Toasties was cold awful and packed awful

Missing two out of 3 items only received the salted caramel frappe and two cups of marshmallows no mocha and r hot chocolate how they missed it is beyond me and no number to ring them as their customer service lines were down so hoping for a refund which I rightly deserve as I’m not happy paying £17 for one drink and some marshmallows

Ordered 2 larges, cups where both half full (looks like mediums in large cups.. Disappointing

I generally try to avoid chain cafes in general and Dedworth basically offers a choice of Costa, Costa or Costa ... my expectations were not high ... BUT ... ... the ladies at the branch at 207 Dedworth Rd take their trade seriously and make sure we get service with a smile. After just two visits they remembered my order and that counts for a lot ... I was very pleasantly surprised with the delicious coffee and friendly service. They make a skinny mocha exactly how I like it, lovely smooth medium strong coffee taste through just enough chocolatey goodness and nicely warmed & frothed milk. Thank you Gurlz for the delicious daily caffeine hit while I was visiting the area. Keep up the great work !

Filthy outside area. Supposedly cleaned up, but rubbish strewn everywhere. Air con off despite soaring temperatures, making it impossible to enjoy a coffee inside.

Frappe had melted and turned into a lumpy mess and the coffee was cold. Will happily delete just eat after the past 5 orders being terrible

I ordered at 8.23am, delivery was 9.34am. The food was stone cold, had completely fallen apart in the bags and inedible. I would like a FULL refund for this as we are unable to eat any of it!!!!

Sandwich squashed and inedible

I ordered my food at 8.03, it was delivered at 8.49. It was stone cold, the sausages were not even in the bun they were at the bottom of the bag. This isn't the first time this has happened at this Costa and I will certainly not be using them ever again. Disgusting service!!

First time ever anywhere I have had poor quality. Toastie was barely toasted coffee was so watery.

Ordered at 8.21, delivery was supposed to be 8.55 .... arrived 9.36. Food was stone cold.

Be warned, you won’t get your loyalty points as you’re meant to with your order. You have to email every order and ask them to do it and wait days when you should receive a card in your order. I only found out because I was told by someone in a different branch. Love to know where they’re actually going…

Quite disappointed that with over 45 orders they have failed every time to add my beans code, for my Costa account.

I bought a few coffees in this store I work In the Aldi a few meters away with the intention of having them together with my colleagues Costa Café Co Cafeteria 209 Dedworth Rd the employee literally ran us out of the place threatening to call the police for eating a pizza At the same time that we had a coffee, this seemed to me to be in bad taste and rude on the part of the employees, I know how to work with clients and I think that this girl does not have any type of training, there are better ways. I do not recommend lousy service.

Shocking attitude of the girl who served. Could not make a cortado, no froth so too much milk. Even after I showed her, she was too busy to do anything with it. Sort it out guys, you dont give drinks for free.

If you have come here to work and you need WiFi, best not come here. They have O2 WiFi which was slow but was ok. Now they have changed it to another company and it will not connect. My last review of this place did talk about the lack of staff at this branch. However this has got a lot better with some new additions that are just as helpful and friendly as the rest. I could see my self now giving this place 5 stars if the WiFi improves.

Too small place for cafe. Costa coffees are nice and bit overpriced, though. Food choices are very limited across all Costas cafe. I guess not bad for quick coffee, don't expect much.

I don’t know why they have started to put food in with the hot drinks - my daughter has a millionaire shortbread, and both this order and the last we were delivered a pile of melted slosh with biscuit because they were sat next to the hot drinks. At £2.25 each they could at least not deliver them in this state.

looking over the reviews — it appears that no one has experienced the past couple of months (July/August 2021) I’ve recently moved into the Dedworth area and was pleased to know I could walk to this Costa just up the road whatever the effects of COVID sending service workers back to their home countries and/or Brexit restrictions (??) evolving —> there aren’t English persons working here / either Polish, Ukrainian or Russian = having no grasp of the idea that SERVICE has certain benchmarks of NOT standing in a 30 min queue due to 2 persons handling face-to-face service PLUS Uber Eats deliveries VERY POOR CUSTOMER AWARENESS during my past 2 visits

We love Costa but you won't let me order my favourite tea Earl Grey.

I ordered my usual and it didn't taste to right compared to what I am used to. I asked the member of staff that made it (Matthew) and he politely offered a new one without even asking, which I was extremely grateful for. The shop as always was immaculate and covid compliant. 4.5 out of 5.

Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, warmer decor than many Costa, parking outside and near local newsagents/mini supermarket/ off-license.

Had a long day of waiting at home for furniture deliveries and what such, so fancied a decent breakfast. I ordered a sausage bap, blueberry muffin and large latte. It was the tastiest breakfast I'd had for a while! It was 5/6 stars for food quality because the bap needed ketchup on it, however, it was very tasty. The food and coffees seem a bit pricey, but it's justified by the quality. I personally think Costa does the best coffee compared to competitors. Maybe next time include more than one sugar sachet for coffee? Otherwise, perfect.

Cosy, friendly & helpful. I'm temporarily on crutches and hadn't considered how i'd get a team coffee order back to the car - Sonia very kindly donned her mac and braved the pouring rain to bring it to my car. Thank you Costa!

One of the few Costa places in Windsor, which is a cozy and slightly quieter than others. Polite and friendly staff. The previous store manager, Adil, was an amazing guy. The new team are equally efficient and attending.

This is a nice quiet coffeehouse with comfy chairs and a nice quiet atmosphere. The service is prompt and friendly. Toilets and baby changing facilities are here. You never feel rushed by the staff and they don't mind if you work on your laptop. I recommend this place for a nice quiet chat with friends and family. There is parking nearby, the only downside is that it's quite a way out from Windsor.

I have always loved this Costa. I would visit several times a week and always a good experience. I am saddened that the excellent manager Adil appears to have vanished with no word of where he has gone. He was responsible for so much of what was good about this branch.

Dedworth Costa- Rafi gave an Armed Forces discount, for me (👍) but said it wasn't standard (😕) great product but a standard across all franchises would be ideal.

Paré aquí en mi habitual paseo en bicicleta los domingos. Amable y eficiente con la selección y el menú de la Costa habitual. Costa fue excelente y servicio amable. Esta rama es una de las dos en la carretera Dedworth. Un montón de asientos en el interior + unos pocos asientos fuera del sol está brillando. Algunos estacionamiento de corta estancia cerca también.

It's ok but prefer Bourne for desert's as they use blue milk

Service pleasant enough but 2 hot chocs (orange) and 2 croissants was nearly £15. It was a treat for someone so I couldn't refuse but that's a serious amount of money and a lesson learned! Not for my pockets in future I'm afraid.

staff were putting up the posters advertising their new seasonal drinks but when I tried to order one, they said they didn't have any. Not great. Had to settle for the usual Costa unaquench

This Costa has everything you expect of a Costa. The staff are always friendly and the premises are always spotless. We like the consistency of the food and drink in Costa but some are better runnand ckeaner than others. This Costa is always spot on!

Nothing extra special just a regular Costa Coffee. Friendly staff and average food and drink. Coffee is good but again nothing special. I will visit again and would recommend to family and friends, but I know they already use Costa Coffee often.

All of there coffee are made to perfection each with there own little twist and their food is delicious 5 stars 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅

Just another Costa coffee - standard seating ,standard coffee , standard food.typical of a coffee chain ......a very average product in an average coffee shop with average food.

Me and my husband visit this Costa at least twice a week as we love it there. Staff are really friendly and helpful here. We can relax for half an hour or so while listening to the music. Most of the time the music is just loud enough to hear so at least we can hear ourselves talk.
