Love this place, me and my friend come here every Wednesday for tea and the owner is a gem. She’s so lovely and her smile and laughter makes our day 🩷

Cannot fault it a friend eatery I've not visited before, a great welcome from friendly staff giving great service. Serving a fine coffee and food in a friendly welcoming atmosphere. I shall be going again. Only fiive stars I'd would have given more but couldn't.

Excellent service, we were made to feel welcome. Food was itself a 4 but I've given a 3 in terms of value for money. The atmosphere was very good and there were obviously regular customers.

Ordered afternoon tea to take out for my friends and myself. I have to say we were so impressed with it. Lovely sandwiches and cakes and lovely homemade chocolates oh and a sausage roll to die for. Very happy 😃

The food was really nice. Ive been a couple of times. First time for breakfast, which was really nice food, and then a jacket with cheese and beans. Jacket was on the small side and got a tray full of cheesy beans and also a bit of salad. But all nice food. Highly recommend

Seen the place and stopped for a break and quick coffee I would say not all customers are friendly (or experienced) haven't tried food as it was late afternoon toilet is clean coffee was not upto my taste (too milky)

Absolutely awful nearly £10 for a rock hard jacket potato and a drink, the food is poor quality and way overpriced Absolute mess with kids running around screaming, I did not see anyone clearing or cleaning up after being in there nearly one hour Never going back much better independent cafes throughout Enfield Town

We have visited Pearson's several times and its always excellent and today was yet again excellent we had afternoon tea and I have got to say it was fantastic the food was delicious. The whole experience was lovely the staff are so helpful and friendly and I would certainly recommend the afternoon tea.

Visited today with my granddaughter for the first time. Very impressed with the menu, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very attentive. I will return definitely.

Happened by chance on this lovely place, ordered salmon with scrambled eggs on toast and it was delicious and very reasonable. Staff were exceptional and even brought out a sausage on the house for our weiner, definitely worth a visit and we'll definitely be going again!

Lovely place to have coffee and breakfast, very clean and very nice staff. Fell on it by accident but go back very Saturday. There are a large range of food on offer catering for time of day also it has a licence.

Read all about it. Lancashire lady saves Yorkshire man's life. I was on a very hilly100 mile bike ride and ran out of liquid. Stopped at Cafe Pearsons to buy some drinks. I only had a large note to pay with and they'd run out of change. Maisie the very kind waitress just let me off. I was desperately thirsty and I cannot thank her enough. Whilst there I noticed how the staff were chatting to the customers, the customers were chatting to each other and how friendly the atmospheres was. Great place, great staff, the food looked fantastic and they deserve more than 5 stars. PS. I did eventually manage to pay 😁

I had the small breakfast for £5.50. It was freshly cooked and perfect. I really enjoyed it. Friendly service and nice location.

We have been going to Pearsons for years but not so much since covid hit. We went back tonight after 2 years of being away and nothing has changed. Georgina and Maisie continue to make you feel more than welcome, always a smile on their faces and even better, the food is divine! My husband eats a lot of burgers from various places and tonight he said that their burger was the best he had tasted for quite a while. We love this place!

We discovered Pearson's today...was really busy but the staff were lovely the meals that were coming out looked really good. Will come back and try again.

Very slow service 35 minutes for two sandwiches and a further 10 minutes for the chips to arrive (chips taken off bill but not the point), the place was very quiet so no excuse. Staff ok but do not seem interested in good service, coffee slopped in saucer and only given a serviette to mop saucer with. Very surprised as use to be good but owner and staff seem more concerned with talking and attending to people they know, not a good way to gain new customers, unfortunately, we shall not be going again better places locally.

Nice food & waitresses were lovely but a bit slow - brought food but had to wait a few mins for the cutlery so food was going cold!☹ Apart from that I would recommend 😊

Had afternoon tea from them more than once also sat outside and ate staff always very friendly and helpful if you go you must try the scones the best I've ever tasted.

These are so beautifully presented and the contents, very high quality. Not surprising though as we have never had a bad meal from Pearsons and the staff are so lovely. Cant wait to be back having lunch in the cafe.

Ordered two Easter boxes last weekend for 2 family birthdays, first time we had been able to get together outside since lockdown, one was gluten free, they loved them!!! The gluten free wasn't labelled but a quick phone call sorted it out, thanks again to Georgina and her team. Suzanne Sharples

Very friendly staff. Really aware of keeping us safe. Constant cleaning, temperature and details taken. Shields between tables and masks worn by staff. Hand sanitizer on each table. Very reassuring. The food was fresh and prepared whilst we were there. Tasty, well presented and plentiful. We have just found this gem and will definately be going again.

We have just enjoyed our first takeaway meal from Pearson’s. We are trying to support our local businesses through this extraordinary time so have been choosing a different place for a takeaway each week. We ordered 2 Tapas Boxes for the two of us. We could have had this delivered but as only live round the corner decided to collect our meal. I must say it was the best takeaway meal we have had since lockdown ! It was absolutely delicious and freshly cooked and piping hot ! Mixed selection of Tapas cooked to perfection. Chicken, meatballs, paella and patatas bravas ! Very very nice ! We have spent quite a lot of time in Spain and love Spanish food and this meal certainly did it justice. Well done Pearson’s lovely meal we will be back

Lovely people, lovely atmosphere.

Nice little cafe in quiet local setting. Good menu choices for a light lunch. Teapot was refilled without needing to ask. Lovely decor. We had the Chilli meal which was too tomatoey and not enough meat or kidney beans for me, but the accompaniments with it were excellent. Very friendly service but had to ask twice for the bill so were hanging around longer than we wanted to at the end. Sadly a very loud screaming baby spoilt the atmosphere for us, but was a lovely lunch apart from this. Well worth a visit.

Lovely trendy cafe, with black and white wallpaper pictures of old helmshore, I had a Greek salad, nicely presented, friendly staff, service was s bit slow but we weren't in a rush, nice afternoon.

So you think what can go wrong with heating up a scone.......burnt bottom and cold in the middle. We visited for a treat on Saturday afternoon and wish we hadn’t bothered.

This place is in a little shopping area and seems to be busy. There was a steady stream of customers. The home made mushroom soup was delicious and a popular item as they ran out while we were there. The décor is great. I loved the light fixtures with the different industrial bulbs. A great idea. The ploughman's platter was ok but not memorable, just a mix of items I could have bought from the store. The choice of dessert was limited but the lemon drizzle cake had a nice flavor. The regular plain coffee was good. Service was slow and twice I had to attract attention as we wanted to order more.I have a few mixed feelings about this place.

Would like to thank the staff at Cafe Pearsons for helping make our parents wedding anniversary a wonderful evening on 11th May. Nice food pleasant and helpful staff. Thanks also for contributing to the money we raised for Rossendale Hospice.

We had a wonderful afternoon at Pearson yesterday , Georgina and the staff were beyond helpful in helping me plan the bridal afternoon to ensuring everything was perfect right to the end . The food was beyond amazing , all so fresh and lots and lots of it , brilliant bar with cocktails too . Everything was so clean and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us . We hired the whole cafe and it is quaint and intimate with a tasteful decorative environment . I would recommend anyone to hire it for a party , Georgina also put up a gazebo for outside for the kids to play in although it was rather rainy . Thank you we will be back for lunch for sure .

Very friendly staff and always serving with a small. Intimate little place with outdoor seating for when the weather is bright. Definitely recommend stopping for a swift one.

My experience was, as always, excellent

Would never eat here again, all food ordered tasted frozen or just bog standard supermarket, busy cafe with only two people on shift meaning food took a long time and was waiting for service for even longer, would not recommend and will not be coming back!

What a little gem this café is ! A friend and I met there for lunch to have a good 'catch up'. The coffee was the best I've ever had and I was served a lovely lunch, as too was my friend. The décor and ambience within this café is superb. The next time,my friend and I have decided we will walk there, so that we can sample the large selections of gins they have on offer! :) This is a wheelchair friendly café.Well done Café Pearsons.

I meet here for lunch with friends and the food is very good. Recently I've had a goat's cheese salad, a ham salad bowl, and cheese on toast - on separate days! 😊 A very filling lunch and reasonable prices! The cheese on toast was one of the best I've had - and especially served with Balsamic glaze. Mostly local people - all friendly and nice staff. Well supported.

Good wholesome food and friendly staff

Pearsons is a quirky coffee shop that serves cocktails too. The salads and panini’s are great! I had tuna melt and it was delicious! Service was good and has a nice atmosphere inside.

I booked Pearsons for a private function and was delighted with the service and value for money. The buffet food was fantastic! All freshly made on the day. As always at Pearsons, the staff were friendly and welcoming!

I visited Pearsons café this morning, for the second time since it opened as it's one if those places that i don't travel past often.

I went for lunch this week with a couple of friends to Cafe Pearsons, I enjoyed a chicken salad bowl with olives and pickles, and a generous cup of flat white coffee, everything was lovely, including the service, and I was allowed to take my little dog Kodi in too. I noticed they had a very appetising breakfast menu served up untill 12 noon. A place I will return to soon.

Great place for intimate drinking and chatting.

Stopped off here for a drink while visiting a friend. It was a scorching hot day and we sat at a table outside. The waitress was so friendly and couldn't do enough for her customers.

Went for breakfast with my Mum and 2 children. There is a choice of a large or medium sized, and the large is very big! It was all delicious, the lady serving was friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable too. Will def be visiting again!

This cosy cafe/wine bar has a lovely atmosphere. I've enjoyed a warm welcome and good food (and drinks) every single time I've visited. The staff are attentive and efficient and genuinely want you to feel at ease and enjoy your visit. It is one of my favourite places to meet with friends for lunch or a delicious coffee, share a bottle of Rioja with my husband of an evening or to eat cake with the children after school (who highly recommend the milkshakes.) I only wished I lived a tiny bit closer then I probably would base myself here for the most part of the day! Love the decor and fittings too, especially the photo wallpaper mural of old Haslingden.

Good place to eat value for money

Called for a Hot chocolate after a wet walk around a local park. They do the best Fairtrade hot chocolate with all the yummy extras, marshmallows, cream, biscuits and even chocolate mints. My two little great nieces loved it. I’m also partial to their yummy full English breakfast
