Costa Coffee in Huntingdonshire

The service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble. The cafe was spotless and didnt have the obligitory empty coffee cups and plates on tables which you tend to get in starbucks. Coffee was excellent. Surroundings pleasant. Manager, think he's called tony, even asked how things were. My go to place now.

I pop in here every week or so, for a morning coffee and snack. The staff are always pleasant and the service is good. The place itself is a bit long and narrow and gloomy, which is typical for a Costa.

It's not been the best experience. We have been in a few times, and the lady behind the till is not very welcoming every time we come in. In fact, no one in there was happy or welcoming. it's not surprising as the woman was just bossing them around. No care was put into the drinks. I had to wait over 10 minutes after I ordered my coffee. We watched the lady mixing the blue and green milks together. No washing hands it wasn't great at all. My husband hasn't felt well since! We will not be coming back.

2 of us went for coffee and toast nearly out of stock of most things so had to have 2 stale cakes' We called in with the family next day for lunch no sausage baps bacon rolls and other things out of stock again. Staff really nice but no stock

Two of us called in after shopping near by. Lovely hot flat whites and delicious fresh lemon muffins. A bit of a noisy atmosphere but it was quite busy. Three staff working very hard behind the bar to serve customers as quickly as possible.

Am currently in here. I would say they are short staffed. Two serving and making coffee. Tables are full of previous customers' trays. I feel sorry for the girls. It's lunchtime. And the workload appears to be too much for them. Many customers are having to push dirty trays aside in order to sit down and eat at dirty tables.

Two of us called in for a quick coffee and something to eat. Two delicious flat whites, albeit not very hot, and delicious lemon muffin. Service speed acceptable. Tables cleared quickly.

It was busy when we visited but the three staff were working very hard to serve everyone as soon as possible. Flat whites were lovely and hot accompanied by a lemon muffin made a good break from shopping. Tables a little slow to clear but we did find somewhere to sit down.

Was such slow service 2 serving queue of 9 people no sorry for waiting and coffee was not that great.

Recently stopped by one morning to grab a drink and treat on the way to work. There was only one person serving a queue of four customers so I had to wait a few minutes but my drink was prepared and tasted good. Been here a few times now and have been satisfied each time.

Paid for a coffee via the app, and when I hadn’t received notification it was ready, I went to the store. The manager said there was something wrong with the machine that took the order, and I had to pay in store. Even though he could clearly see my receipt, he still wasn’t interested. I had to pay again if I wanted a drink. Still no refund! Crappy service, and a stupid rude manager that wasn’t so good at understanding English.

Clean tidy and covid compliant. Great staff and they are so friendly. Completely covid compliant. Felt really safe going in to get my coffee

The cafe was very COVID conscious and clean. The service was good and well stocked with sandwiches and cakes. The coffee is always a good quality and the staff friendly

As always their coffee's and food are really good.The staff are really friendly.But cleanliness could be a bit better.

Nice enough drinks, good service, clean tables. But I sat with my friend facing the counter, and saw the young lad behind the counter stocking up the cake plates. Watched him drop a muffin underneath the counter (on the floor??), pick it up with his tongs and place it back on the shelf for sale. Disgusting.

Two of us called on our way home for a break after shopping. Hot coffee (Flat Whites), nice toastie between us. A bit busy but service good. Clean tables and seating area. Clean toilets.

Always enjoy Costa Coffee Latte.This Christmas, the festive were very nice.I have never been here when the staff were not helpful an smiley.

We arrived to find a long queue, and it took nearly 30 minutes to have our orders taken. The hot chocolate was bitter, and the staff were massively overrun. I ask Costa why this store only had three baristas when there was a queue of 15 people? Costa, instead of trying to open as many stores as possible, should employ more people in the existing coffee shops. Shockingly bad experience.

First time visit for us at this Costa and we found that it was the standard that we normally expect but the flat whites were only warm. Service was good, food looked good although we didn’t try any. The café itself has a high ceiling which can make it quite noisy even though there weren’t many people there.

Experienced fairly slow-moving service after ordering my large americano to-go, but the end product was good. The coffee shop is spacious with plenty of seating and is one of the nicer Costa places I’ve visited lately.

Visited late in day, so maybe the staff were tired??Ordered 2 lattes, one with caramel syrup. Took at least 5 minutes to be served. Not a massive queue. Asked for glass of water, but no water given. When coffees eventually appeared, the "barrista" never indicated which latte had caramel syrup in it. Then she said, "oh, I didn't know it was with caramel". No apology. Coffee wasn't very warm either. Tables uncleared and sticky. Poor service. Not the usual Costa experience I'm used to.

Regularly use this coffee shop. Always pretty busy but the staff are competent and get you served pretty quickly. Always good coffee served with a smile. One of the best Costas I visit.

It was a bitterly cold, windt, snowt day and the large automatic door took ages to clse with an icy draught every time someone came in or went out. A shame as we had good service and good coffee.

Dropped by for brunch after a site visit to an industrial park nearby before heading back to London. It was a couple of weeks before Christmas and the menu was updated with Christmas themed items like Gingerbread Latte and Spiced Apple. The sandwiches and cakes were tasty and were well complemented by the drinks. It was a busy venue and we barely managed to scramble enough chairs for 4 of us.

We are regulars here and at Costa in the High Street. Starbucks coffee just does not compare, you get real coffee at Costa. I love the capuccino with a hazelnut shot followed b a delightful lemon muffin or chocolate caramel slice........................Yummy

Stopped here for afternoon cuppa after a busy day visiting the Cath Kidston then Hotel Chocolat factory shops. It. Was OK. Needed a good tidy up. Maybe there'd been a rush before we arrived? It was what it said on the can: a Costa coffee.

Certainly in the right place and attracts people. Loads on offer for every hour of the day. Pricey for sure but the coffee is hot as are the staff. Customers sit there and look at their pc screens instead of having a life.

A standard Costa Coffee shop with good clean facilities and good coffee. Staff were pleasant. We just had a couple of decaf lattes, quickly prepared.
