Called in for a mid-morning coffee. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good choice of coffees. The cappucinnos we had were up to Costa's usual good standard. There was plenty of seating available in this light, airy service area.

Just popped in for a quick drink this afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised by the large selection of festive flavours, I went for an Irish Velvet hot chocolate, which tasted great and even came with a chocolate, which was a nice touch and something I have never seen in a chain coffee shop before. But I was most impressed by the service, the young girl who served us was lovely and very hard working as she appeared to be on her own. Not only did she take our order but made the drinks too. She was really nice and thoughtful, as we asked for a babychino for our son and she made sure it was the right temperature for him. I felt like she went above and beyond compared to service I would expect from a busy costa at a service station.

Often call at this outlet. Usually busy but staff are hardworking and helpful. Coffee is excellent. Price a little higher due it being a Motorway service. Overall a good experience

Stopping off at Donnington Park, nipped into Costa Coffee for my breakfast wake-me-up coffee. Very good Salted Caramel Cafe Latte, served by friendly helpfull barista. One of the better Costa Coffee shops around!

We stopped here on route and wanted a cup of tea and the toilets! I had an excellent cup of tea from Costa. This service station was very clean and well set out and I really liked the idea of a Harvester, although we did not use it. In the shop I needed a gift to take to my nieces, and settled upon a large box of doughnuts from the shop. These went down very well with the children (5 cousins!) and the adults enjoyed them too!

Just off the M1, great for a quick coffee break, rest and use the loo! Typical costa coffee, cakes and pastries, and sandwiches. Plenty of seating as well as outdoors. Can get busy and staff do their best to accommodate.

Visited Costa Coffee at Donington Park services (just of the M1 at Junction 23A). By 11am all morning pastries had been sold. Pleasant coffee and snack, but no newspapers available to borrow.

There are 2 costas at these services. At the first one the assistant manager ignored me while she carried out some tasks.i was the only customer there. I gave up after 5 minutes and went to the other only to hear the server telling off a customer for not queing in the right place! Not impressed!

To the lovely lady at Costa who at 1am this morning, after travelling over 500 miles in 2 days with kids and ponies, she took great pains on our pit stop to find the Jockeys food and fill a bucket of water for the ponies - we thank you, above and beyond ❤️ what a lovely lady with lots of smiles for the tired girls. We salute you. ❤️

Lovely staff, good coffee but yet another Costa outlet that only toasts the bread on one side. One would think that a multi national company with 1000's of outlets would get such a basic and easy to produce item correct. It's a shame that the CEO wouldn't just occasionally check the quality of service

Stopped at Roadchef on the M1 for refreshments. The Macdonald’s area was over crowded so we decided to try Costa coffee. We ordered two lattes, which were of good quality and very tasty if a little overpriced. The cafe area was clean and tidy with comfortable seating areas giving us the relaxation we required before continuing our journey South.

This services and particularly the Costa is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Open 24 hours???!!!! Asked for a Flat White, response we are closed until about 23-00 use the machine in WH Smith which closed about a minute later. Dirty, disgusting tables. In my view cleared disinterested staff! Avoid!

I pop to Costa occasionally to meet a friend for coffee after work as it is open late due to being motorway services, and only 5 - 10 minutes from my house.

Stopped here on. Way to Alton towers. 8.30 am 3 servers 4 people in the queue and it took 15 mins to be served? Why I hear you ask because the servers were more interested in chatting than serving. My ham and cheese croissant was shown the grill and given and the coffee was bitter. Still the entertainment was okay as I watched the server on the till pick a spot on her face and then ganfle food! No management around probably explains it though eh!

I don't understand why the coffee here is more expensive than all other costa restaurants. About a pound more for the same coffee.

Our visit to Costa Coffee at Donington Park Services was very pleasant. Arriving tired, hungry and with a toddler in arms, staff very helpful: they carried our drinks and food to a table; fetched a high-chair; and took my wife over to the microwave area (now hidden as part of Harvester) in order to heat our instant toddler meal. Coffee and Drinks were pleasant. The service station itself opened in 1999, it is situated closed to junction 23a, but is not on top of the motorway, and is a pleasant place to visit.

Such a shame this placed has closed down. It was much needed in the area. Looks like Moira will remain the place where the shoe warehouse was instead of something more positive.
