Very nice place to watch a film

Absolutely boiling , had to leave as it was unbearable

Not a very pleasant visit on a warm day to find the screen has no functioning air conditioning... If I wanted a sauna I would have booked a sauna... Not impressed 😡

Absolutely scorching hot. No aircon 35°c plus inside

Slightly underwhelmed at the size of the Imax screen, but the reclining seats were fun and comfortable. I had to complain to Odeon customer services prior to going to the cinema and didnt have the QR code for tickets anymore. Not a problem, they lrinted my tickets for me BUT they hadnt put till roll in for 3hrs so had to wait for it to print 3hrs worth of food orders I think the parking is cheaper if you pay in the cinema, but not sure, the machine didnt work well.

Great viewings! But unfortunately the food and drinks are really over priced need to bring down prices on food and drinks!

Off the beaten track but a decent sized cinema. Tickets were a reasonable price and seats really comfortable. I would recommend coming at a weekend, pending the film you want to see!

50p of every ticket sold must go towards buying "seat broken" covers instead of fixing the current ones. Place needs investment. I get that its only £5 a ticket but its not enough to make me return. Floor everywhere is covered in popcorn. Would a cordless cleaner and a bit of TLC from the staff waiting around twiddling fingers really hurt? Would also love to know how you "Make Movies Better" because this cinema confuses me.

Went to watch a quite place 29/06/24, 9pm showing, screen 3. 20 minutes into the film, my daughter and wife jumped out there seat after they see a large rat. We left, Informed the manager who was aware, he said they have a minor problem. We got a refund, told manager to inform others but he just went back into his office.

couldn't see the screen, has lights all around the ceiling. couldnt even focus on watching the movie as it was a horror and the lights are brighter than the movie. didnt know the kept the lights on as they never did before makes no sense 0/10 cinema experience

amazing odeon give a outstanding service they didn't have something I wanted so not only did they give me something else to replace what they didn't have they gave me a big bag of chocolate to apologise. Was such a kind lovely suprise. love their kindness and their sweet popcorn is the best!

The best cinema in chatham prices are a bit expensive but over all to enjoy with freinds or family a good cinema

The Amy winehouse film was really good! Popcorn and drinks were good! But the screen had rats! One run past my leg! Tested with leaving popcorn on the floor and it disappeared within in seconds, definitely a dirty and unhygienic place

I felt that the experience was an online experience with no personal contact

The cinemas are great the food and drinks overpriced but Costa helps.

I was quiet surprised how well the place is kept clean. Prices of popcorn and other food/drink items should be lower... we paid for movie as much as for snacks. It isnt quiet okay. You know- no cinema without popcorn! Other than that its good place to go and enjoy movies. As for kids, so do adults.

arrived 1 hour late. I had I had to drive 1km to collect from the driver.

I go here for the stunning IMAX screen. Honestly if you have never experienced a film in IMAX you’re missing out. It’s about £5 more than an Odeon Luxe seat which is nothing compared to what you get. The screen is unlike anything you’ve seen before and the sound quality is unparalleled. If you’re an IMAX lover you will be very happy with the whole experience. Staff are very friendly and they speed at which you’re served is very good too! Place is kept clean and tidy and there is a tonne of parking (although there is a cost but that’s not Odeon’s doing so I wouldn’t make them down for that!)

A group of noisy and rude teenagers ruined the whole film. The staff were complained to a couple of times but left it until the last 15 minutes of the film to warn them to be respectful of other customers and keep the noise down. The situation was not dealt with promptly or professionally

Cineworld in Rochester is significantly cheaper. Save your money. Cheaper than half price

The cinema itself is nice. But you can hear the vibrations from the other rooms. The popcorn is SOOOO SALTY (and I love salty popcorn so that’s saying something) the chicken strips should be labelled as spicy as I got 3 boxes for my kids and they were way too hot for them and myself.

Was so excited and didn't get slush puppies but atleast I got my popcorn love that you can now get this on just eat shame about not getting everything but always next time

Went to the Odeon, Chatham to see Manon - live from the Royal Opera House. A heart stopping performance by the Royal Ballet and a joy to watch.

Although there was not many people in the screen room the film I saw was very good.

There's nothing wrong with the screens or films shown, but with no bar, the coffee shop shutting at 7 and you having to pay for parking there are better and cheaper options around.

Been to the IMAX and the recliners are really good and comfortable experience for a movie, Either alone or with your loved one and friends..

Took my grandaughter and her friend. They enjoyed Wonker. Staff are friendly. Paid online.

Good clean cinema surrounded by a large selection of restaurants. The car park is only free for 90 minutes, after which you have to pay. It cost me £1.25 in parking, to watch a two hour film.

Not been to the cinema in a long time and was told I'd love it. The venue was nice, but what really annoyed me were people hanging their feet over the seats from behind me . No respect, I'll watch films at home instead.

Help was at hand without having to go too far to find it. Politeness and kindness was immediately given for someone, like me, that doesn't go often to the cinema, but enjoys it when the opportunity arises.

Vile food, don’t know what possessed me to get a takeaway from here… chips undercooked and still hard in the middle, hot dog bun was so stale I could knock someone out with it and all arrived freezing cold. Disgraceful

Went to see Wonka, the place is clean and the seats are really comfortable.

Clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking and the parking fee is very nominal. Odeon should link parking tickets to the parking machine so that parking can be provided to the patrons to cinema.

Saw a film here today in the IMAX screen. Have been to bigger, but the sound system was excellent! Food and drink as overpriced as every cinema is, so I suppose that's nothing unusual. But now that you have to pay to park... I think I'll probably go elsewhere in the future.

This place is a complete take on my wife and I paid 35 pounds for two tickets and spent 20 minutes watching the film we became completely bored and left the cinema

Nice site and location with ample parking, there is a Costa coffee shop in the lobby of cinema so you can grab a drink to take in if you want. Screen seating was clean although a few seats were starting to look a but thread bare, sound was good quality and projection was good quality.

Great location an easy to get too with free parking. Cinema going down hill. Half the screens, have no air conditioning so very warm. Don't know what happened to the nice friendly staff. The staff now hardly ever speak to customers. Always got a miserable face.

Went to see elemental great film got the £6 tickets on a monday think they should invest in recliner chairs but other than that great place to visit

Really great cinema, seats are relatively comfortable and with a decent amount of space, there is air conditioning I think, or the screens are just really cold, I'm not exactly sure. The staff are nice and it is also in a great and accessible area in Dockside.

Nice cinema at Dockside. Lots of free parking and I noticed you get posters handed out here from time to time which is a nice touch. The only let down for me is the toilets. Doors missing for a long time and isn’t always the cleanest. Please fix this.

Seems we're here weekly as it school holidays. The staff are still as helpful and friendly as ever. Highly recommend, the screens are always clean after every showing, the staff always find jobs Todo at quite times. Costa staff are just as friendly and helpful 👍

Recently visited and was quite disappointed. The cinema has gone really down hill with its cleanliness and comfort. Firstly there was just grime and muck everywhere, the toilets weren’t very clean and the cinema room itself was still covered in popcorn and dirty seats. We paid for premium seats and they were so uncomfortable, didn’t recline or anything like nearly everything other cinema chains “premium” seats. It could really do with an upgrade throughout the whole cinema, not just the lobby.

Came to see Oppenheimer last weekend with friends . Am disabled and on crutches. Everything was accessible and clean. Cinema was brilliant, excellent sound and projection. Will definitely come back

Located right next to shopping area. Multiple screens including IMAX. Snack portions are impractically large and expensive (as expected for cinemas). Could reduce their portion size (and a bit of the price) to reduce wastage. Seats better and more comfortable than Cineworld though.

Good venue though some of the screen do not offer a great quality viewing. I recently saw a movie (on Screen 2) where the cinema kept the light on which did not allow for an immersive movie experience.

The touch screen system can use with some updates/upgrades. Everything else was great. Clean, organised, great picture quality and sound. Be ware of 25 minute of adverts, mixed with previews. If your movie starts at...I don't know, let's say 17:00,....the actual movie starts @ 17:25. 25 to 30 minutes of adverts is a bit too much.

What an overly complicated business going to the cinema is these days. Bloody touch screens everywhere, that only appear to work intermittently. Ridiculously high prices for everything, food, drinks, and sweets. The person sitting next to me was wearing so much aftershave, my eyes were watering. Disgusted they don't have air conditioning, or if they do, why the heck wasn't it switched on. Definitely won't be rushing back to be fleeced, messed about, and nearly blinded.

I enjoyed being back at the Odeon chatham.have missed going, due to the pandemic. Lovely to see a good film and chill out.with what you fancy in the eatables.and drinks.certainly go again.

watched spiderverse recently and many things before that, too, with zero issues. the staff were always lovely and the facilities clean. i would recommend :)

Room smelled of old socks. Popcorn had large hard crystals of sugar.

I rate it the best because it's the only cool cinema Medway has. I usually use the app to get my tickets. The coke and popcorn are crazily overpriced. Don't do it.

Filthy, dirty, not a nice place to spend the evening. Corridors littered with popcorn and all bins overflowing with rubbish in to corridor. Toilets dirty and no paper

What you'd expect from a large chain cinema. Good offer of films and times, the nachos are nice, though pricey like everything else. Have had no negative experiences with the cheerful staff

Screen quality not fantastic. Really dark with light patches on the screen making it a bit hard to see. Really loud too and massively expensive. Probably just stay at home to watch a film next time but booking was easy at least.

Bathrooms are always disgusting, never clean
