Lovely helpful staff, excellent coffee. The shop is kept clean and toilets also clean.

A very nice place to relax and enjoy a latte and a snack if you want. The staff are helpful and the wi-fi is fast and free.

Shocking Service, Closing time is 5pm. Got there at 4.55pm. The lad behind the counter refused to serve me. When asked him about the policy he said it’s in our policy not to serve people near to closing time. Completely lying through his teeth. Pathetic !

Badly needing to clean up the front and rear entrances to this establishment. Not a good reflection. 😕

Likes to close before stated time, some staff slow and dont really know their way around a till and need some more training

Staff are lovely. Especially your managed Caitlyn. She is always such a friendly happy face, she’s even remembered my order!! (I must come to often!) but I love the coffee and it’s always clean and tidy too!

This is the first time I have been in a Costa coffee shop and won't be going back. I paid £6.10 for a small cappuccino and a mini hot chocolate. Costa by name, Costa by nature. Coffee was also like drinking dirty dish water. I am now being asked to give a star rating, but it won't allow me to give zero. So reluctantly I give 1 star.

Food and drink as standard national coffee chain. Staff wearing face masks under chins!!!!! 🤨

had tea and coffee and sausage butty and done trace and track and also used the hand sanitiser on entering and while we where enjoying it we my sister and I notice that at least 5 people did not sanitised when they entered the premise just went right up and stood in line..that shows how people don't care that they can spread it .the staff were following the rules and cleaning .. some of the public did not

I’ve just been subjected to the most rude member of staff in costa ever and I have been a customer for years now !! I sat down and then was talking to a friend on the phone when this rude member of staff interrupted my phone call and said that I can’t sit where I was sitting Cos of a sign ( that was under a plate ) and I didn’t see this .. anyway I had to say bye to my friend on the phone and said I was sorry I didn’t see the sign and I would move .. there was lots of people sitting there it was the way she spoke she seemed so stressed !! she made me feel embarrassed and upset !!! No one should ever make a customer feel like this ! Staff should have further training on customer service skills ! If being a waitress in a cafe stresses you out that much she shouldn’t be working with the public !!

Visited Costa coffee Larkhall this morning. Place was very quiet, staff on duty need to learn manners about customer care. We were abruptly told where we could and couldn't sit. Strange thing is we've been visiting our local Costa coffee shop since it opened usual every weekend while out walking plus the wife uses it during the week, hence we usually use the same area to sit in. Today witnessed a member of staff being rude to customers in the queue about the 2mt distancing rules which weren't being compromised. Then same member of staff abruptly informed us need to sit else where, as I mentioned there was only about 6 customers in so not sure what the problem was all about. Walked out, not impressed with the way we were made to feel unwelcome.

Great Strawberry and cream milkshake !!

I am in the shop everyday and the staff are always friendly and helpful with excellent customer care. When the older customer comes into the shop they always make sure they are well looked after by helping them with taking there hot drink out for them then going back to the table with there food for them also. I am a chef so know the industry and wish there more servers like this in the industry.

I visit various Costa’s and have to say the staff are so friendly and happy to assist and they all seem generally happy to be at work.Staff are knowledgable on the products they sell, I have allergies and they are always happy to check ingredients for me.Seating areas are always clean and tidy.Facilities are very clean and as expected.Love this little costa, would definitely recommend this site.

My local Costa that I attend regularly mainly for takeaway. The tables are all cleared efficiently and staff all extremely friendly. Coffee the usual that I enjoy. Has outside/covered smoking area attached to rear.

Ordered small caramel latte with extra portion of caramel and extra shot of coffee. 2 pumps of caramel is a portion info given by the server. I asked how many pumps were in my glass, the barista reply 3. So I asked could I please have a full extra portion of caramel for which I was charged for and paid. His reply " but you have 3 pumps that's extra enough" my reply, please give me what you charged me for and what I have paid for. This is not the 1st or 2nd time of this problem in this Costa. The barista serving needs too learn some manors a customer service skills. In my day working in the hospitality industry, someone with his attitude would have been dragged over the counter. Even if your not grateful f your employment, please be grateful of cctv and a person whom can control himself.

My friends and I all love Costa.The toasties are delicious and I love the tea I get in there.Stsff are really friendly .

This is a welcome addition to the main street in Larkhall. Staff are very welcoming with lovely coffee and cakes. Cafe is always very clean and there is a small play table for toddlers with some toys to keep them amused.

We found the staff here to be very friendly. The cafe is in a central location and is comfortable and fairly large. A free range egg sandwich and 2 small lattes cost 7.20. I enjoyed the sandwich and the lattes were of the consistently good quality we expect from Costa’s. I can see why this cafe is popular.

Very welcoming staff, nice and tidy establishment with varying seating layouts. Costa Coffee is situated in the main thoroughfare. Parking round the back and close to other amenities. Great coffee and snacks, worth a visit.

Regulars here! Quite often very busy. Good choice of sandwiches, cakes, toasties and some salads. Only gripe is tables not cleared quick enough.
