The best coffee shop in Beverley. I came here to retrieve my birthday treat this week, I left in a very happy mood and had my day made by the wonderful staff. The staff are always amazing and kind, the atmosphere is so calm and peaceful too at the shop. I live over an hour away but whenever passing through if I need a coffee or come shopping I come here. The manager is great, keep doing what you’re doing team Costa flemingate!! You’ve always been top notch customer service. Thankyou, you made my day:)

Can’t lie had this banging breakfast wrap and this pretty nice bubble tea thingy. Was very nice.

For some reason the courier rang to ask where I was. I rang back to say I would stand in my open doorway in the freezing cold - not sure why they could not find me as I live in a main road quite close to Costa. I was offered no apology for my wait - I thanked her for finally finding me.

Unfortunately Costa's coffee doesn't taste as strong and fresh as it used to. Very pricey

Been before but the staff were their usual consistent great! Loved the little cool hit chocolate that was advised by the bloke. Kids loved it and nice suggestion. Thanks guys.

Tables weren't the cleanest but was quite a busy period. Staff friendly drinks and food as you would expect from a large chain, all good.

Great hardworking staff always a queue though can be up to 25 minute wait time. Can get a bit noisy but lovely place to sit with great coffee always.

Went today with my mam and was served by a man called simon (i believe). Super friendly and recommended the carrot cake. I found out I arent keen on it because of the walnuts (texture issues) but my mam loved it. Definitely recommend 🙂❤️

Popped in to claim a free drink before trip to cinema. Half term week, looks like it could do with a good clean.

I was a little disappointed, the staff were so busy chatting to each other I had to ask 3 times for the Muffin to go with my coffee. My drink was transfered to a different cup which was smaller so the drink was running over the top so the tray was swimming by the time I got to a table.

Went in for a quick drink and a cake with my eleven year old daughter whilst waiting for a train. As an incredibly friendly and relaxed individual that very, very rarely complains- what was intended as a small treat for my little lady turned into an absolutely appauling scenario. Served by a lady with ginger hair, my daughter and I tried to make polite chit chat with the barista and she literally ignored every comment we made, looked absolutely put out that she had to make our drinks, couldn't smile at my daughter once and left her in almost tears throughout our stay. To make matters worse, we then had to endure a moaning marathon between herself and a colleague about absent colleagues for the next 40 minutes. Totally ruined my daughters shopping spree and was an unfortunate anti climax to what was a lovely day. Perhaps she should work from home or somewhere away from general public???

Sam was very friendly! And served me early to help me avoid my train.

Called at Costa flemingate today, young lady working alone. She really was a credit to the company 👏 excellent customer service!

Usually go to the one in the town but shut today due to staff shortages apparently. Went to Fleminggate lnstead. Much prefer the one in town.

It was late afternoon 4-45pm when we visited and it was empty but most of the tables still needed clearing and the floors were covered in rubbish so we only stayed for a latte staff were friendly enough

Wanted a take out hot chocolate to sit in the sunshine with. Store was clean, not to busy. Lots of offers on in store. Used the loos which where clean & well stocked Staff where polite & attentive. Hot chocolate was nice & hot, all good

Called into Costa Flemingate today with a friend. Young girl was alone serving and making drinks whilst her colleague was busy cleaning tables. She was making our drinks one being an iced coffee when the old woman behind me began complaining loudly about the wait. I hadn’t been waiting long and so what. Like I pointed out she is on her own, is making our requested drinks and only has one pair of hands. So so rude. The girl looked so upset and embarrassed. She apologised for the wait and like i said you don’t need to apologise you did absolutely nothing wrong. I have to say that this is another example of how some of the older generation are extremely rude and impatient!! Absolutely uncalled for. My drink was absolutely lovely btw. Keep smiling. You are good at what you do!! I’d it had been me I would of taken so long just to make a point!!

Called in for coffee and tea. Disappointed changed earl grey tea to Fuze from Twinings earl grey. Poor substitution.

VERY Busy difficult to get a seat but was Xmas!...Always love my large Chai Latte from here...Toasties...Muffins!

I use costas a lot this one by far is one of my favourites the staff are fantastic and service is aswell excellent Most mornings i am there and its a great start to my day 10/10 from me aswell as 5 star's

I tried out a few places on Flemingate while working nearby. No where compared to the costa. The staff on shift throughout the week have been amazing. Sam & Lauren have amazing customer service skills. Friendly service, smiles and actual conversation not small talk. The store was always very clean and presentable. Now my No.1 Coffee shop on Flemingate. Scrap that in Beverley!

Called in as we were going to the cinema. Perfect place for something to eat before we went in, ie not paying prices in the cinema. As usual very efficient, quickly prepared.

Really good quality, nice tasting, good selection and dairyfree options. I find it a bit cheaper than some of the other big name coffee shops I have access to. Though I don't drink massive amounts of coffee lol.

Been here once, and on my second visit the barista had remembered what I wanted down to the milk! Made my morning and I didn't have to articulate much pre-caffeine!

Yes it's a national chain, but the staff at Flemingate are always lovely. It's very popular and so busy at times, but they still manage great customer service.

The service here is usually very good. The staff member who served me on 5/6/21 was excellent... very friendly chatty and helpful. However today 12/6/21 the service received from the member of staff Lauren was particularly poor. She is unhelpful and her manner is passive aggressive. I noted she was the same with subsequent customers. Perhaps a customer service course would be appropriate?

By far the best costa we visit. Staff are always really friendly and polite. Very child friendly. Especially the male that works in there great sense of humour!

The young staff here are extremely rude, arrogant and belittling. Probably employed by Costa to save on salaries and not employed to increase customer experience. On two occasions we've been dealt with in a rude and unprofessional manner. It's the last time we'll use Costa.

Vibrant area of the city, excellent mix of bars, restaurants and boutique type shops. Well worth a visit.

Lovely service, went to this one as the other one was absolutely rammed full, no social distancing in the queue. Food and drink were both great and plenty of space to sit down.

Or pre dinner! Met my husband here after work before going out for an early dinner! It was so nice to be able to sit outside to enjoy a drink and the warm afternoon air. Staff friendly, social distancing in place and be warned, need to wear masks even in the queue when ordering! #eatouttohelpout in place here, so grab a bargain drink and or food while you can!

This Coffee house is lovely, despite all this Covid going about, I felt really Safe, The staff are lovely, and I noticed they did what no other shop has done, clean the card machine after every customer. Definitely recommend going for a nice cup of coffee here.

The day I came in I ordered a ham and cheese toastie and they brought me a vegan one so I asked them to replace it with normal one but got very very rude so I asked for manager she was to busy I was told but 1 min later I was talking to my daughter and this women was listening to our conversation and came over and said if you want to complain do it to me in a very nasty way very rude and shop was dirty tables not wiped floors full of rubbish if I wanted to drink and eat in filth I would go to bin shack

Cater for vegans very well. Friendly staff. Had a vegan sandwich and the toffee pecan cookie. No rocky road but it was Boxing Day! Handy if you need a bite to eat and haven’t got time to go to blondes at Cottingham.

Always and forever will love Costa coffee I have visited all around Killingworth and the staff are very friendly in each cafe

We visited today 23rd Dec at around 3pm and the shop was fairly busy. That been said unlike other Costa shops it was actually really tidy with clean tables! We ordered 4 hot drinks and all 4 were made well. Highly recommended Costa coffee
