This is a great Costa, not too busy and great additional seating upstairs. Nice and clean coffee shop with friendly a helpful staff 😀

Good Costa, coffees always right, staff always friendly and place always clean.

Great customer service at this Costa. I come in with my Mum who is in a wheelchair and everytime we come to this Costa all of the staff give great customer service.

Normally have a cortado but thioght I would try a flat white as you get more coffee for your money. First time really good. went in today far to much milk they did change it no problem but rhe second one was husk as milkey. So I suspect its down to the person that makes it. not to worry will give coffee 1 a go

Staff are so friendly and nice particularly Kirsty who was so kind and helpful whilst also being really hard working. I used to work for Costa so know the job isn't easy but this costa has the best atmosphere of any I've ever been too, will definitely return. Thank you so much again Kirsty!

I visit lots of Costa, staff not very friendly, had to ask for my own cup to be topped up, even though milk was still in jug.

Great costa friendly staff gemma really stood out apparently new but didn’t show any nerves. Coffee was quick hot and absolutely what I needed to start my day. Pouring happiness into lives. Good luck in your new job.

Very expensive. For water and a cold coffee . Toilets were very messy.not sure I would bother again. Whole town is run down.

Nicely refurbished and a lot more user friendly layout. One star removed as highchair was discusting and should have been cleaned but clearly hadn't been in a while.

Siempre que vamos a Bristol desayunamos en Costa Coffee, tienen unos brownies muy ricos ,y una amplia elección de cafe ,latte y/o te para degustar en el local ,tambien lo podéis llevar . Muy recomendable

At a time where there is an ever present shadow of a pandemic hanging over us, we would hope that places such as this would ensure their facilities were hygenic. These certainly weren't. A shared male/female/disabled toilet, there was liquid on the floor around the base of the toilet. The toilet seat was wet, there was no toilet paper and the sink was dirty. It was disgusting

I always enjoy popping into this Costa. Quick service, friendly, approachable staff and a good variety of seating inside, outside and upstairs. There's a nice variety of food and drink on the menu, all made well, and taste great. Would recommend.

The coffee and cake was up to their usual standard. We sat outside SD'd from others.

Firstly great staff, one of whom was very engaging with customers, helping and advising to ensure CV19 rules were followed. Good coffee but too expensive. Two coffees, one large , one regular and two bacon baps was around £12.

Good but no area to take tea bag etc out before taking your drink away. Not ideal for those of us who prefer a weaker tea. Some members of staff sociable, others not at all. Generally good otherwise.

At present only doing take away coffee, I ordered on the app whilst doing some other shopping, went and collected it, bit awkward if there is a que as you can see your coffee but feel rude (in the current climate) cutting past people. Coffee was good on a cold day, no complaints at all and they gave us a free gift which was a very nice touch!

I like this coffee shop as it is quietly situated with no traffic and in a pleasant precinct of small shops and flower bed seating.. The food and drink is a good variety

I came to costa with my friends for lunch however there wasn’t enough chairs. I approached the baristas and they refused to give me a chair, making me sit on the cold concrete ground outside. Around 10 minutes later the employee who was cleaning the tables saw me sat on the floor and brought me a chair. Very upset with this service. However my brownie was tasty

Small queue, well organised, not long to wait choice of seating.

After waiting for a table in the shade outside because we had our dog with us we were moved on. The male assistant said the table was taken by someone else. Although there was nothing there to suggest that. He ushered us off, so we went to a nearby independent cafe where all five of us had drinks & three had food. This is where we’ll go again rather than Costa, their loss!

I came in and had a chicken wrap, gave me serve food poisoning over Christmas. I would definitely not recommend, would not go back at all!

Love this costa. Always helpful and good service. Just wish there were more GF options especially as it would be easy to swap out the pasta for a GF one.

Friendly young staff in a standard Costa restaurant. Everything is exactly the same as the 2,388 other Costa's in the UK, many of which you've likely visited. I always have mixed feelings about Costa Coffee, or any conglomerate in general. I prefer Costa over Starbucks, and I'm glad that they're able to offer jobs and quality training to young adults in Nailsea. My only concern is the 'corporation' side of the business, and how it affects the appearance of our high street and peoples abilities to really feel something for where they live. Costa is owned by Coca-Cola, an infinitely rich mega-conglomerate. They have the resources to challenge and close down any competing independent business by pricing them out of the market. Now, I appreciate that independent businesses still compete with other independent businesses and that business is indeed business, but cafe's and coffee houses are more important in smaller towns such as Nailsea as they act as a sort of central-hub, a safe and convenient meeting spot for the community. Costa does an adequate job at this. But, I'm left wondering what could be possible if Coca-Cola invested their money in the people who had amazing ideas for local cafes and coffee shops. A sort of business grant or low interest loan similar to the grants the government provides small businesses. It's a win win: They sell their brand of coffee, cakes and covenience and Nailsea receive a well funded, local indendent that offers something meaningful to the community. There will be brands, always, but we don't need every high street to look exactly the same. I'll always be glad young people have work and for coffee on my doorstep, but I wish more was done to prevent our high streets from becoming so identical and lifeless.

Didn't realise that they had changed the times of their meal deals, beyond 2pm. Excellent coffee and welcoming staff.

It was good higine but every time I go there I have a mistake in my order or the card machine doesn't work but staff are nice .

Great corner location in the Crown Glass shopping centre, with outdoor tables, friendly staff. Always busy. Only thing I don't like is when you use Costa points to get a free drink, you can't part pay with cash, points must cover the whole cost - so I couldn't get what I wanted. Dropped 1 star for that.

Pleasant atmosphere but service even with 4 staff becomes slow and fractious. Tables tend not to be cleared regularly to the point of having g to clear your own table. However the drinks sold are good but varies considerably between staff. On this visit it became obvious the staff were less than happy to be there moaning to each other within earshot of customers.

I visit here approx 4 times per week. Delicious coffee. Perfect service, swift and very friendly and professional. I am always amazed how they an remember my order of medium cappuccino decaf, one shot, coconut milk, extra hot, no sprinkles.

Friendly staff, Iusually pop in here once a week with my 1 year old for coffee, chocolate babycino and toast. Always clean and tidy. Plenty of seating inside and out.

Got home with my cooler and after drinking half of it I tasted the cream on top and it was so sour, obviously gone off :(

I like Costa's coffee. Lovely nutty flavour versus Starbucks that I find bitter. A Costa coffee with one of their almond and raspberry bakes is a great treat.

Dirty cup for my tea but when pouring the milk in from a chipped and battered milk jug my wife noticed that the inside of it was filthy with dirty brown stains.

Expensive, cheerful, always find a seat outside.

The carrot and walnut cake was good BUT the man who served us needs retraining, he was very surly in his manner, but that was not the main problem the tables were filthy, they all needed wiping down and dirty trays cleared away. First time in this Costa Coffee and probably the last.

Visited on a Sunny Wednesday morning to find a queue out the door. 2 Baristas on, one training and obviously very new to the job, it was an impossible situation to provide good service. Customers were leaving before being served, it was 9am and I expect people wanted a coffee for work. I persisted and waited 25 mins to be served. I did not receive an apology for my wait. I visited the toilet and considering it was early I expected it would be clean but it really was not brilliant with paper on the floor and stain in the bowl of the loo. Coffee was good though.

Honestly they have rude staff to youngsters. I'm 10 and I was with my friends there and my friend didn't get the right amount of change. My other friend went to say to the person who served her. When she said the staff looked at her started rolling her eyes. We asked another member of staff and she said she would get the manager . Obviously the manager knew it was us and decided not to come so we left. All and all it is really nice and now we try not going to go to Costa when they are working. This makes us feel shut down because we can't go while they're working.

If I could give no stars it would be definitely has attitude stinks sloppy service can't make a decent latte or flat white and to be honest just young staff no training in guess and no manners just a shame has use to be so different

Each Costa you attend always good coffee and service with friendly staff. Pity they do not let me take my dog into their shops.

The costas in Minehead really know how to make coffee well done and the staff are pleasant I just wish the independent coffee shops and tea shops would learn how to make a decent coffee then I would spend my money there.
