Best atmosphere in Southampton. Love to go there

Llegué aquí ayer para tomar un café pero la oferta era abrumadora y me sentí un poco mareado. El encargado se dio cuenta de lo que pasaba y vino a ayudarme. Me dio una hoja de cálculo con los distintos tipos de café y sus ventajas e inconvenientes. En la mesa de al lado había un terapeuta que me dio tres consejos para elegir el mejor café para mí. En primer lugar, concéntrate en lo que quieres de tu café; en segundo lugar, utiliza las habilidades que ya tienes para limitar la elección y, por último, imagina que estás tomando tu café en algún lugar excepcional, tal vez con vistas al Empire State Building de Nueva York o en la playa de Copa Cabaña o tal vez en las cataratas del Niágara. Le di las gracias, sin embargo este es mi lugar perfecto ya que el café tiene las mejores vistas, la carretera principal, coches aparcados enfrente y vistas de las tiendas de enfrente. Elegí un café con leche grande. Delicioso

Such great service!! We sat outside with our dog and Callum brought her iced water and a Puppaccino! Also enjoyed our human food and iced coffees too 😂

I come here all the time, the staff have always been amazing, friendly, always chatty especially Ty and Callum, a customer service dream team! Give them a pay rise!

Typical Costa, lovely coffee. It is always busy here. Very limited seating. People just hang around and natter after they have finished their drinks taking up valuable tables.

I sat in the corner window having a business meeting. It was a good meeting and I enjoyed my hot chocolate too.

First time using this Costa despite living here for years and using other Costa’s locally. Clean, warm, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I was served by Tyrone who was super friendly and went out of his way to make you feel at ease and welcome, will return

This place is best place to be as you can experience a nice coffee and bring your friends and family for a nice social visit to catch up and sit back and relax

Parking is very convenient with parking just around the back of the shop or other options nearby that are only a short walk away. The service is splendid. Straight forward, little questions asked with plenty of dietary options such as, vegan whipped cream or light whip. The food is the downfall, although it is tasty, there is little excuse as to why a wrap of the size I purchased, or even some of the other products such as the toasty should cost that much money? We're talking nearly £4-£5 for each item? I'd rather go to Tesco and probably get something just as tasty for nearly half the price. There are some nice lighting fixtures and the color scheme feels very homely so it's really nice to relax once you have ordered.

The third price increase this year, now a ridiculous £3.80 for a medium latte. Profiteering as milk prices have fallen since they hiked prices in the spring. We shall use other establishments that offer better value for money. Costa have increased prices by around 20% or more since the start of the year. Too much. The final straw.

Great place to stop for a drink and food. The place is nicely spaced out that you don't feel crowded. Has outdoor space. And the employees are friendly and helpful too

Staff more interested in running down a staff member infront of customers ! Than serving us, that was unprofessional. Had coffee remade as was 50% froth shame as this shop is normally good. Maybe this was a one-off. The second attempt was better, and a nice coffee

Totton Costa, not a pleasant experience. Warm coffee, Tiffin, which didn't taste very fresh. They really need to up their game. ☹️

love the staff here and especially grabbing a cheeky costa. would never get the food though as its prepackaged for m&s so its expensive.

The prices are a little higher but still offer good value for money. Being thirsty I chose a coffee, a latte and also my wife chose this drink too. It was served in a tall gass with a spoon which we used to add the free sugar. Yhe flavour was very good indeed and the temperature was acceptable. The chairs provided a good degree of comfort and the atmosphere was sophisticated but in an understated way. I would recommend this fine cafè and found the whole experience jolly pleasing.

Peaceful coffee & croissant while waiting for car tyres to be fitted. Good coffee (black Americano) as always.

Drinks were very tasty and staff are most of time very friendly and nice. I had just one negative experience, but that won't change my view of the place.

This Costa used to have good customer service, unfortunately now some of the staff have to improve customer service and make less bad faces. Made me uncomfortable

Didn't have to wait long and was served quickly and professionally. Didn't take long for food to arrive after seating either. Seating was a little limited but it was a peak time so can't really complain.

Didn't have food but I did spill my friends coffee just before having a fit. They very kindly replaced it. Very good service all round. Thankyou..

Así que, por dónde empezar. En primer lugar, vinimos aquí porque nuestra cafetería favorita estaba cerrada. Pagamos casi nueve libras por dos cafés y una magdalena de chocolate. Nuestros cafés eran normales y no tenían una buena relación calidad-precio y el ambiente no era sofisticado y para colmo el café de mi mujer estaba frío. No volveremos, pero utilizaremos otras cafeterías independientes.

Just been to Costa Totton as I stood waiting, an of elderly gent came in behind me. The female server with long hair in pigtails was incredibly rude making snide remarks about him that it seemed he couldn't hear. She even questioned whether he could afford his order. What a disgusting way to treat someone.

Very clean only one toilet for disabled n men n women. Could do with more.

Other than not having any toddler friendly cold drinks, it's good. Thankfully he was happy enough with his chocolate babycino.

I used to like coming here but recently my drinks taste very watered down and not as enjoyable. And recently it also seems like they're struggling to stock the usual vegan options, I came in on two separate days and the only option that was there was the vegan cheese toastie which I don't really like.

Totton branch is where i always get the best welcome & quickest service, tables are always cleared quickly too....shame Costa have ramped up their prices so much, i shall be using them much less now.

It's okay, the food and drink are good, but it's always busy and I think the staff struggle to keep it looking clean and tidy

Nice coffee ,it is a sham that the out side sitting area is used as smoking are no good for sitting with young children or non smoker lik sitting in a ashtray

Great spacious seating area with a variety of chairs and tables to choose from. Following Covid-19 measures. Lot's of sandwiches, cakes and breakfast options too. Hot and cold drinks served. A variety of milk options available including Oatmilk. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and efficient service. Try a warming Chai Latte on a cold day, it's just a cuddle in a glass.

Dropped in for my usual cup of coffee but not with all the milk, just enough to give three quarters of a cup.

In need of refreshment I thought about waiting but gave in. I ordered coffee to go and drank it and it was nice and not expensive. Sugar was free.

No lo sè por què pero solo sabìa que tenìa que tener una taza de cafè y postre y bueno simplamente tenìa que ser Costa Coffee. Una combinaciòn de cafè estupendo y un ambiente sofisticado es perfecto para disfrutar almozar. Creo que este restaraunte es mi favorito en este lugar.

A clean and welcoming place to be able to socialise. All seating is Covid compliant and the team manage the cleanliness of tables etc between all customers diligently.

It's been one of my regular Costa shops, it's close to where I work, practicable for breakfast, lunch and evening snack if I'm working late. The staff are always friendly, service is quick and always clean. I've never been disappointed with this Costa, the new decor makes it more brighter and fresher.

Guau no lo sè dònde empezar. Antes de nada es comida para llevar solo. Cafè con leche y un postre. Deja un sabor dulce en su boca.

Service is a bit slow at the moment, but mostly due to a combined issue of a special offer and app not working properly due to demand. However, they did everything they could to keep things moving and ensure discounts were applied.

If you like Costa, place is for you.

Hoy es el domingo u en todos los domingo me encanta un taza de cafè con un postre para mi desayuno y aunque no puedo comer al dentro no obstante podrìa pedir comida para lleva. Guau. Una experencìa un poco complicado de un resultado a las reglas pero definitavamente que valiò la pena. Los panecillos frambuesas me dejaron pedido pro las palabras. Cinco estrellas sin dudar.

This costa cafe is lovely . The girls and a guy who works in there are awesome always polite helpful and as a current customer they know what I like before I have to ask great service :).

Estaba por negocios en Totton y despuès necesitè algo especial para comer y entonces supe que tenìa que ir al Costa Coffee. ¿Estaba una experencìa muy emocianante? Creo que ya sabes la respuesta. Dos cafès lattes con panecillo frambuesa con un ambiente tan sofisticado es la perfecta manera de empezar el dìa.
