Absolutely amazing night out,good vibes,tasty drinks, brilliant food and great aesthetic would recommend for anyone looking for a good night out

Considering previous responses and the fact that it cannot be replied to I figured I’d clarify a few things.. we were not once abusive to staff members. Staff members where having a laugh with us and a good time until one of their girlfriends walked in and they said “oh I’m in trouble now” glasses smashed happened after we’d been refused to be served (and all already all paid.. cheeky if you ask me) wasn’t really part of your decision not to serve us was it cos it was after so don’t know why you’re posting that, not one single person had food on their heads (we like our food, wouldn’t have seen us wasting it walking round with it on our heads, be for real) I’d love to know which other customers our party was rude to aswell whilst we’re on it because the other customers we did have interactions with where all lovely and complimented many things about us.. admittedly we did get some £10 vouchers.. not enough to cover all of us though and that was only offered after we’d pointed out how wrong it was to be served only half of our bottomless brunch and then pay before being told we aren’t going to be served anymore. Let’s face what really happened here, it was a great time until one jealous woman saw a girl with better tits than her pulled out and her girlfriend looking then we where refused drinks.. I won’t be returning, sad really because the food was actually alright but we were a bit rowdy and got booted for it.

We got served only around 5 drinks in over an hour, which to say it’s bottomless, wasn’t the best as we was waiting around for ages with empty glasses. The waiter was laughing and joking with us and there seemed to be no problem. They took payment off us around 45 minutes before our 2 hours were up and we all paid £40 each. We was then told that we would not be served any more drinks as we were all “too drunk” we had all had 5 drinks and 2 rounds of shots-which they were keen to serve us when I was paying £40 for a round of shots. I was around £120 out of pocket to not get the full 2 hours booked, refused anymore drinks and have a snotty manager speak to us like children. If we had been spoken to beforehand and asked to tone it down, rather than the waiter laughing and joking with us, we would have done so and there would not have been a problem. Instead, the waiter said their girlfriend had arrived and that’s when the service stopped and we all suddenly became too drunk. Clear, unprofessional behaviour. I’ve literally seen people throwing up in there at weekends yet we were ‘too drunk’ after 5 drinks. Ridiculous!! It’s a pub/eatery in Rawtenstall, not some boutique restaurant in a posh area. Ripped off and will not be stepping foot in there again after the way we were treated.

Shocking services! We booked a bottomless brunch for a hen do, and we only had about 5 drinks the whole time. By the end, they wouldn’t serve us anymore because apparently, we were all drunk, but we were sober. We were supposed to pay £35, but they charged us £40 instead, which I think is ridiculous. The front of house staff are really slow at their job in fact, they're quite gormless and not well trained. It was supposed to be a bottomless brunch, but it definitely wasn’t! Avoid booking for a bottomless brunch here you’ll be disappointed!!

We had a bottomless brunch and we hadn’t sat down until 20 minutes after it should have started - the staff were really accommodating and after a few problems, Jordan (manager) allowed us to sit at another table and gave us some extra drinks at the end! Bottomless brunch at 5.00pm with work friends on Saturday 15th Feb 2025. We were greeted then shown to our table upstairs. Gave our drink order then went on to have a fab time. I’m gluten free and they catered for me brilliantly. I really enjoyed the food as did everyone else and it was staggered so that you could enjoy your drinks. The staff were really attentive and the atmosphere was fab. I will definitely return.

Booked a table over a week in advance for Saturday 15 February 2025. We have been many times before and have always enjoyed it and always tip the staff very generously. We always ask to sit upstairs as we find it quieter and more private than the bar downstairs. we arrived 10 mins early and went to the bar to give staff our name/ booking. She said, "sorry there's a function on upstairs" so we were sat downstairs. It was disappointing but we were hungry and so sat down in the very loud, busy bar on the ground floor. She said someone would be over shortly for our drinks order. We waited just over 20 minutes, then got up and left. We went upstairs to use the toilets as we were leaving, to find there wasn't a function on at all?! just different groups of different sizes and ages. If we had been emailed to say there was a function on that night, we would have cancelled the booking. The truth is, there wasn't a private function on, it was simply busy, they hadn't accommodated our request for a table upstairs, they obviously treat walk ins with priority over bookings. we won't be back sadly. There's no excuse for such poor service

We attended the Bottomless Brunch for my sister's birthday and was served by Ellie, who was fantastic!! She was polite, professional and friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome! Jordan (the assistant manager) was also serving as it was busy, and again, was fantastic! The food was lovely, the drinks were constant and there was a chilled atmosphere, even during a busy period! We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family. Thank you such a good afternoon with yourselves!

Kind staff allowed me to have the vegan food from the main menu while the group had the bottomless brunch. Tasty chips and garlic bread. I was full for a long time.

Visited with my wife on a Sunday evening to celebrate her birthday and found it wasn't as described on the website and certainly not what we expected. It was more like a nightclub. We had to shout to be heard because the expletive ridden rap music was so loud and a small party of 6 guests were treating the place like it was karoke night. Staff were however, very apologetic and explained they were catering specifically for the other 6 guests because "they wanted loud music". Other people who arrived didn't stay either, walking in and then straight back out. The Food we had was delicious though but we had originally planned on staying much longer and we left to go elsewhere.

The food is phenomenal here!! The burgers were lovely, and the chips were on another level!! Will definitely be coming back again! Everything about our visit was perfect!

Myself and 2 friends went for the bottomless brunch. This was our fourth year of having the brunch and sadly our last. The food is good quality but not enough. The cocktails have very little alcohol in them. On our visit some off the staff were not very helpful. I think at £40 it is not worth the money.

Visited Tiger Lounge for evening meal. Since my last visit, the interior has been refurbished , looks great and has a nice atmosphere. Food and service was really good, no complaints at all, we arrived twenty minutes early , and the staff were more than helpful in getting our table cleared and sorted as soon as possible.

Our server Evie is absolutely amazing and attentive. She made sure we were well looked after for the bottomless brunch. Would deffo recommend.

Today we've massively enjoyed the bottomless brunch. Sam is a fantastic host and although they were busy with a big party upstairs gave us a fantastic experience. Thank you.

New menu this week and very nice too. The chicken satay and short rib croquettes was our favourite. Also try lamb spring roll, pulled pork bao buns. The salt and pepper chicken always goes down a treat.

Whilst we enjoyed the food the time it took wasn’t acceptable. We waited ages for the starter but as soon as it landed the mains arrived. The table was to small for all the food and it made you feel rushed with all the food on the table.

Food was delicious. Bit of a wait for food order to be taken. Atmosphere great.

Went for a bottomless brunch, was the first I've been to and loved it. The staff were great, very polite and attentive. The choice of booze was good and I would reccomend the Dr Pepper. The food was fantastic, I didn't expect much as the emphasis seems to be on the booze, but it was amazing, the highlights were the duck spring rolls and the salt and Peper chips and chicken.

Food was great, Burger Thursday is a bargain. Under staffed so service a bit slow. Young girl was run off her feet. Music very loud couldn't talk to each other. Asked to turn it down a little but they didn't. We left a bit earlier rather than staying for a chat because of this.

Great bar/restaurant with lovely food - does what it says on the tin. The gents' toilets left a bit to be desired though (no door lock on one and the other was out-of-order).

Staff appalling, told I had to stand at the bar to have a drink as I hadn’t booked… 4 tables were free in the duration we were there…. These weren’t offered …. Staff didn’t even smile… 2 ladies came in and sat at a table that was reserved so they were offered a table that was free when we arrived!!! Won’t be coming here again and most certainly won’t recommend!

We booked for a family bottomless brunch, 13 of us celebrating a birthday. We had never been before and did not know what to expect. It was fantastic. The food was amazing, everyone was commenting how nice it was, the service was great, quick and efficient. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend 100%. One of the best bottomless brunches we've been to and well worth the price.

I’ve had bottomless brunch at tiger lounge before and it was fantastic, hence why I booked again. However it didn’t quite meet the standard the second time round. There were 5 of us and our first course we were only served one cheese flatbread, so I could only get one slice out of it. Then our second course, there were only 4 things of each, so we couldn’t all try what was offered. Our third course was lovely and plenty of it. And that was it. By this point we were 2.5 hours into service and received no desert. Service was extremely slow. However, they did keep on top of our drinks, but a lot of our classes were chipped or cracked. Maybe it was too busy I don’t know, but in comparison to my first experience, I know I can be better.

Popped in for an afternoon drink, would suggest non youngsters go upstairs, a little more refined and quieter for us over 50's. Had a look at the menu and saw some food being served, looked and smelt great, will be back to try some of the Asian flavours

I came for bottomless brunch but was running a bit late so I called up and they rearranged the time and accommodated us. Beth, Sadie and Connor served me and they was all amazing and gave incredible service. They were all so professional and continually asked if i wanted anymore drinks and all the food was amazing, hats off to the chefs!!I had a couple conversations with Beth and Sadie and they are both lovely girls and so professional. I will definitely be back, me and my friend had an amazing night. I came for my 18th birthday and I had bottomless brunch and had an amazing night thanks to all of the staff, I can not wait to come back looking forward to it!!

What a fantastic place 3rd time here 2 times with friends and this time brought the hubby!! Angela is an absolute asset to the place yet again she was amazing… so friendly and courteous with a smile!!! Came here with my brother and 2 friends as they had drank here before. Had a nice and diffferenr salt and pepper chicken burger with fries which was reasonable priced and a nice atmosphere and decor There was plenty of choice and variety on the menu and served quickly

I came here with two of my best friends for dinner, my friends and I haven’t been before so we had a look at the menu and chose bottomless brunch. The food was served in bits as to keep it warm and fresh which I liked a lot as a lot of other places give you it all at once. The drinks menu both alcoholic and non-alcoholic had lots of choice and the bartenders were knowledgeable about the food as well as drinks. I had a good night with my friends and I will definitely be coming back to a tiger lounge restaurant.

Went at the weekend with friends the food was okay but burgers a little dry, however we ordered cocktails, one cocktail was absolutely undrinkable this was sent back with a slight apology but not taken off the bill, Second round of cocktails came one again was so unpleasant to drink had to be mix with another drink to make it drinkable and my second cocktail I only drank half as it was way too strong and unpleasant, really think they need to test cocktails out on a wide variety of people as it wasn’t just me that didn’t enjoy the cocktails, there were others in my party that didn’t, was a lot of money to not enjoy them

Had a lovely experience today whilst doing a brunch with family and friends. Angela gave amazing customer service and was friendly throughout. I’d recommend the brunch at Tiger Lounge. It’s great value for money.

Small and can get a bit noisy. Food is great, good selection of beers. Limited parking on road at the side of it.

Was looking for somewhere in Rawtenstall for food last Saturday, booked at the last min and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We were seated and orders taken within a few mins, didn't seem that long after and the food was served. A good selection of Eastern cuisine, decent portions and taste bud tickling. Smiley and helpful staff.

Always great food and service. Although depending what time of day you visit. It can get a little overcrowded and noisy, this is not what you want when you are out for a meal. Earlier in the afternoon is a better time to go to avoid this.

Friday evening table for two. Extremely busy, but we were taken to our table quickly and taken through the menu by our really helpful server. Service was quick and very easy to order additional drinks. The food was amazing, five tapas dishes and everything was hot...we didn't finish evening! The only downside is that the tables are very close, we had one of our drinks knocked onto us by someone on the next table. It's very noisy too, but as it's so good that's understandable. We will definitely be coming back.

Popped in to tiger lounge on the off chance . Lovely decor and was greeted by smiling staff which is always a plus. Order food . Was advised on 5/6 plates for the two of us . Great did not disappoint ! Had Korean chicken which was amazing as well as bao buns , drunken noodles (which were amazing but packed a punch with heat !! ) plus sea bass and Mac and cheese . Would highly recommend! Busy and lively atmosphere! Would 100% recommend !

I have been to Bottomless brunch before and really enjoyed it. I went in Saturday 4th March. Party of 4 of us. It was very busy the staff do well. 1st we got there and someone was sat in seat. We ordered our 1st drink which took 15 mins to come. Our 1st course came nachos and 1 flat bread. after that we had 3 more drinks before our 2nd course came it was an hour, all other tables had eaten there 2nd course. we did tell a waitress and she apologized. I went to the loo and came back they were 4 shots on table we thought we had got them another table as they were a big party waitress said they were 4 left so gave them to us. little did we know that was our desert. This is not on the menu. we wasn't told shots are now desserts very disappointed. Drinks are served quite slow so I don't think this is now worth the money. You need to change the menu as this is false advertising.

If you like a lot of salt in your food and eating while some couple who are clearly too old for dressing and acting like they were- taking duck face selfies and 'insta model' shots are going for it an arms length away you'll get more out of this place than I did.

Visited here with our Lancashire Ladies Group, had a fantastic afternoon with drinks, & lunch. Great deals on Tapas, I also had Long Island Iced Tea cocktail, very nice! The owner & bar man was fantastic too, great service, the owner came & spoke to us at our table too, interactions with customers, taking feedback in his stride! Lovely relaxing atmosphere inside, quiet as the afternoon, will be busy later evenings & weekends.

Excellent quality food not very expensive. Staff are polite, very friendly and make the dining experience special.
