Costa Coffee in North Norfolk

Costa is our go to coffee shop. Chai latte (BRING BACK CINNAMON) Why stop cinnamon? Focus. This costa is friendly, small and comfortable. Friendly staff too

Grabbed some take away coffees and was happy with taste, price the same as all others. Took a little longer than usual but left satisfied. Will return

It was the foreign lady (east hunsbury inside tescos) there. My daughter gave her my costa card. But it didn't seem to register on my app. So I went upto the till. And said it doesnt seem to have registered. She pointed at me and said "listen to me it happens it will sort itself out. I said it's not even on the receipt. " she said "are you not listening to what I said" I just walked away she is extremely rude and quite a few people in there when I sat down said " shes been like it with all customer. I was going to stony Stratford and went in costa there. They looked at it and said the points have not been entered the foreign lady didnt do it. So they took my receipt and put my points on.

The guy working in there is very friendly and professional and made our visit yesterday very enjoyable and he treated all the customers the same.

I have unintentionally become a regular at this Costa. Thanks to the friendly atmosphere, and welcoming staff. I go quite regularly with my daughter who’s took a liking to their babychinos. 🍫 The staff are always so helpful, and take the time to talk with the customers. Can’t take a trip to north walsham, without stopping at costa

Very helpful staff ensuring chicken wrap was nice and hot. Not sure why Costa group insist on putting infusion tea bag in glass and not in teapot?

Went here for a cuppa and tea cake and daughter had a cold drink, tea pot was only half full and daughter's drink was with lots of small ice cubes, not what she ordered so took it back and they argued over it then admitted that it wasn't stirred long enough, no apologies and just brought another one out and left on table again nothing, no apologies, staff seem quite rude the last few times and not sure it going back, other costas localy much better

Been here often when I’m in the town centre. Staff are always friendly, and quick to greet you when you come in, which is refreshing. Was served today by Paul who said that he was new and apologised for any delays in service, which I felt was very professional. However, I didn’t notice any significant wait time as he was very friendly and chatted away throughout making the drinks. Professional and friendly chap. There appears to be a good relationship between the staff, so the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming.

Nice little costa. Good selection of cakes and sandwiches. Clean and tidy tables etc and friendly staff.

The staff are nice and pleasant, the flat white was OK, but filled too full and slopped over the rim. Tried the toasted sandwich - brie and cranberry, I think it was. I had to open it to have a look at the contents, because it was tasteless. So I tried the mozzarella tomato panini... equally tasteless. But that's Costa for you. Fine for staff and the coffee, avoid the pre-made sandwiches.

I've been here for few times now and each time the staff are so rude either talking between themselves or just ignore you I came in today and asked for a hot chocolate I had to wait for ages before I got acknowledged and when they did my hot chocolate I watched and it was a medium and I may aswell had a small with how much they put in I know the cream goes on top but there was hardly nothing in there more cream than drink... this has to be the worst Costa takes no time for customers at all

Pretty sure the guy working there was the flash, great speedy service. Will return on my next trip to North walsham 👍

Love my Costa, found the Lowestoft North Quay Retail Park Costa the best by far, Staff excellent and friendly and will go that extra mile to give you the best service. Have travelled and been to many but always go back to Lowestoft, they helped my husband when he locked himself out of the car, phoning the car park firm to say he would be over the time limit so as didn't get the £100 fine and allowed him to wait in store for the RAC what a fab bunch of staff you have there.

Got to be the worst costa going been in few times and the staff just want to chat between themselves instead of concentrating on serving customers always get the order wrong simply because they do not listen ! Stand there talking about personal issues or just chatting and not paying any attention to their customers would rather travel further and go to a better costa !!!! Staff have no respect

Great staff couldn't do enough for us.

Would recommend hygiene training to some male members of staff. I don't consider wiping your finger or forearm arm under your nose as hygienic. Or rubbing shoulder with hands likewise.

I have been three times to the store in the last 2-weeks to enjoy a cup of coconut latte coffee which I really do enjoy however the last three times they never had coconut milk they only ordered one case which obviously would not be enough for the day. I am so disappointed very annoyed and I'm hoping something will be done about it. I have worked so much on the last few weeks and I thought to myself I could do with my favourite coconut latte. roadworks it a nightmare in North walsham I thought it's worth it for my coffee to get there and find out that they don't have coconut milk or even full fat milk again!!! For a new worker saying they didn't order the correct amount. I get that staff are learning but we are paying for that service. I don't like going anywhere else and not wasting anymore of my money.might as well stay at home have a cup of tea.

its a costa... bit cramped to sit in if its a little busy great for take out though

Been to other costas they was great. This one wasn't the staff was very loud tables weren't clean staff would sooner talk to each other than serv customer's will not go there again

Good stop for a hot drink, sandwich and a cake. Some Mark's and Spencer food also served.

Very good,only problem was no hand sanitizer so even when washed hands didn't feel comfortable,I usually carry my own but on this occasion left it in car.Every other shop I went into in North Walsham had hand sanitizer so I think Costa need to pull their finger out and put a bottle in entrance and exit.

It’s not easy to find somewhere to go on Sunday so Costa makes it convenient to sit down for a break.

Hello, I wanted have a day out, so I caught the bus to North Walsham and popped into Costa for refreshments. Before catching the bus back via a different route

As far as Costa can go it was a nice coffee, with a fast, polite and smiley service. Few tables to sit on outside in the street so could be a pain when it's busy with the current Covid restrictions

Sorry but cappuccino didn’t taste of anything but bitter nondescript. Husband had the purple chocolate and said it tasted better from the costa machine in the garage.

Lovely little place. Warm, friendly environment with very polite staff. Had their Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate and it was lovely(recommend it)

Got a takeaway medium mocha. Cost me more than same thing in Cromer Costa's? Service was pleasant and otherwise efficient.

Good staff here. Always quiet, efficient and pleasant. The seating area is a bit small, and the Covid shenanigans makes it even harder to get a table. There are clean toilets available and the cafe is beautifully located right in the centre of town. The butter is imported. Is there no butter available in the UK? If you are importing butter, is the milk you use also being imported? British farmers are under a lot of pressure, with high rates of suicide and farms unable to make a living. We also have to bear in mind the environmental cost of importing goods from abroad that are readily available in the UK.

It’s difficult to fault the standard Costa offer - you know what you’re going to get. The service was good, the staff friendly but the stained seats do need a good clean and there was an unfortunate background smell - perhaps more needs cleaned than can see.

It's a lovely little place, staff are really polite and ready to help in anyway, seating can be hard to find due to size off premises so only has a few tables. Would recommend a visit as it's a cheerful place to meet up with friends or family to have a coffe and a catch up.

The North Walsham shop staff were friendly and served a very fresh coffee. A nice place to relax and watch the world go by.

While I was waiting for my order I was told that they'd run out of cups and would have to have a takeaway cup. I looked around and there were dirty cups on all the unoccupied tables and no one clearing them away. Behind the counter there was spilt milk on the floor what looked like plastic rubbish pushed into a corner. Although my table had just been wiped it was sticky. Underneath the table behind me it was filthy where food and crumbs had dropped into the floor. No one made any effort to clean it up. We drank our coffee and left as quick as we could.

Just popped in for a frozen coffee and the guy who served us as great, he checked for Vegan suitability for us and was very knowledgeable.
