Costa Coffee in Elmbridge

I come here every so often, and everyone that works there is so lovely, especially the barista with the curly hair - always remembers my orders! Incredibly friendly and helpful, and seems to charm all the locals. All in all the entire team makes your visit here awesome and welcoming

It's another clone Costa with staff that do what is required but no more. It wasn't clean with loads of tables left uncleared for the duration of my visit. Prices were high and the food was OK but not great.

Good place to chill with friends and family.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Cintia, Tilla, Tracey and all the other staff are amazing!! Always so kind, and happy to help make my experience as good as possible! The place is always clean, even when it’s super busy and they haven’t got as much time to keep it so. 10/10 my favourite place to get coffee!

Staf are either hit or miss. No inbetween. When store has one customer in it and there are 2 staff why can't they even bring a coffee to you?

Closed again at random on Sunday afternoon at 2.30. So disappointing for regular customers all of these erratic hours!! Staff are great when it’s open but you never know when that is.

Quiet. End of working day on run up to Xmas. Part cleaned. So not stellar. Staff looked tired too but they key it going. Only two of them on.

Awful, kicked out early because they wanted to go home. Was waiting with my daughter after her orthodontic appointment for my wife to pick us up and hadn't finished our toasties or my daughters hot chocolate! Never again.

Turned up on my first visit to this branch ten minutes before closing and even though the staff were clearing away, Cynthia was extremely accommodating and demonstrated excellent customer service skills in that we weren't turned away or even rushed to order and finish, so will definitely be returning because of that. 👍

A great local coffee shop. Friendly staff, good coffee, and a notice board to keep you up to date with all the happenings in the local community. The manager is extremely friendly and demands high standards of his staff. This has resulted in the café becoming a great place to relax, drink coffee, and chat.

Ridiculous one of the members of staff never gives back your change and one time he said to my freind he gave him the wrong amount of change wich he didn't and he was going to take away his Browne

Excellent service and great coffee. The staff sometimes are thrown in the deep end but the manager is amazing and is so patient and caring to new members of staff.

Staff are always very rude, they refused to make anything in the blender if it’s not cows milk, their reason for this is that they “do not want to risk it”. I have a bad nut allergy myself and I am able to drink soya milk. If this is their reason then they should have a different blender for soya milk like other coffee shops. This means that if you have any milk intolerance they will refuse to make you any iced drinks that do not contain cows milk. If I could I wouldn’t even give a star.

Staff don't seem very happy (I visit on a Sunday every week) but are friendly enough. Most of them could do with training as their barista skills are lacking...

Rude staff (especially the barista) glaring us as if we were imposing on their lives. No reason to go here, other options next door. Avoid it.

Service was always pretty bad, but at least the coffee was good, this morning both the service and the coffee was awful, can't understand why when I ask for the same coffee every morning, it tastes so different, and why one of the team who is in charge has not been able to master the art of coffee making!!

I love my mocha coffee from Hinchley Wood Costa Café. No other place makes it so yummy. Great management, all staff very well trained to offer outstanding costumer service

Loving the new vegan options at Costa! Had a coconut flat white and a slice of paradise cake and it was the perfect winter warmer.

We had a very good service. The children didn't finish their cakes so the waitress gave us a paper bag to take them back home with us.

Coffee is so so... as is the service. But then Hinchley Wood is a coffee shop wasteland.

Been here many times. Every time I have been staff have not been particularly friendly. Last time I went my latte was half milk half froth. Costa in Esher much better.
