Great place for a sip of coffee, slightly on the small side and seems to be popular

Fully non professional. Now its 8:30 and the opening time is 7:00. They are still not open and the staff is taking milk and other stuff from their own cars. Still have to wait 15-20 mins more.

Fresh pastries and coffee in a clean coffee house. Quiet atmosphere with attentive staff. They work had to try and get people served quickly. Happy to bespoke your drink without question.

Service was absolutely diabolical.

Horrible, unorganised, no clue what to do. The guy literally having coffee at the till rather than serving. I mean people are waiting in the queue for nothing. Never had this kind of experience at costa before

Tooked very long to get orders . The girl seems like she didn't knew her job. The place is very dirty and only 30% occupancy inside . Chairs haven't been cleaned in ages and the floors need a sweep. Well done Costa!!!

The staff were lacklustre, polite but no drive. It just seemed they couldn't manage the demand and the time to get initially served and then to get the order was far too long. I guess they weren't helped with no medium cups for Frappe and no Jam, who knows what else. Just a bit of speed and urgency would have been appreciated.

I came here with friends to try the Kit Kat featured drinks. We ordered two Kit Kat Mochas & a Kit Kat Frappe as well as the indulgent chocolate Easter cake & Carrot and Walnut cake. Service was professional, friendly & quick. It was very busy & bustling, but we found a table & enjoyed our wares.

Used the drive through facility, and was greeted by a really sullen server when I placed my order. I get people have life to deal with, but don’t take your attitude out on customers. Coffee was okay, but I will not come here again.

The place is falling apart. It frequently has the fridge or oven broken. I feel sorry for the staff who have to work in a sub par establishment. Needs a lot of money spending on it. Very poor management

Great spot. Easy parking. Usual Costa selection of food and drink. We visited on a weekday morning and there was space for us to be seated easily.

Costa coffee with no coffee or chocolate, apparently due to a non delivery. They gave us free tea with our Bakewell tarts though.

Made an order online, arrived to collect & store was closed! Why are you accepting orders when you’re not open? Order was left pending all day - unfortunately there is no option to cancel or customer services number to call. Then the next day when they were open again, it was clicked as complete, which was a complete lie! A complete waste of my time and effort. Took four days of chasing to get a refund from Costa customer services and that only happened after I took to Twitter. Asked about compensation for the whole situation and was told it doesn’t fall within their ‘service framework’ I will never use Costa again, they don’t care about customers, give poor customer service even from their customer service team and don’t seem to have any contingency plans in place.

Just wanted to say thank you. I should have taken the names of your staff but they were very helpful when we had an embarrassing moment in the shop, when our young son pushed over our table and spilt our drinks. Staff were straight over to clear the mess, even though we offered. They also made us new drinks and food to replace the ruined food. Thank you for your professionalism.

Went today but regretted it. Very little food in fridge. The tables and floor were dirty and didn’t want to sit on the grubby chairs. The coffee was luke warm. The toilets were disgraceful and no soap to wash hands. Unfortunately very little else open on a Sunday so put up with it but won’t be going back. I’m amazed Costa management have let this get in such a state. Usually love Costa’s and most of the cafes are very clean but this one is a disgrace.

Atmosphere is tainted by people being forced to get a drink first before using the toilet. Who's bright idea was that, you rush people to buy something you don't get the add-ons like cakes etc.

They ran out of cups so they gave me a bucket of coffee. I couldn't have been more pleased with this. UPDATE: If you stay for too long, they hurl ingredients at you and coffee beans really hurt in case you were wondering.

Restaurant looks messy and tired. Toilets are dirty and have no soap. Staff seem friendly but the place needs some TLC.

I visited Costa Farnborough just after 9am on 04.03.23 and we ordered a fair amount of hot food and drinks. The reason I'm leaving a review is because the service was absolutely excellent even though they were busy.

Sinday service, was served tea in a very dirty glass. Gave it back. Staff very laid back and slow, they won't survive 5 minutes working in London. Long que. Was not a nice atmosphere

Crowded, line for service that went out the door. Coffee spilt by previous user on floor and seats.making them wet. Not cleared up, my first and last visit.

There's a fantastic boy that works here that makes the drinks. Don't know his name, bleached hair in a bun. Very friendly and always makes the visits worthwhile. Would recommend

Fairly spacious but the tables were incredibly sticky. They make a great Salted caramel frostino, highly recommend. Incredibly busy at lunch times on a weekday.

Just been sat down 5 minutes and then they come over at 3 pm and say can we leave as they’re closing advertised closing is 5pm. No valid reason given. Won’t be going anywhere near costa again. Will be sticking with Starbucks.

Really friendly and welcoming staff both times I have visited. I had the unfortunate event of leaving my wallet behind - the staff did everything to track me down and went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and that I could collect it the following day. Highly recommend stopping here for good coffee and friendly staff!

First time at this Costa. Appeared clean tables cleared and cleaned quickly after use. Chatty helpful person making the coffee.

Service was ok, but it didn't seem very clean.

It's a Costa, so you know what to expect. I took my daughter there for a pre school treat breakfast, but was disappointed that they had no fresh fruit.

Clean establishment with friendly staff. Cakes are quite pricey as expected from this franchise. Nice comfy seating indoors with the option of sitting outside. The drive through option makes it attractive especially if you are pushed for time at lunch or break times. The only downfall is the limited parking availability if you want to stop and go in. I was fortunate to find some someone leaving, otherwise I'd have had to use the drugs through option.

To be honest a normal Costa coffee. Clean, friendly and presentable. Soft music in the background setting a nice family atmosphere. A great placement as its in a retail park. Plenty of spaces for cars/motorbike + also has electric charging facilities for electric vehicles. Overall a good experience every time.

Always enjoy a Costa coffee, this one is nice coffee and convenient to me when I am in Farnborough.

This place has people who do know how to make a flat white! Quite a spacious airy feel and reasonable outside seating too.

Short queues yesterday (Saturday) to get in and place an order when I went at about 11am. Good entry system which is staffed, they tell when you can enter. You must wear a mask unless exempt. You can get takeaway as well as sit at the outside tables (personally I think the tables are too close to each other). You can still get food - toasted sandwiches, muffins, baps etc. The toilet left alot to be desired and I would suggest not using them unless you are really really desperate!! Plenty of hand sanitiser available. Coffee stirers, sugar etc now available without asking for it.

Worst Costa experience ever!! Was charged £3.20 for a Caramel Oat latte but was given an iced latte. I said the order was wrong and the server refunded me £2.45. When I queried that, she sarcastically said "you're not out of pocket!" After trying to teach her some basic maths she then refunded me an additional 50p. I queried this again. Now two members of staff tried to convince me I'd had my full refund! Eventually I got refunded the correct amount and the server rudely said,"well you can't have your drink now, we're closed!" I have never had such an awful visit to a Costa and I will never return to this one.

I was in this coffee store this morning about to get a coffee and there was a white girl with an accent at the till serving customers, and shouted at me in an extremely rude manner to leave the store however I was wearing a tissue on my face as I lost my face mask somewhere on the way accidentally. She was so rude and I told her in front of other customers that I won't come in this coffee shop anymore then, I will go somewhere else where they treat me better. She was so rude. A person like her shouldn't work in customer service. Costa should train people better not be this horrible like her if she is then she shouldn't work in a coffee shop! All the other employees are lovely there otherwise which I appreciate.

Had to order on line, and was only allowed in to collect, not to drink the drinks due to miserable demands of the government. Very nice place, friendly staff too. Plenty of seating area, overlooking the car park, but it is nice. Also has a good selection of cakes, pastry's, sandwiches and drinks. Would highly recommend.

Weak service; the lady ignored me (I was the only person in the shop) and refused military discount, even though the day before I visited a Costa they accepted discount for military.

Service this morning was very slow - more people serving tables and floating around than making coffee. Got my order wrong, and no chocolate on the Cappuccino! But I will live. That said I am getting generally fed up with short serves topped up with foam. About time coffee shops brought to book. Been getting away with it for too long.

Came in on the 26th June at around 3 and the two servers were incredible. Very upbeat and chirpy and whacking out drinks left right and centre. Great customer service and experience all round!! Please thank the servers on shift then

A few times I have gone to this place . Supposed to open at 7:30 but most of the times cloaed- even waited for 30 min still not open- Today even worse- at 8:45 still closed !!!

The staff were friendly, the store was clean and tidy. I like the fact it opens at 0730 on a Saturday morning as it's a good excuse for going with friends for a quick coffee before the day starts and family life takes over for the day. The food and drinks are nice. Bacon sandwich and a pot of Earl Grey? Perfect. Oh, and yes, HP sauce DOES make a bacon sandwich 😉
