Items missing and i asked and paid for a large hot chocolate and got sent a medium Size

Great well made coffee from this Costa.

It's a Costa... most of us love a Costa right. Staff at this one are always nice.

As Costa branches go, this looks a little tired. Polite staff, a good vanilla Latte and bacon roll, perfectly acceptable, but the branch was having air con issues when since it was already a warm day outside just made it uncomfortable to sit inside. It wasn't the fault of the staff, they have to put up with the same heat and still do a job, but like I said, the branch looks tired so maybe a refresh and a new air con unit will improve it as its the only reason why I've marked it down...

Popped in to grab a lunch and have been nicely surprised by 50% off for sandwiches. On top of that Chai latte was absolutely delicious. No waiting inside. Nice and tidy. A bit empty with cookies and muffins, but not that I was looking for one anyway. Nice and tidy inside. The only downside that even with 50% off for sandwiches, getting one and a regular coffee I still paid £9. Makes no sense.

Overpriced food that is not worth even half the amount they charge and a constantly ongoing problem with the ice machine pretty much every summer there never seems to be iced coffees available here surely a big company like this must have a stock of replacement equipment...neros is the place to go friendlier staff in there to..

Thank you for quick delivery but again the coffee was very under filled. I know it seems fussy but when I’m paying £9 for this I want it full

Great Costa, helpful and friendly service. Good amount of seating inside and out. Toilets were ok cleanliness wise but smelt very nice, like bubblegum

Product up to the usual good standards but staff seemed totally disinterested. Not the usual smiley happy greeting.

I go here fairly regularly, staff are friendly and the coffee is good. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

Dependable coffee and good, if somewhat bland, food.

Ordered 3 cornflake cakes, only one delivered. Ordered no cream which is printed on receipt but arrived with cream

Ordered two muffins, one chocolate one blueberry. Was delivered with a note saying that there were no chocolate muffins so blueberry sent instead but only one blueberry muffin was sent when had ordered and paid for two muffins

Coffee was good ran out of buns hopefully they will give me a credit for it as they did not advise so i could choose something else

Toastie was stone cold on arrival. A note to say drinks and muffins weren’t available but they also only sent one cornflake cake when two were ordered. They used to provide good service but seem very careless recently particularly if you order more than one of something they don’t seem to check the quantity!

Items missing and no call or note so think just incorrect picking

28.08 for 2 bottles of orange juice. Apparently they have no bacon but still took the payment. Said they cannot refund. SERIOUSLY!!! Theives

Ordered a large coffee and it was only filled half way

I ordered 2 drinks and one panini and Costa called me saying how they would refund me for the mango and passionfruit drink they did not have in stock. 1 week later i’ve had no refund or any even clue of a refund.

Over an hour late and no toasted sandwich just the coffee !!

Got served by Leah today, she was absolutely lovely, we received a “surprise and delight” because it was near close. She was polite and welcoming. 10/10

Delivery driver left coffee at the door and left - coffee spilt all over the bag unable to drink out of cups from Costa.

Very nice food, just would be nice if a sachet of ketchup was given with the bacon bap

Usual Costa but cheerful staff.

The after eight hot chocolate tasted like mint toothpaste, not even a hint of chocolate. My sticky toffee iced latte had no syrup in it. And the latte was basically cold.

A note attached saying to claim a refund for sausage baps. Ridiculous. Not even a phone call to offer anything else. I phoned costa to complain and asked for them to collect. They advised to go through just eat.

Costa Menu needs to be updated more frequently to show what is in stock, and what isn’t in stock when ordering from this app?

Wrong size, coffee, delivered and out of stock on pastry ordered

No complaints the staff are friendly and very efficient service also professional attitude towards all customers and if your a regular customer they will remember your drink without asking...

A few months since we have visited,OMG what a change. Really bad since old manager left,staff very slow and the milk was off!!!!????Also dirty cups and cutlery,had to have them in takeaway cups. Will try my best NOT to visit this store again unless there is alot of improvement

Food was cold, arrived an hour late, way too overpriced.

My hot chocolate was cold, there was no cream, no syrup, no dusting and half a cup! Plus I paid for these extras! The total was £11.73

Tried chai latte today but it was a bit too ‘clovey’ for me. My partner loved it.

Not enough staff on a Saturday during the Summer Only 2 and one being trained Many left but eventually another lady turned up to save the day However the Latte was excellent even after a 25 minutes wait

Good coffee, good staff, but expensive

Went into Costa in Felixstowe today and very disappointed. Server looked like he didn't care if I ordered or not. While we were sitting down with drink there were 10 people who came in and left without ordering. Staff were telling people at 1520 that were only serving takeaway. They don't close till 5. Used toilet or was going to but found all toilet paper on floor. Negros here I come

Just ordered a delivery via Just Eat, it arrived in good time and was hot. Really impressed and willl order again. Liked the way the Costa packaging had been thought out to stop spillage and insulate the food.

Awful food was under cooked and cold

After a bad experience with a driver last week not delivering my order then just eat refusing a refund, I was glad to get a very polite driver today.

Since the previous management & baristas (mostly guys) left, it's absolutely awful 😖 Slow, so very slow, there's more atmosphere in a fridge than there, and it really shows!!! Just two people in there at 9.30 compared to another similar store which was nearly full. It's seriously gone downhill, no-one seems to know how to treat customers

Brilliant delivery, food was hot but one item was incorrect. Received 2 sausage baps but ordered 1 sausage and 1 bacon

Our house is difficult to find so that’s why it was late

Watery, bland and with only 9 bubbles, I felt totally ripped off having bought 2 Mango Berry bubble teas for almost £8. Out of the 5 people in my house who tried them, everyone refused to drink them so they were thrown away. And when I tried to complain via the website, the form kept crashing.

Food excellent as normal. Toasted sandwich full of flavour. Cake was delicious 😃 coffee nice and hot.

It's fine, it's a Costa. But the slowest service out of any Costa I've ever been in, the staff are too busy chatting.

Want to just say what a excellent new assistant manager leah is lovely girl very quick efficient and always has a beautiful smile on her face shop is thriving and much better atmosphere in the shop I’m a regular and I have noticed a lot of changes to staff and how the shop is better managed finally !

Plenty of variety of drinks,hot and cold. The new staff look happy and give you time to choose your drink. I have only just recently started using this Costa,as I find the drinks are made nicer and served hot.

Went into Felixstowe and stopped at Costa for a drink and panini. The server, Calia, was friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere

Visited the area (15th Aug) from Hertfordshire for the day and popped in to get a ice latte only to find their ice machine was broken. Also scanned my costa app to collect my drinks token only to find it wasn't added and have no problem in my local costa. Other than that, a clean and tidy coffee shop and there was just 2 guys serving, but it was quiet at the time at 16.00.

So stuffy the place, the broke won't open the door or switch the fan on. Don't care about customer comfort, that is that. Bad management.

A young looking lad in there called neo went above and beyond to help me and my family and remembered my 3 year old daughter and her request from weeks before then fulfilled it, very polite and helpful, a true asset to Costa, I recommend going here and mainly because of him.

Coffees were amiss. Latte had chocolate sprinkles and cappuccino had horrid syrup in it. I never have syrup and didn’t order it. 🫤

Having to use a stick to support me since my bout of Sciatica, staff at coffee shops offer to bring the tray over to me which is a great help, thank you most kindly for helping me.
