Cannot fault costa coffee newport pagnell, they go out of their way every time for my autistic teen, we now consequently loves all costa coffee shops ! We go regularly they know us well and always make us and anyone with us very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and service is always with a smile . Thank you costa 💜

Been here many times and never fails to impress! The staff are excellent as always and always chat if they’ve got time, very welcoming and super friendly. There are plenty of other coffee shops to go, but I will always come to Newport Costa. Highly recommend!!!

Been here twice and on two different occasions have witnessed the staff going out of there way to be rude. We were served by two unpleasant women who were very unhelpful and rude when we asked about our table.

I wanted to buy my son a goy chocolate on a cold day and googled Costa Newport Pagnell closing time was 17:30.We went there it was 16:32 they were serving a customer.We waited it turn outside ,it was 1 in,1 out system.As soon as the other customer came out,the staff came to the door and shut it in my face.Then I saw the sign saying different closing time.I was upset because it felt rude for the staff to not say a word and just shut the door like that,even my son looked at me with aquestioning eyes as it was the first time we were ever treated this way.I wouldn't go there again.

What it's the point of having a notice on the door saying ^ you must wear a mask^ when the staff dont??? One had hers under her chin...THE OTHER TOOKS HERS OFF SO SHE COULD CHAT TO HER COLLEAGUE (who was standing right next to her) whilst making our coffees.

Nothing wrong with the staff, just not enough of them! The tables hadn’t been cleared and wiped. The coffee/hot chocolate and muffin/toasted tea cake were all fine. It just took so long to get it ordered and made. Felt sorry for the staff as they were run off their feet.

Still a typical Costa which is a franchise rather than directly managed by The parent company. On this visit it was very quiet which perhaps helped enable the staff to have a bit more interaction with the customers and it was nice to have a friendly chat. Standards of food and coffee exactly what you come to expect and the customer service on this visit was what made the difference.

Popular Newport hang out so service feels a little slow at times, but drinks are worth the wait. Only vegan option for cake is about the size of your thumb nail for £2 - come on Costa - sort that out!!

Went for a coffee with my family. Ordered Cappuccinos for my parents and they were okay but my latte was not good at all. I love my costa coffee but first time that costa mess up with my coffee! The place is nice but small.

A Costa franchise owned and operated by 3D Coffee Ltd is emblazoned on the receipt and I guess this is probably why I don't believe this comes up to the standards of the normal Costa sites. Not quite as smart as the main Costa sites but the products on offer are all pure Costa Brand - pity it is so dark and dingy. Staff pretty efficient and try to make customers feel at home but really working against an environment that needs smartening up.

It was a breakfast buffet, and I was very disappointed. The eating area was messy, the buffet area was untidy and needed wiping. Half of the buffet was missing and the tea was over brewed. I would not recommend the buffet at all.

Haven't visited this place for a while but we were not disappointed. Had the carvery which was lovely. I had been surprised to read some of the recent reviews which were quite disparaging about the food but that was not my experience. I wonder how many of the reviews are real visitors. Food tasted great, friendly atmosphere, good value for the price. Give it a try I say. Will definitely go back.

The buffet was excellent for the kids as it meant no waiting and they loved the independence of choosing their own and getting it themselves.

We visited Chopstix as we’d tried the chain elsewhere and thought it would be a quick option whilst shopping. This was not a quick option.... I wanted to be able to say that this branch was as good as the others we’d tried, however, the queue was long and the two ladies at the till/drinks fridge seemed intent on finishing their personal conversation- much to the chagrin of the poor lady serving the food. I put in our order- one rice base, one noodles, there were so many noodles in my rice, I should’ve just asked for noodles. Out of the two ‘toppings’ I chose, neither were available. I enquired with the chef as to how long I would have to wait for the beef and he just stared at me disdainfully and shrugged. My partner wanted the Thai red chicken- also unavailable so we were then limited and ended up paying extra for options which weren’t our first choice. In total, in my medium box, I received 7 pieces of chicken for £8.50. In my partners box, he had 5 pieces of chicken and 4 prawns for £8.50. When we paid, the women at the til were still chatting and I had to ask twice for drinks. The floor was covered rice and chicken bones, the tray had greasy gunk underneath when I carried it back to the table and the place was so crowded that I gave up queuing to complain after 10 minutes of standing waiting. All in all this was a disgusting, expensive meal. I wish I’d gone to five guys instead
