Very busy, but service was exceptional. Great atmosphere and staff interact with all customers. Very clean as staff are proactive in maintaining this.

Didn't have food, a little too expensive. I love the coffee there, very nice cappuccino, and my daughter had the raspberry frap, which she loved.

Got asked for a oat milk latte twice woman on till asked me if I said hot oat milk I said no I asked for latte she' said you didn't say that first place I said I did but you mustn't of Heard me due to someone shouting she replied sorry we can't stop people talking missed my point totally. Found the woman rude and obviously no customer skills

It is a Costa, what do you expect

Staff are always nice when I visit, fast service and it has a very nice atmosphere since the refurbishment in February/March.

This had to be the most disappointing Costa I have ever been to. Waited so long for staff to finish their chatting before buying served. The toastie I had was so unappealing and lacked any real filling ,as did the other 3 products I bought for my children. The waiting time for the toilet was horrendous and staff did not seem to care about customers experience at all. Tables were sticky . Not much more I can say just don't go there if you're hungry and need the toilet after.

I only had a simple breakfast, I saw several but I had coffee and carrot cake, delicious. Fast service, there were quite a few people, but very quiet.

The staff are so lovely and kind . I accidentally dropped my tray with my food and drink on it , felt such a fool but they lovely and quick to help and replaced my foods without a fuss

Was told we had to clear other customers food from tables by Liz. She forgot to ask for a loyalty card. I've had much better Costa experiences.

Much like any Costa, you get what you expect

It was busy, tidy, and as always, the drinks are hot and ordered. However, the toilets stank, were dirty, and needed checking more often.

This is my favourite Costa in Chester. The staff are always friendly, and usually they run a fundraising game at the checkout to raise money for Costa foundation, which I find really fun and often quite rewarding.

The staff always look stressed in there when it's busy. And from that I was given the wrong drink. Why can't it be like Starbucks where you write the name and order on the cup so the barista knows what to make. Remembering it in their head ain't efficient enough.

This is one of the friendliest Costa shops according to my mum Ruth. She loves going for her regular flat white (best around) here and says the staff are wonderful and cheerful and always have a little conversation to offer. The infuriating part is that she doesn't have a smart phone, so can't collect her rewards. She is a regular but gets no benefit sadly - not a slight on the store in any way. 5 star service and staff deserve the credits they earn.

Ok, but seating was messy full of stains and crumbs so probably could do with freshening up a bit and more frequent cleaning up after each customer.

Brilliant staff dealing effectively with a really long queue. Was treated to one on the house by the store manager after a little hassle with a gift card and that made my day so thank you very much.

Quite busy when we went, but got a table and had the BEST lemon muffin I have ever tasted. Staff were lovely

The young girl on shop floor doing the afternoon tables was like diamine. It was one of the best staff you could ask for out there. She was a a credit to her team. Thanks again.

Can l just say Thank you to the Costa staff at the Grosvenor precinct especially Taylor & Amy. I accidentally spilt my iced coffee today all over the table & floor 🙄 the staff were brilliant cleaning it up & checking l was ok, even replaced my drink when it was my fault it spilt. Thank you so much 👏

Perfect customer service from Sebstian and Ellie. They were amazing, kind accommodating and charming. Really great people to be around and made a great atmosphere to relax in. My drinks were made quickly and tasted amazing.couldnt ask for more
