Love the coffee and service but very disappointed there is no Gluten Free choice of sandwiches

Staff don't question your order like most costas . U ask the staff and u get it . Just under a tenner we spend .. thanks cramlington Costa

The atmosphere was fine for me because I wanted to relax. The food and drinks are always great but being cashless is ridiculous and that's why I don't go anymore.

food was hot and so was the coffee.

Cup was split had a spillage more in the bag than in the cup, that was only just opening it, sandwiches were cold. Disappointed with the delivery, costa themselves have never let us down.

Visited 2.15pm on a Tuesday. Someone needs to go round with a brush. The place is filthy 🤨

Unfortunately I wasn't given a straw for my bubble frappe so couldn't enjoy it properly.

Food was decent, typical Costa. Staff were great, friendly, quick despite it being busy.

Drank KitKat hot chocolate medium served by Charlotte C. Very tasty and good environment...I had eat in. Got a small chocolate as well with it.

Both hit drinks were wrong and the toasties were cold..First and last time I order from here or even just eat as its getting worse with every delivery SHOCKING

Delivery side very disapointing yet again delivery received and half the order not delivered and told have to wait 5 to 10 days for refund ?????? how hard can it be to check the order before it is released to the driver ?

Really nice toasties! The coffee is just like any other coffee and not cheap.

ques when we went in but staff are quick but friendly so barely had a wait time. it was busy but we were able to find a table easily. drink and food were excellent, i had chicken toastie which i would recommend to anyone its the best one ive had. lovely atmosphere. we parked near to the place and have never had an issue being able to park close.

The only cream available is vegan and it tastes horrid. Requested non-vegan which is offered in other stores and they refuse to use it. Such a disappointment! Also no sprinkles on maple hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is also lukewarm

Busy coffee shop, nice atmosphere, service was good and efficient. Food was made quickly and nice but quite pricey for what it is.

We like to visit this Costa often - staff are friendly, there is a good atmosphere and it seems well run. One little niggle - which is turning into a bigger niggle because it happens most times we go in here! The barristas seem to think it's OK to place all the fingers and thumb of one hand over the top of the rim of the cups. Time after time! I have spoken to the manager and sometimes to the staff themselves, if it's quiet. As I say, they are all pleasant smiling people ...... Please stop touching the part that goes to the mouths of the customers - handles are really useful! Thank you

Myself and my partner went in for a coffee during a day out shopping. We were almost 20 minutes before we were served. That’s too long. Then we were sat next to what I can only describe as a ‘jumpy Jack’ . First off he was hawking for discount by flashing his taste card and asked if they done ‘police discount’. I found this to be rather embarrassing. He then sat and told anyone who would listen how he had a few quid and was moving to whistler at the top of his voice. The staff could have asked him to calm down mind

You seriously need to stop thinking about maximum profit and employ extra staff .. The place is like having a coffee at the local dump. Ordered Coffee and there was literally not a table that didn’t look like an explosion in a cardboard cup factory… not a clear table in the place. Employ extra staff to clear and tidy up, can’t fault the girls in there , they work hard , they just need a help in hand .

Quite busy but service was quick and efficient. Great coffee, as always.

You need to clean your air conditioning fans they are thick of dust and are health and safety hazard for people with allergies and not a good look..your coffee is lovely but this let's this cafe down...please keep.them switched off until they are cleaned

As always Costa drinks lovely but customer service not too great. Toilets had a big puddle on the floor and not very clean

Never had a bad experience at Costa Cramlington. Happy with service.

Cake was dry. Floor and tables needed cleaning. Rubbish stacked up next to the entrance that leads to behind the counter.

Had a mint aero hot chocolate and a fajita wrap. Both were lovely in taste. The interior, after being recently decorated, is bright and refreshing whilst also comfortable.

Very average and a little disappointed. Drinks lukewarm, no mini gingerbread man on the cream. Didn't complain as they were typically busy due to sales. As it quietened down ordered a second round of drinks, again not hot. Decided to use bathroom before leaving, was bathroom on right of two. Wet floor, toilet roll in sink and toilet seat broken off and propped against toilet. None of this is normal standards i expect in costa. Normally we would eat but we didn't for obvious reasons and this has definitely tainted my view of that individual store

Today was highly pleased with the friendly lass in charge. It’s been really vamped great.food exceptional. Clean n tidy.The foreign manager is kind n helpful I had an issue and he rectified it-immediately., people are never happy, get a life these moaners.It’s a happy jolly friendly coffee shop which I visit alone often and feel safe n secure.Thank you everyone 200% keep it up and take no notice of the miserable moaners., they should try working in a coffee shop it’s tiring and hard on your feet and back……

Wow It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas, The purple one or maybe the after eight or maybe the Terry's chocolate orange. Today it's the Purple one. The staff here are wonderful, Always a personal touch, a friendly place to be. A wonderful atmosphere, wonderful staff always a warm welcome.

Tried their non dairy coconut milk late because of a mature onset lactose intolerance. I wish I had known about this earlier I really liked this blend of chocolate coffee and coconut.

Niet echt bijzonder . Toilet was smerig en in de zaak zelf was het ook niet echt schoon. Prijzen zijn er niet echt goedkoop.

Popped in today 14th Sept and moved tables 4 times as each table was dirty and one had food on the floor. The tables around us were full of previous customers drink and food. There were 4 staff behind the counter and when one eventually cleared a few tables they were NOT wiped or cleaned in any way. and the staff member went back behind the counter to chat to the other 3 staff. You could clearly see the bits of food and spilled drink on most tables, disgusting! I don't know who owns this place or manages it but we will not be back. In this present Covid climate you would think cleaning and safety would be a priority for their customers. Oh yeh, can you please fill latte to the top of the glass and not an inch short.

It's a Costa, not much more one can say really. It has a vast selection of cakes, a good selection of sandwiches and paninis. Generally all Costas tend to be the same, shame about the coffee at this branch though which always tends to be way too weak for me, even with an extra shot!

The Cramlington branch is a complete mess, the furniture looks like it was purchased from a thrift shop, the staff aren't particularly friendly either, it feels like you're bothering them if you ask for anything like any extra condiments

Nice clean shop. Lovely staff. Large selection of food. Tasty cakes and biscuits. The drinks are a tad pricey but it's the norm for that kind of chain. Love the iced and blended drinks but I'm sure they've changed the way they do them, my last one wasn't great.

If you like getting orders barked to you in broken incomprehensible English you are either in a WW2 movie or Costa Cramlington. Avoid.

My partner gets a latte from here every time we pass it , she wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolute DISGRACE of a visit to Costa Cramlington today. The last 3 times I’ve been; the manager has been extremely rude. For someone who works in customer service I struggle to see how he passed the interview never mind was given a managers job. You’d think he was running a concentration camp not a coffee shop. He orders you around with such an aggressive nature but I’ve bit my tongue because I’m partial to a honeycomb latte but today was the final straw. He marches over to an elderly man who was sat alone drinking his tea and told him to hurry up as people wanted his table. Now for starters, as a NORMAL human being with manners this is extremely rude and unprofessional, not to mention this man has paid for a drink like the rest of us and was sat enjoying it. The man looked upset and saddened and said he would and quickly drank his tea, he then struggled to his feet and walked out with his two walking sticks. This could of been the only time this gentleman got out the house. For a quiet cup of tea. We were stunned aswell as another 3 tables of people who said they couldn’t believe what had happened and said they’d not return. We proceeded to complain to another member of staff but were told he was the manager and it was his discretion to do that. We sat for another 20 minutes and no one came to sit on the table that old man had been asked to leave. We told this moron when we left that his customer service was abysmal and have made a formal complaint to Costa via email. Do not visit unless you fancy an argument cos this man is painful to be around.

Coffee and more coffee it was fine

Good to get out and about again to enjoy coffee with family. Apart from waiting to get a table under the present circumstances C19. As usual coffee and cake went down no problem, very nice.

can't knock any of theese stores anywhere i have been always make a beeline if I see one exspecially in the summer if I'm after an iced frappachino. there great with kids and very accomadating there buildings never look big from the outside and you worry wether your gonna get a seating area but looks can be deceiving however a busy Sat afternoon you would struggle. love how they offer a frothy milk for your toddler. free of charge. and there toasties are always on point in tasting great.

If you've never had Costa before it's good. It's not going to be the greatest cup of coffee in your life or anything but it's good coffee and it's not ridiculously expensive. Very nice cakes and sweets as well.
