Great toasties & hot chocolate. The service was quick and friendly. The toasties tasted great and so did the hot chocolate! Some seating area too.

This is one of the newer local Costa coffee outlets, very well decorated and presented. Staff are VERY polite and attentive. I’m a frequent Costa visitor, service is fast here. Quality of the drinks is very good. Highly Recommended.

Corporate, dull with no particular ambiance.. Popped in here for a quick coffee and I suppose what you see is what you get. Staff were singularly unenthusiastic and appeared just as bored as their customers.

Stopped by with my better half for a tea and a hot chocolate, unforchanately it dampened our mood. due to getting my order wrong I ended up speaking to both of the barriesta's and the manager, between all three of them couldn't manage a smile or a thank you, Due to experiencing this poor customer service I would not go back again and wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone, which is unforchanately.

Title says it all. Distinctly average coffee served for average customers who clearly don't like coffee - perhaps the British get what they deserve if they swarm in their masses to chains such as this. Coffee is poor quality and bland, served in mugs the size of bowls. Vast quantities of bland milky nothingness don't do it for me.

This Costa is OK, but not up to the standards of some of the others. They don't accept contactless cards (which is a pain nowadays), they trays are often dirty, and the service is often slow. There's often not enough seating inside, and you often have to wade past the smokers outside (which isn't nice and even worse if you have small children with you).

My latte macchiato was excellent (as was the cortado I had earlier that day), and everyone in my party agreed that Costa is far better than the alternative's mega-chain swill.

Like Costa Coffee best of all the big chains, coffee always has a good flavour. Food can be pricey and some selections a bit tasteless.

Just wanted to post this review to thank all of the staff in Costa in Hayes. I pop in on an almost daily basis as I drive close by or through and have recently been using it heavily for meetings especially so that I can utilise their (free) wifi. Service is super friendly and they are great at remembering what I want before I order, which is always a nice touch. It can be a busy place and quite noisy, however, I think that this makes it even more popular and people enjoy meeting there and being part of the buzz. My most recent visit, the order was 2 medium Lattes, a Flat White a Toasted TeaCake and a Chocolate Tiffin (my treat to myself), which came to exactly £11. Its par for the course for these places and while we can debate all day whether a coffee can possibly be worth £2.45, it's the going rate.... Love their coffee, service is outstanding and the free wifi very helpful. See you tomorrow.......

The Costas on the posh side of Pettswood, not our usual stop but every now and again we pop over to the other side, nice people work there so well worth a visit 👍

Really enjoyed our time here. Specialty is Indian thali. Live music on in the evenings on some nights. Biker meet on Saturdays. Should be busier, the Indian food is exceptional. Great Harvey's too.

This is my second visit to One Inn the Wood. Both times I’ve felt really welcome. A mx of people , different ages, lots of doggos. The beer offering is so good. I highly recommend the Permanent Wood which is their house session bitter. They also have a variety of keg and cask beers, cider, wines and spirits… and some nice snacks. They do a meat or / and cheese board. The prices are very reasonable. They have won several awards from CAMRA for a reason.
