happy to stay a customer here 😊

I love costa and im in there multiple times a week. Always a lovley environment and nice staff, But unfortunately there always has to be one that ruins it for the rest of them. Young girl who wears glasses i think she is one of the BMs. Not only has this girl been extremely rude to both me and my family members on multiple occasions, but I've also seen her speaking to some of the other staff members like crap too. But today topped it for me when I was stood near the sandwiches and all I could hear was her talking in the back where the drive through is about absolutely vulgar disgusting sexual talk. I turned around and my family and I walked out. That was the last straw for us. We won't be going back. There are some really lovely friendly chatty pleasant staff at this costa that really do go above and beyond for us. It's just a shame that, that one particular rude, vile mouthed girl has to ruin it. God forbid if anyones children heard what I did this afternoon

This Costa is far better than the branch in Church Street, St Helens. The store has recently had a refurb. The staff are much friendlier, particularly the guy with the beard.

Here all the time. Great staff, they’re working really hard these days. It’s been super busy recently, which has took the edge off the atmosphere a bit. Staff are always friendly, despite issues with a reduced menu, which isn’t their fault, they take a lot of flak, yet still manage a smile. Unfortunately the main problem…is the customers.

Today we visited Costa coffee as a family with my disabled daughter who has complex needs and has severe leg problems so we took a seat outside. My partner went inside ordered coffees and was asked for track and trace ..to which my partner replied I dnt do this track and trace ..the assistant replied ok and still served our order...we was sat giving my daughter a feed and the next min ...one of the men came out walked over and sternly told us no track and trace then you will have to leave ....I said why serve us take our money then basically told to get of the grounds my daughter struggling to walk off ..you absolutely 💯 discusting and will never ever go bk to a Costa again ...and I will be contacting head office in the morning ...discrimination on the disabled people.

Entered cafe, was greeted with are you two together, well stand back from the this woman,who standing with 2 other women not complying with covid requlations, staff then took our order, person who made coffees pulled mask down whilst making our coffees.

I went into Costa and told the staff that thay had not wiped the table thay came out and with a terrible attitude is that ok sir

We have been through this drive through 3 times this month so far and I have to say that the staff have been brilliant. They are friendly and efficient and I have had nothing but praise for them.

A Costa drive through is a great treat but at this particular establishment you are at the mercy of the work rota. Today, there was an error on the menu as ‘We don’t do tha’ anymore’ was the response to our order. The server mustn’t have heard when we said ‘thanks but we don’t need anything else’ as, after a brief silence, he said ‘right if I can’t get you anything else, just drive round’. When we drove round, the reason that he hadn’t heard us was clear. There was some sort of in joke going on with much vaguely disguised laughter. It’s a shame that the laughter meant that what was left of our order was wrong. Gingerbread lattes with no cream or gingerbread men is a bit of a pain. The over polite barrage of ‘Have you got a Costa card, can I get you anything else, have a nice evening (at 3.30)’ with no time for responses did lead us to believe that we were the reason for the laughter. Infuriating, unprofessional and not the first time that we have had this kind of experience with this particular member of staff.

Drive through coffee shops are a weird invention but some people don't think they have any time to stop and enjoy their coffee. But if you want that quick fix then here it is. Coffee is always generically Costa good but the staff, as polite as they are, always look stressed. No idea why but is sad to see them sometimes

This is far the better costa restaurant ive been too, its lovely and clean the staff are very friendly and polite, my children love it here.The staff work so hard in the restaurant and the drive thru,ive read a few of the reviews and I think they are very patronising when they say they are very young and the drink could be warmer etc , if they make your drink to hot it burns the milk or even worse yourself, so if you think you could do better maybe stay at home and make your own coffee.

Great location, great staff and great coffee. Unable to identify any negative comments at all. I never leave reviews - but had to this time. Hope the staff are commended by management.

Have just visited your drive through and had to tell your staff four times my order. Then my order wasn’t right. I also couldn’t order a large drink because they didn’t have large cups!

Good Coffee and nice premises just like the other 4 soon there will only be Coffee bars instead of shops,getting closer now

Just used the drive-through and was served by a lovely lad called Peter. Service was brilliant. Professional ( even upsold us a muffin) prompt friendly and the BEST flat white we’ve ever had! Definitely worth the drive from Prescot. Thanks Peter x

I frequently visit here for my caffeine fix. The coffee is always made perfectly and the staff are all friendly and chatty. It is always clean inside and plenty of room. The drive through is always quick too

I have recently been here twice now and the welcome, the service and the coffee have all been stupendous. It is certainly clean and convenient for a low price, popular major grocery store as well as being just a short walk from the Multi-Plex cinema....
