Costa Coffee in Rother

Definitely one of the best Flat White 💕

Not impressed at all. Staff not friendly and when I ordered my favourite caramel frappe with coffee and cream I got short changed with not a full size drink. It tasted of strong coffee and no caramel taste, no sprinkles and when I asked I got snapped at, saying don't do them anymore. It was not worth anywhere near £4.70 what a con. I won't be having these anymore. I reported it to costa.

Coffee shop located inside Tescos. Seems to suffer problems with its dishwasher they have an official sign printed to state it’s out of order. Staff seemed more interested in preventing people sitting down from 1 O’clock on a Sunday. Did have the misfortune to go there for a coffee once and find due to a problem with their machine no coffee was available. Shame I never knew before my 2 mile walk to get there.

Tom an his dark haired female colleague are the reason il never return to costa anywhere ever again what a joke and a bad example of costa!! outrageous disgusting behaviour from two grown adults, Made my order with my mother received our drinks went to leave, I turned round to catch the pair of them mocking us making faces at us,… for what reason is this needed ? I suffer with mental health and have disabilities why on earth are your staff mocking people making customers feel this way I want to know why ! It’s absolutely appalling that humans in customer service can be this rude and cruel to people for no reason what so ever as if I had a costa coffee maker making faces and mocking me on there own cctv it’s just laughable il be taking this further as who on earth are they to treat unfortunate people that way

Love a Costa coffee regular visitor

Typical Costa, decent coffee and a sandwich/cake selection which is available in all shops. Service was with a smile - the barista had a sense of humour - and again, you know what you are getting.
