Costa Coffee in Rossendale

i usually love this costa but recently i have found the staff to be passive and miserable. i never write reviews but i must say the attitude of the man serving me this morning caught me so off guard and i genuinely left with my coffee feeling very down-trodden with the way i was spoken to. wouldn’t come again after today.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Can’t go wrong here . The toasted sandwiches are bang on 👌. Carrot cake 👌..... it’s says to write more 🤷🏼‍♂️ it’s coffee, cakes , sandwiches........ oooooh .... I do like the Mac n Cheese though .

Had to use this branch as my normal one is closed for 4 weeks and I must say you would not think it was the same company a lot of the tables had used dishes on them we had to clear our own table the floor had lots of food on it that looked like it had been there a while and the tables could have done with a wipe. I have been before with my dog and the tables outside were filthy . Can not wait for the branch in Rawtenstall Tesco to reopen .

its costa coffee.its ok but its not brilliant.i have found it ok and good service and ok food but I would not go out of my way to go there.by the way I think the address is wrong as it is accessed via the rawtenstall bypass or newhallhey road not haslingden road.

Called in for a coffee mid afternoon. The tray on which my drinks were served was ingrained with stains. The tables weren’t cleared and a ledge on the wall next to the table was thick with dust. When l looked at the table legs of surrounding tables they looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. I won’t be going back and don’t recommend anyone bother going in until it cleans up its act.

Sat here having a quick coffee whilst waiting to collect the children from school, doing the whole people watching thing. One male member of staff that is serving and handling food, continues to put his fingers in his mouth biting his nails , scratching at his head and then handle food and drinks without washing his hands... yuk!!!

I ordered a lemon tart and was told it going to be delivered to my table, but was instead left on he counter which made me have to get it myself. Apart from this the toastie was fair pukka.

Not usually a Costa fan but this one seems different.Sitting outside and watching the world go by is very relaxing. And then we go to Home Bargains & Aldi

Visited here last week and loved it. Its really new, with lovely, super friendly staff and the decor is lovely. Superb coffee, as always from Costa and we tried some of their new Ginger Latte cake........simply gorgeous! Once again Costa get it spot on.
