Quick coffee fix on a busy morning before catching a flight. Piping hot coffee, super efficient service, Barista's taking pride in their job.

Had breakfast here with a voucher and that was a party. The coffee is good and that must be the main thing in a coffee shop. :o)

Why is a simple task of making a coffee and heating a panini so painful? I was served by the most disinterested young man this side of Bristol. Arrogance bordering on rudeness and so laid back he was nearly horizontal. I had to ask him to warm the panini (he forgot about it and started serving another customer), I had to ask for my receipt and then a tray and then return and ask for serviettes! Adding insult to injury, all the empty tables (it's!!) Were dirty with previous users cups and plates on them. Last time I use Costa, luckily there shop is another coffee shop close to the arrivals gate. Highly recommended.

I am not a particular fan of costa as usually I find the staff ‘disinterested’ and the tables etc dirty - however due to lack of choice and having to wait to check in bags used this outlet. It was busy with only two staff on duty but they were working well as a team and getting the orders through promptly which was as keeping everyone happy. The tables were clean The two staff that were on duty - one male one female at approx 1430 / 280318 - really deserve a huge well done for the service they provided on what was obviously a difficult day

Tuesday morning 19th December we were in Bristol Airport awaiting the departure of our Ryanair flight to Dublin. So with some time on our hands we decided to have a cofree. We ordered 2 medium cappuccinos with cinnamon sprinkles, which cost £5.40. The seating and service areas were clean and tidy. The staff were polite and efficient and good coffees were served

One of many Costa Coffee is situated in Bristol Airport. High standard quality coffee, at least latte and cappuccino, interesting special offer. Extra star for staff.

Went to the Manor for my Brother in law's birthday lunch. After previewing the menu online I was quite looking forward to the get together as the menu had a great range of food. When we arrived I noticed we were sat right by the door on a long table. I didn't want to complain but with people coming in and out the whole time I was absolutely freezing and so was most of our party. The pub was large with lots of tables I have no idea why they put us there. I noticed all doors were propped open. We actually decided to remove the door wedge to try to help the terrible draft. But with people coming and going so much it only helped a little. And with the doors not actually closing properly if if pushed open correctly we were fighting a losing battle. We were a party of 9 and even though when ordering and paying separately on 3 orders we stated we were all sat together our meals came out over 35 mins apart. So we didn't get to eat together. This was pretty terrible. Although the waiting staff apologised it didn't make it any better. The food was very tasty and we enjoyed desserts too but the experience was ruined by the cold table and the long waits between meals sadly.

Lively local pub with a regular asleep on the table at 6pm on a Tuesday!

Was good until recent change of manager, new staff are really rude and seem to think the bar is for them rather than the customers. Most expensive pub in the area, no food served, most locals avoid it. Would not recommend at all.

We had a lovely lunch with friends here today. Table service very good and all staff that attended to us were excellent. Not the cheapest meal but good value. We enjoyed steak as well as other mains. We all enjoyed our puddings. Excellent red wine and we thought the gardens looked great for a good weather day.
