Lovely food and wonderful service from Jody and Adam, we can’t wait to come back and see the friendly staff again!

Very good service, barmaid came over to ask if we enjoyed our meal. Will come back again when in the area.

Found the steak OK, hubby and son had steak and ale pie, found pie on the hard side.

Not a good place to go for a pub meal as all the tables have reserved on them (more than half of them) you have to look for staff when you find someone, NOT VERY polite saying no table available. Needs a sign or a member of staff at the door (Like some other Greene Kings) making it clear so you do not walk round the pub also wasting your time put in your car registration. This is not the first time for myself & I know so not a good local pub to go to.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff.

The place looks nice and although we just had drinks the food looked good, only one person behind bar for while which was annoying. The toilets though need to be invested in as cubicles you can't even lock as wood broken and been like that for ages, they look old and tired and need a proper revamp. Toilets score 1 out of 10.

Great place, if you want good food an a good friendly service. This is the place for you. Staff are great, very friendly, and have good sense of humour. The only negative thing I could mention was that the service at the bar was quite slow due to only 1 person working.

Kitchen closed early. Left waiting at the Bar to be served whilst staff tidied. Decor a little rough.

POOR SERVICE !!! . Pub was empty but had to wait long before some one bothered to take drink orders. All tables in the pub booked for a quiz night which was happening later in the evening , no place to sit . Felt very unwelcoming. I decided to go to KFC across the road for dinner. Never going back to this place again.

Come here every Thursday for the quiz and the atmosphere is phenomenal. The staff are amazing and the food is great quality. Definitely recommend booking a table and visiting.

We visited on Sunday my mother is disabled using a walking stick and on oxygen. I received a call to check on the table we was being allocated which we were very grateful for. On arrival a gentleman member of staff, Adam, went straight over to my mum welcomed her and guided her to her chair and made sure she was comfortable even changing the type of chair she had. My mum was full of praise for him. The meal was extremely enjoyable and all the staff were lovely. I cannot thank you enough for the assistance my mum received, we will very much visit again as we very much enjoyed our visit.

Very polite staff, food was ordered and came to our table within 10 minutes. The steak was tender and food hot. James took the time to do a little special touch to my desert making the presentation so good. The bar staff Jay and Caitlin looked after us so well. A very enjoyable meal time. Thankyou.

This is our local and have eaten here a few times. The roast is always value for money, any thing left on the plates and they are more than happy to provide a 'doggy bag'. Wait time wasnt too bad, we had a big party of 10, and we all had our food at the same time.

Wanted to pop in today for a spot of lunch with the misses walked through the door to be abruptly murmured at by the miserable looking thing behind the bar telling us if we didn’t have a booking we had to leave. No effort at all to find us a table empty tables outside wasn’t offered them not even asked if we were eating just told not to come in!!! Won’t be returning!!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jay. Food arrived quickly, we were even serenaded. Great place for a reasonably priced meal out.

Poor staff were under alot of pressure when we went due to staffing issues which did impact on ordering when using the app, but tasty food and a nice atmosphere

We often visit the tiger moth as we love the food, the staff are absolutely lovely and the atmosphere is very homely.

First time coming here this evening and we had a lovely time. The service was quick, food delicious and staff are friendly and was happy to help when needed. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice enough, but the sound for the quiz is awful. Way to many highs making the sound brittle and fatiguing on the ears, and not enough mids to be able to understand what's being said. I'd love to tweak the mixer! Service is friendly.

Lots of vegetarian choices, the spicy Christmas Mac and cheese was delicious, highly recommend. Manager was really lovely, helpful and sorted out a small problem with my order quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be back.

The new Christmas Menu is exciting and I can highly recommend the Flame Grilled Beef and Camemb.ert Burger which was duly demolished this lunchtime. Hopefully the new booking system will streamline and cut waiting times. Give it a try...

The young lady with plaits in her hair her service was outstanding very helpful even when we were there for booked family meal at 7pm our table was full of people enjoy football on our table the young lady moved over so we can have our table we booked it was very busy in there but she and all other staff kept big smile .

Wanted somewhere to watch the football and have something to eat and this fitted the bill perfectly. Food was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the lady who served us made sure she checked everything was OK. Was a bit noisy but we didn't mind.

The pub is friendly and good for families. Popular with diners, the pub has an extensive menu of traditional pub fare at reasonable prices and if you have the Green King app on your phone or if you visit their website there are often discounts available. There is a good selection of drinks on offer including tea and coffee. Some parts of the pub are a little tired and could do with refurbishing. Additional info 27/06/2023. An incredibly popular place always need to book to be sure. The food is amazing the chef knows their stuff needs commending and the price even better. You have to wait sometimes for the food which shows its coked fresh. The staff are friendly but thinly spread but are attentive. Thursday evening is quiz night so very popular and busy. Will definitely be visiting many more times

We had a large retirement party on Saturday. The atmosphere was amazing, everyone from bar staff to management, couldn’t have been more helpful. Tables was moved for us & nothing was too much trouble. We would all like to thank you all for joining in the fun & making the night very special. We will be having many more nights out with you, see you soon. Also the food was fantastic. Thank you to you all x

Not often do I leave reviews but the welcoming and warm atmosphere of the staff left me no choice. Particularly that of our waitresses Amy and Emily, who were both extremely attentive, friendly faced and polite. The food and drinks were great too, we will definitely be making a return shortly.

Recent visit to the Tiger Moth for lunch was a very pleasant experience! Lovely food, great value too and excellent friendly service from Jodie. Although drinks were served in plastic cups this was explained as dishwasher being repaired.

Our waitress Jodie was very attentive. The bar staff very friendly. Food was good. It was just a pit stop for us as was time sensitive. Definitely recommend coming. Our fish and chips was delicious and two for one very cost effective

Group of us went here yesterday,around 5pm must of had all of the tarmackers & other road men there ,very loud couldn't hear each other when talking,quite rowdy bunch,staff did nothing but didn't ask either,but was hopeful they would of said something anyways but didn't,nice food,but won't be coming again,think it's a meeting place for most road men.....

Myself and partner thought we'd try somewhere different, WiSh I hadn't, went to the table, the arm chairs were disgusting, dirty wasn't the word I'd would use, waited half hour for the meal, coffee had a weird taste to it, my meal lasagne was all pasta, were was the meat, looked like a packet lasagne, put into a dish to look like home made, .wouldnt feed a child with it,. After I got home, I had a bad stomach ace. Doesn't matter the price of the meal, you should be able to eat it and enjoy it. NOT DOG FOOD all so my partner was poorly with dyria he had a buger meal. The staff were friendly about the only good thing .

Iconic location. Easy to get to. And always polite. The gent called Alex was patient and committed on helping me with some techinal issues around BPA check in system.

Unfortunately my wife's meal was over cooked the staff were exererlent and offered to replace the meal, she decided to finish her meal. The staff then offered my wife a free drink or dessert which we will take on our next visit. My meal was fine

Tiger Moth is our favourite place to eat out. The staff are lovely, friendly & helpful. The menu offers a variety of tasty dishes which always go down well. I think when the menus change next, the customers should be invited in to sample the new dishes and everyone can vote for their number 1 dish ;) Well done Tiger Moth.. keep up the good work.

Really calm chill environment. Staff are lovely and food is incredible value for money!

We went on a busy Sunday afternoon. The service was great, meals were hot and well presented. Plus they accepted the Blue Light card which was a big bonus 👍.
