When I'm visiting Hampton Court Palace this is my go to Costa. There's a car park adjacent and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. One of them leant me their phone charger

Very poor customer service. We've got there 16.05 and he told me we close in 24 minutes! That's fine. But I said we'll have here. Then instead a cortado was a long flat white on a cup take away with burnt milk... horrible experience. I would not recommend or come back again

It's a Costa. Nothing new. Coffee tends to be overly milky. Cappuccino is a bit latte-ish.

I turned up at three to pick up my too good to go order and the shop was closed when the collection time said 3 till 3:30 i turned up at 3 and doors were locked and lights off. Luckily i was able to get a refund but i just dont under stand why they say open till 5pm online but actually close at 3.

LADY CALLED FAlGUNI , the kind of person you don’t want working for your business Last three years I have going to Thames Ditton branch and always had excellent service after today I’m never going back there Other day I Waited in the shop over 5 mins just because this lady rather ignore me and finish off refilling the fridge and once she done one side I thought she would have the decency to come and serve me but no she ignored me and carried on even tho I didn’t have much time left to get to work so I walked out Today she remembered me and on purpose decided to make the coffee straight into my plastic cup rather than mixing in their on pot , very unprofessional and I will be making another complain about this rude staff member, FALGUNI If you don’t like your work then please don’t ruin other peoples day and simply quit Great job COSTA !

I have been served by Maria, even tho she is a barista in training the service was so neat and perfect that i would have believed she was a barista maestro. Everything was standard but she has been an outstanding barista. Thank you very much. I will surely be back

On Sunday they close early 3.30 pm but don't say on google opening time

This palace is nasty. Went there to buy a latte and it came with 2inch of foam. I was surprised by the low quality of the drink considering I was served by the manager in the shop. Considering how expensive their coffees are, you expect the manager to get it right, but obviously she doesn’t seems to know what’s the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. I asked her to remake my drink but she refused and asked me to pay for it again which I obviously didn’t approve. Didn’t drink my coffee and left. Basically money spent for no reason. Don’t bother going. There are much better Costas and Starbucks in Kingston.

Does what it says it will... nothing to warrant 5 stars that i can see as the service is just OK and the layout of the store is less conducive than others. A nice local spot to grab a coffee though,

I brought an elderly lady in a wheelchair and the Asian lady was so helpful, she held the door open and called me when the coffee was ready with a big smile.

14.5 year old daughter was told she couldn't buy coffee as she wasn't 16? There is no coffee ban on under 16's yet Costa in TD was happy to sell her a high calorie, sugary drink instead. Is this policy intended to keep under 16's off the premises perhaps?

The staff are nice here. Was a problem where they shut the store earlier than usual to save money. Fortunately it’s back to normal hours again ;-)
