Costa Coffee in Mole Valley

The manager, Mel, is amazing. She is so welcoming and efficient, and has trained her staff beautifully. She knows my regular order without me even having to order it! She manages a great team and should be highly commended for great leadership and customer service. Always a pleasure to visit.

I'm pretty sure there's no Costa here, unless this is the machine inside Tesco that you operate yourself?

Very poor service! I asked for soya milk as I’m lactose intolerant and got served with dairy milk! Literally I got poisoned! Customer service don’t value your concern or the seriousness of the issue!

Slightly unusual layout for a Costa - Lower entrance area with some seating - middle level where the counter is situated and an upper mezzanine. We visited on a busy Friday just before lunchtime, but managed to get a table by the entrance, not the tidiest outlet we have visited, but our cappuccino’s were well made and the often elusive chocolate twists were plentiful! Staff were pleasant, other than that it’s a Costa!

We visited Dorking for shopping, and some exercise in the drearer days of winter. Having completed our 'tasks', off to the Costa - I insist we have to get in before the lunchtime crush - avoids the queue and we can chose a decent seat. Worked well, had a great coffee and break

While people might turn their noses up at a chain, we head for Costa when we're on the road and in a hurry because the coffee is reliably good and the staff generally pleasant and organised. This Costa in Dorking certainly ticked both boxes - and we were lucky to get a parking space almost opposite. Plus we had excellent toasties this time.

Went here for coffee on tuesday with my elderly parents,we wanted Tea Cakes but for the second time they didnt have any. Having placed our order with three miserable looking members of staff,we sat down and waited and waited!. We were then told by another CUSTOMER that our order was sitting on the side and had been for 5 minutes. Not once were we told,or at any time did the lazy members of staff attempt to bring it too us. Wont be going there again.

Love Costa Coffee but its difficult to get a seat here a lot of the time as the upstairs gets taken over by singles working on their laptops who sit there for hours not buying anything.

Coffee in mid morning before a walk to Boxhill in the article wind. Clean enough tables and coffee is always good at Costa. Well needed. Happy welcome by staff.

Can't say anything about the coffee. It's Costa. The experience was a joke though. Three staff - non appeared to be familiar with systems or equipment. 10 people in front of me. Queued for 30 minutes. Only stayed because my wife and our 2 companions we re seated and chatting and oblivious to how long I was waiting in the queue. If ever I want a pant and a coffee I will never ever combine the two in a one-stop site. It would have been quicker to drive into Dorking and go to one of the town's independent, efficient better tastier coffee-shops

This Costa is nice and clean and the staff are so pleasant, polite and friendly. Always fairly busy which speaks volumes.

A brand new looking Costa and very clean. The big windows add lots of light inside. Good design inside too. Friendly, efficient service and a great flat white. I'd definitely drop by again when passing.

Popped in on our way to Wotton House, nice friendly staff and nice area to sit and people watch or relax with a paper. Tables nicely cleared and great selection of cakes etc. Guaranteed to always get a great coffee!

Really nice easy Coffee Place, just outside the town. Easy to sit, enjoy and relax without any fuss. Always nice people serving and always a few people enjoying the coffee, the papers and the food.
