Great tasting coffee and quick service. Dont think much more is needed really. They seemed busy so must be doing something right!

As I work from home I often use coffee shops for meetings. This is my preferred location for those meetings as there is plenty of room and the tables are well spaced out without the feeling of everyone sitting on top of each other. 5 stars

Great service today by the lovely lady at Costa. Looked to be understaffed there, but she was polite, kind and still doing all she could to provide a great experience.

We bought our drinks and then within 2 minutes of sitting down a member of staff came round and said that they were about to close. When we mentioned that it would have been nice if that had been mentioned we were rudely told “it’s on the door!” . The door was wedged open so it wasn’t really visible. Then another member of staff basically came and stood staring at us, so we left. This isn’t the first time the staff at this branch have been so rude- no more custom from us. Surely it would just make sense to say to those ordering in the last 10mins of the day - oh by the way we are closing soon! Roll on the new Starbucks

Appalled: one member of staff shouting from behind the counter (with perspex) at an elderly gentleman who had sat on a chair which apparently was not in use, he was waiting for his elderly wife who was in the toilet. (They were customers not just toilet visitors) She was bellowing at him to move at which he did like a told off school boy. No attempt was made to clean the "chair that was out of action ' so it clearly was not much of an issue. It was dreadful behaviour from the blonde haired barista. On another point the table/chairs we sat at looked unclean so I asked for something to clean it at which point she handed me a piece of blue roll, I proceeded to wipe it myself. IN FUTURE YOUNG LADY, COME OUT FROM BEHIND YOUR COUNTER & DEAL WITH SITUATIONS IN A LADY LIKE MANOR!!! not sure the elderly couple will ever step foot in there again, I know for sure I will NOT.

Went in with a friend today around 25-30 minutes before the shop was due to close. Was met with death stares and dead pan faces, the customer service from the lady with short orange/red hair with glasses was awful! Just asked us “what did we want” and then continued to sweep and shut down the shop around us asking us to move out of the way a few times whilst she swept. However the other lady who made the shakes was nice and the shakes themselves were fantastic :)

Leisure Park St. Stephens PlaceI've got to be honest, the hot chocolate looked very very light in colour and tasted very very weak..... Sat in here almost on our own for 30 minutes before working out that we actually had to order at the table rather than having a waitress or waiter...... Let's be honest, they only have one thing to do. Serve coffee, ice cream and puddings. You would have thought they would have a more snappy service and a happy attitude at the till....... Answer bringing my hot chocolate to the table. It would slam down with such force that after the chocolate covered the table. See pictures...... I really couldn't recommend this place at all.

Cepen Park NorthI think when you opt to eat breakfast in a supermarket cafe there aren’t expectations of gourmet food. However I think there are standards you should be able to expect and Morrisons spectacularly fell short of even the lowest expectations! My breakfast was just over £11 as I added a couple of extras. Mushrooms were tinned and cold. Tomatoes were chopped tinned and cold. Bacon was lightly warmed in the microwave and came complete with flabby undercooked rind and was covered in white gunk. Sausage was deep fried, and of the quality that even the dog would turn its nose up at. Hash browns were overdone but passable. Toast came cold and chewy with a nice slab of hard butter on top! All this came with a cappuccino that tasted like the machine needed a good clean and service lacking anything close to a smile! I won’t be returning to experience their vile offerings again!
