Costa Coffee in Chichester

Lovely airy Costa looks great but ongoing food shortages mean lots of customers walk back out and foi into the village about 10 mins away. We stayed for a coffee that tasted good. However as previous reports toilets are poor, today they are closed yet again. Local management needs changing

The coffee was OK, my complaint is the state of the toilet, lifted the toilet seat to have a wee , the under side of the toilet seat was absolutely filthy, costa needs to teach there cleaning staff there's two sides to a toilet seat, top side was spotless

Great place for coffee won't be going anymore due to asda charging for car parking hope Costa realise how many customers they have lost due to asda parking charges

A very smart and decent sized costa, really excellent coffee and snacks served, seating indoors and outside, always spotlessly clean

We have visited the store with the kids and few friends. Lovely store, friendly service, great coffee and food, kids loved the Percy pigs.

I asked for a caramel frappe with no coffee and cream but I got coffee and no cream so I would like to file this report to all the people agreeing with me and the manager to sort out there crap staff

Costa Coffe, so what they are everywhere. But its the staff that make any establishment, here they are superb. Always friendly and professional

Yummy treats and very friendly staff. Plenty of seats to relax in over the Sunday paper or chill after a shopping trip round Asda next door.
