Awful, awful staff. I cannot believe they are allowed to get away with having such bad attitudes. I have been there twice now and I’ve never experienced such terrible service from people who simply do not give a crap about their job or the customers. One man called Jon was especially rude. Usually I am pleased with the Costa chain. The coffee is good and the staff are normally very pleasant- but this particular store is the bad apple. I won’t bother going here again unless they have an overhaul of their staff and service.

Tony is very friendly he knows customers orderds. He is always happy to see you and we love going there. Restaurant is clean and tidy, food n drinks are excellent, we also happy to see Tony.

Typical Costa Coffee shop conveniently situated on Calthorpe Road in Edgbaston.. Muffin was particularly nice.

I always visit costa in edgbaston during university breaks, i get greeted at the drive thru very politely. All the staff are lovely and get the order done quickly. However, Adam has served me many times and is always so polite, he always goes above and beyond. He definitely makes my time costa worth going. This was the visit at costa coffee pershore road im sure its called.

Some is a little overpriced but if you were in London it would be double the price. And staff in London are not pleasant!! so eat it or stop moaning ! No one forces you too have it. Staff are fantastic and never rude.if they were, then maybe that person deserves it.They ain't there for abuse. Well done, Steve,Ann ,Julie, Karen, charlotte. Great team hard workers. 60 Bishopsgate Street, Birmingham B15 1DB EnglandI would not advise anyone to visit this creams the staff needs changing especially the manager. The lady has no people skills she is not friendly. When I want to buy ice cream it’s for my daughter. But sometimes I would indulge by getting myself one in a cone. A desert shop should make you happy not depressed. The manager always gives off the energy like she does not to be there or that we are giving her work to do. The other staff how ever are okay. I won’t be back. Also the smoking in front of the establishment what is with that? Why hasn’t the shop got any music seems like they want folks out more than in hell they don’t even want to be in.
