Iced latte was perfect but toastie over done and hard as a rock

My hot chocolate didn’t arrived. Got 2 coffees instead 🥺

both coffees were spilled, bag was destroyed at bottom due to spillage, ordered 2 large but probably got 2 mediums due to wasted coffee

Enjoyed a berry tea, sausage bap, cheese & ham toastie and a mocha. All good.

The driver did NOT knock on the door and left the food on the cold wet pavement outside and has since gone cold

The staff was extremely helpful. Dated 14/2/2023 at 16:20. They provided double tea bag on request as the my tea was not that strong. No question asked or no faces made. Well done.

Driver never delivered the order

Drinks were more or less cold on arrival. Delivery was made at 12:06 and it was ordered at 10:45.

Restaurant service still irrelevant for takeaway. Have always preferred Costa. Frustrated that cup size is not an option. Don't understand why extra shots of coffee are not available from a coffee shop.

Love Getting A Costa From Tesco After Shopping But Not A load A Double Cup ☕☕☕

Quite simply great coffee and great service

Let's see, coast is coast, no surprises. It's inside Tesco, free parking. Good place to get energy after or before shopping. It has quite a few tables. And for me the staff is correct. The services are those of the Tesco that are right next door. It has always caught my attention that many people leave their carts with their purchases in the hallway and go in to have something to drink. In Spain, those carts with paid items inside would take you so long to turn your back so that someone could steal them.

£3.10 and you get half a cup once the foam calms down. Not worth it

Coffee always tastes funny like it’s not been cleaned out properly I go to Costa a lot but everytime I do my shopping and get one from there it is rank and makes me feel sick

The service and delivery were excellent. The quality of the food and drink likewise. The custom made coffee, I had a large cappuccino, was so delicious and the cheese and ham toastie likewise !Thank you Costa for looking after your customers so well x

Well positioned branch with outside sitting area. Very good for meeting others and a wide range of coffees and eats available.

Drinks are always nice I have no problem with the products but it seems that lately every time we have ordered they forgot to put the straws with the drink. Forgotten alot when ordering cold brew drinks. The actual drinks and food are lovely just this small little thing but would be nice to have them available in my order. Thank you

No variety on sandwiches. A tad poor

Due to current situation of covid I’m sitting here watching what’s going on. I have watched numerous tables being cleared and not once have any tables chairs been sanitised. Will not be returning again.

Very poor service !! Went last Tuesday probably the first day the shop opened up and it is always the same manager who always refuse to serve or had to close earlier than normal. I always buy my coffee there « very regular customer  » 3times a week or more !! the old staff were very pleased to see customers. for now I would prefer to gets it from a machine than experience a such poor unprofessional service. I wish I knew the manager’s name cos I had more than 1 bad experience with him.

After looking round the shops & seeing the Christmas decorations we decided that it would be good to have some refreshments, so we went to Costa. The staff were very friendly there & we made ourselves at home & were served with some great coffee & delicious snacks & all this for a very reasonable price.

So, while in Tesco have a coffee. The coffee is good, staff helpful and reasonable price. What more can one say

Great place for coffee and something to eat

A delightful way to stop and recharge whilst sale shopping. Only a Costa coffee will do for me. The coolers and hot chocolate are also a great hit with my daughter. Definitely one to stop at for a quick recharge or a leasurely catch up with friends.

Nice day so decided to sit outside and enjoy a coffee with a river view. Placed the order to a guy I presume the manager with a strong foreign accent who barked comments about the order and when asked to clarify made no attempt to speak clearly and just barked them at me again. A young lady was restocking the cake fixture using tongs which was nice to see but the guy making and serving the coffee had no idea what the handle on a cup is for and picked them up by the rim right where you are going to drink from. Outside on shabby sticky tables we struggled to enjoy our coffee engulfed in a permanent cloud of cigarette smoke.

Their always fast at serving. Their friendly and they are always happy to stop and have a chat. If you go in a few times they will remember your order which is good.

Lovely black forest gateaux hot chocolate. Great service. Good range of snacks. Plenty of parking.

I think this Costa is actually better than some of the stand alone coffee shops. Staff are really friendly and the quality of the drinks are great.

Tesco in-store Costa's mostly seem slightly below the usual Costa standard, but not this one. Try the iced latte!
