Wrong toastie sent whatever decent was rockhard and cold! drink was watery but okay

Through the dozens of times I've been here, they have almost always gotten my orders wrong. Beinf rather simple orders too, they evidently do not care and are well aware of the fact. For example one laughed and softly spoke about how my drink was the incorrect flavour, but still gave it to me anyway. The coffee tastes weak and lifeless, however the food is standard for Costa food and the cafe itself is clean and peaceful.

Went with son and gf and remembered why I don't go Costa. No staff interaction, very little tables cleared and cleaned, smelly toilet and overpriced. Toasties left whilst doing other orders and meal Deal not clear tbh

Ordered large hot chocolate and got small also ordered a soya hot chocolate which ended up being normal milk costa have gone down hill

Its very expensive here. No where to stand and que as you seem to be in every ones way.What I saw of the tables where full of trays and cups, food its not that nice..the coffee tasted as if it was burnt coffee and, the toilets where blocked and not working. It was packed full when I went to just grab a coffee as I was in rush. Never again.

Purchased a Costa reusable cup in this Weymouth Costa at a high cost of £13.50, within I month it was rusting in side, (Chinese rubbish), should have been British made for that price, it's narrow at the bottom wide at the top and very high, was carrying it full of coffee on a tray and it tipped over and I got hot coffee all down my side, my telephone was on the tray as I scan for stamps on the app and coffee got inside the telephone and it's broken now, why can't Costa sell cups that's wide at the bottom so they don't tip over so easy, no health & safety, they should test these products before selling them to the public

A good size Costa coffee shop that has both indoor and outdoor seating that sell a wide range of hot & cold food items, a selection of cakes plus a wide range of hot and cold beverages, I ordered a medium latte with a slice of carrot cake from the quite unwelcoming server who seemed to prefer talking with her colleagues rather than to serve any customers, after paying I took my tray but noticed that so many tables hadn't been cleared so I just found one and took a seat, I had a sip of my drink but it just resembled luke warm milk with no coffee taste to it, i then tried a bite of my cake which seemed to be dry and quite hard, an overall disappointing experience.

Filthy!! Dirty tables, chairs, floors! Nice staff but only two on. Cups, glasses and cutlery also dirty. Dirty trays stacked up on the side. The toilets had not been cleaned for a while. We won’t be back!

3 drinks ordered, only 1 correct. Sad times.

For starters my food was stone cold , they’ve given me 3 wrong drinks I’m not happy at all and for some. Reason it won’t let me contact Costa directly, wasn’t a cheap order given me 3 drinks that are wrong not even 1 correct. Not happy at all and will not be ordering again constant problem with just eat!

Second time this month in store and second time had to clear and clean our own table. Seats filthy, probably not the staff's fault, only seemed to be two on today but waste of time bringing it to the attention of the head office as since they changed hands from Whitbread to coca cola they don't give a rats....

Very disappointing experience. Filthy tables & poor service. Ordered food and had to ask for cutlery and it was dirty (had to ask that they be replaced). No napkins. Asked for a glass of water and not given. My flat white was horrible. Not what I am used to getting in other Costas.

Currently on holiday in Dorset, Came in today for lunch with the family. Gave me the opportunity to use up some of the free drinks I had saved up. Food was great and family enjoyed the drinks Staff very friendly and whole place had a calm and a friendly atmosphere.

No matter where you go costa coffee you can't beat as always brilliant coffee and service

First time using Costa and everything was excellent 👍

Typical Costa closes way too early and way too few comfy chairs sofa directly below the air conditioning, making it chilly on a typical British summer day (sunny and very windy).

Very nice. And the delivery driver was so polite and overall happy which was a positive start.

The staff are always smiling and nice, pleasant atmosphere place with many local guests.

Toasties tasted amazing and will be getting again.

All cold drinks arrived still cold and well presented. Order was spot on and delivery driver had no issues finding the house. We ALL love Costa.

The girls here are always smiling and have a nothing is too much effort attitude. Love getting my morning cuppa from the ladies here.

All drinks correct, cool and no spillage. Delivery driver a little lost, but had the decency to phone. Just wish they could follow the simple instructions.

I order from here quite often and it's usually really good. I have the same coffee order everytime - decaf latte (side note, it's really nice to have a coffee shop on Just Eat that offers decaf), this time however, i'm not sure if the milk was off, it was a different type of milk or any number of things but the latte tasted burnt to the point i'm not even sure it's a latte. Whatever the issue was with it it's really affected my stomach. Although I would recommend Costa, I would also give them the feedback to make sure they're making it per the order.

Wrong order 😡 can’t get through to store

I went in today and it was very quiet. There was a young lad in tracksuit just stood at the till chatting to the lady they were clearly friends which was fine but didn't look to be working there. I got to the till and he just moved over ever so slightly. I ordered two frappes, one tropical mango bubble frappe and a regular coffee frappe as well as two croissants with jam and butter. The whole time he is stood less then an arm length away just staring at me. He then turns to the lady and goes I'll come behind and do that for you. He then continue to "make" the frappes the whole time having to ask what goes In it and where all the ingredients are. After when he finally finished and gave it to me, I realised they where in small glass cups but where half filled with just cream and the bubble frappe was just filled with bubbles and cream no actual frappe . However the croissants where lovely and fresh and the jam came in little glass reusable pots. We then went to find somewhere to sit and realised all the tables where dirty and had to go and ask someone to wipe our table even tho it was dead inside. Overall it's over priced and not worth the visit.

Great coffee, sandwiches and cakes

Very disappointed I use Costa all the time, went here every table was full so went to look upstairs and the stairs were closed off by an information stand, but no explanation just looked like they didn't want to use it ! Not the only one who turned around and walked out

Two staff on this afternoon one packing things in a fridge one putting away cups. Totally ignorant of my presence I had to ask if anyone was serving One replied saying she'll be with me in a sec. No customer skills whatsoever I'm disappointed cos I usually meet nice polite staff here. Ordered an oat latte but was given a mixer of lukewarm milk and strong coffee it tasted like petrol urgh! Disgusting Train your staff they are ignorant and rude they talk amongst themselves rather than talking to a customer. !!!

This was TWO HOURS late for 2 coffees

Arrived within 15 minutes! Only thing is there were no straws however it wasn’t an issue as I luckily had some.

Everything was pleasant just a little wait but what can you expect from Costa, you want coffee done properly you have to wait.

We only have a coffee here always a good cup.

Ordered two white hot chocolates, delivered to where I was working, they were lovely but were a little cold, but I suppose that cannot be helped when getting them delivered.

Food was left on my doorstep, delivery driver didn’t even wait for me to get to the door. When I got to the door, it was the completely wrong order. I had no way of contacting the driver or the Costa store to arrange to get the order I paid for so I spent over £20 on an order I NEVER RECEIVED. I would like a refund.

Coffee was lovely but was only sent one sugar. I also ordered mac and cheese and wasn't given and cutlery or napkins.

Rude staff, Took 15 Mins to make an iced drink, Person on the till scoffed and looked at me disgustedly when I asked to pay cash. Wont be visiting again.

Terrible in every way! Queued for 15 minute, which was our choice. Ordered.. paid. No customer service skills, asked a question and staff giggled to each other whilst ignoring me. Waited 17 minutes for 2 drinks to be made- wrong drink. Grumpily accepted they were wrong. 10 mins later... no replacement. Asked.. got told to wait. 3 minutes later asked again... ignored and staff just giggling together. Eventually called girl over who was clearing tables to ask if she had made the frappe. She said no and then started to make it. Another staff member went behind counter and thy and a very loud conversation about wanting to leave and they need to go as slow as possible. Tables were filthy, drinks weren't as good as same order in Poole days before. Would have coped with the wait if we were apologised too and met with friendly staff. One girl- small blonde- was working extremely hard making the coffees. This branch definitely tarnishes the reputation of an often used chain. Not good enough!

2nd Costa visited this week and both had problems with dishwasher so knly had paper cups

Great service happy staff, CLEAN, the only thing they could improve on is cleaner cutlery.

Coffee delivered really well no spills but 2 of the coffees where undrinkable! It tasted of burnt coffee….absolutely awful. The soya cappuccino was absolutely fine so not sure what was going on.

Very busy which is always a good sign, Staff rushed off their feet but still managed everything with smile on their face. Had a lovely ham and cheese toastie, with hot choc with all the trimmings, great for a sunny cold day.

Love it here! Staff are lovely and the tall blonde girl with glasses makes a beautiful cappuccino ! Just wish there was more space as when it's busy gets very noisy and packed.

Always enjoy going into costa, even though it was busy and had a bit of a long queue the girls in there are always friendly and greet you with a smile.

The staff were friendly and happy. The place felt clean and safe. The coffee was excellent.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful in here I like the aero hot chocolate caramel . It's very clean and tidy with a lot of space to move around .

See now this is a Costa I could get use to using. Tidy warm welcoming atmosphere and the staff as with all Costa Staff were both amazing Ellan (possibly spelt wrong as I couldn't see all her name badge due to the fact she was busy as) was extra amazing and remembered my order out right on my 2nd visit that day.

I'm not that much into my coffees but loved my very large (bucket) of caremel Latte... It was lush but the down side was the milk was a tad cool... Needed to be hotter.... Lovely surroundungs to meet friends, business meet up or generky sit back and chill and read a good book and people watch..... 📙😎👍😉

Busy!. Tables not fit for purpose,with very wobbly base. Could not use for coffees unless you wanted it in your lap.Only one toilet available, as optional, out of use. Staff did insist on masks being worn whilst in queue, so good to see.

Used it as an early morning pitstop. The other half likes the toast and marmalade. (Apparently, "we" cannot make it at home to satisfaction) For me, not being a morning person, is where I wake up before I commence the shopping spree.

Monday morning 11:25. Dirty tables , no where to sit , got moaned at when I ask to have table wiped . Worse of all no bloody bread for toast . The whole of the staff need to be retrained in customer relations .

If I'm completely honest I don't remember this Costa, is it must've been a generic, high quality Costa with sticky tables... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ordered for the first time through uber eats with a marketed promotional offer on Costa app. Spent £20ish worth for my full order. Absolutely shocking--half the order delivered! The poor(but very helpful) uber man had to drive back to the store for me to collect the rest of my items. Is it really so hard to read a receipt and put all the correct items into the bag on a quiet Tuesday morning? The receipt is even stapled to the bag!!Customer service and attention to detail really is lacking in this store.The speed on delivery though was good but I would of rather waited a little longer to receive my full and correct order.
